I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding the ongoing issues I have experienced at your pharmacy. Despite numerous attempts to address these issues with the pharmacy manager, the situation has not improved, leading to significant inconvenience and frustration for me as a customer.1. Medication Availability:I have repeatedly encountered the problem of your pharmacy being frequently out of stock of the medication that I require for my health condition. This has resulted in delays and difficulties in obtaining the necessary medication in a timely manner, impacting my ability to manage my health effectively.2. Customer Service Experience:Furthermore, I must bring to your attention the lack of satisfactory customer service and the unfriendly behavior exhibited by some of your staff members. I believe that a friendly and respectful interaction with customers is crucial in maintaining a positive relationship and ensuring customer loyalty.3. Dispensing All Prescriptions for the Year:I also wish to address the practice of dispensing all my prescribed medications for the year at once, which has caused additional inconvenience and confusion. This approach disrupts my medication management schedule and poses challenges in tracking my medication refills accurately.4. Lack of Improvement:Despite raising these concerns with the pharmacy manager on multiple occasions, I regret to note that there has been no noticeable improvement in the availability of medications or the level of customer service provided.I kindly request that immediate action be taken to rectify these issues and improve the overall service quality at your pharmacy. I value your attention to this matter and look forward to a prompt resolution.

I will start this off by saying the staff is usually very nice.Ive given this store too many chances but I think last night may have been my last try. I would not recommend shopping here for several reasons. First being that the prices are exorbitantly high. You can travel a mile or less in any direction of this store and pay significantly less for any grocery item and that’s facts. You can expect to pay double for some items and even the sale prices are higher than other stores retail prices. To put things into perspective, I spend less money shopping at Whole Foods…and I trust the food there much more. It’s really confusing seeing reviews saying this store has fresh produce…because it literally never does. A lot of produce is near expiring or expiring that day. I come here when I’m in dire need of something and have never not been disappointed. The vegetables are literally mostly rotten. If I have a list, I’ll maybe be able to get 4 of 10 items from that section because everything is in such a poor state.I have gotten fish from the fish counter, taken it home and opened it up to find it rancid. There are something like 15 registers that are NEVER opened. The self check out line goes halfway through the store on a busy day. Tons of people working, never any operating a register.Hands down the worst grocery shopping experience one can endure. High prices, long lines, bad produce. Anyone that would recommend coming to this store has never been anywhere else because bro I’d literally rather shop anywhere but here.

0 stars. Maybe don’t advertise services offered online then deny them to people when they come here looking to get them done. There is even a sign posted in front of customer service advertising this service yet the clerk refused to accommodate me or offer any other solutions. This is embarrassing and there isn’t any excuse.

This store recently opened on King Street between I-395 and Beauregard St in Alexandria. It is another of their growing trend in locations that are part of mixed commercial and residential developments. The store caters to singles, couples, and smaller families. Parking for the store is in the garage underneath and is accessed from King Street. They have an extremely large beer and wine section and carry smaller sized containers of product in frozen and canned foods. As a convenience to local workers, they're hot food, salad bar, sandwich counter and pizza shop are all located in one corner of the store and have two self-checkout registers for a quick lunch trip. A cashier was standing by to assist anyone who needed help.Just like other Harris Teeter stores they feature boars head brand deli products and have finally gotten their rep to put slicing guides on the display cases so it is easier to ask for the thickness of sliced items that one desires. Getting the deli clerk to cut that slice is another issue as both persons at the counter when I visited were relatively new and did not have the experience to understand the thickness requested. I am sure as time goes on and as more senior employees have time to provide better training the deli department will improve. The produce, meat and fish I'll work fresh and well stocked. Plenty of staff was on hand to answer questions like why did Harris Teeter discontinue Sabbret's hot dogs? The answer I got was that: "Only people in New York know what a Sabbret's hot dog is and that no one around here buys them." Just One problem with that answer is that I know what they are and I'm from around here and I would like to buy them. Evidently the corporation is made up their mind and won't be carrying that brand in the Washington Metropolitan area.Overall, a shiny new Harris Teeter store with opening staff still hanging around to get customers in the door and try to keep them. But for the most part as good as any other local Harris Teeter in the area.

Harris Teeter finally opened today June 23, 2021! My husband and I went to check it out. Of course being brand new everything was in perfect order, fully stocked and all the staff were super friendly. I just hope this continues once the newness wears off. Fingers crossed. They have a pharmacy, and a Starbucks. They also have a little seating area where you can have your coffee / eat. You can also buy lottery tickets here, so that's a plus. We didn't buy any grocery's as we recently made a run, however we did take advantage of their hot food, and bought a bucket of their fried chicken, my husband really liked it, he ranked it #2 Popeyes being #1 of course lol. I personally prefer Safeways FC, however to be fair Safeways fried chicken takes me back to a memory so... Nonetheless I did enjoy the chicken. As we were picking up the friend chicken they were bringing out some BBQ ribs, OMG they smelled so good! So next time we certainly will be trying those! Make sure to go check them out.

Great employees with plentiful items and terrible administrative abilities. Truly a monolith to represent problems in management-driven environments. The management drives away quality employees while retaining inefficient leadership.

Went to see the new Harris Teeter that is just down the hill from my building. Kind of surprised it was open so early. It was clean, not crowded, and well stocked. Grabbed a cake and found self-check out system pretty easy to use.I will likely go there again when I really need or want something and don't wish to pay for delivery. You know, like cake.Addition - 10/29/2021 - tried their online order system. Order a full sub, a veggie, and the time for pick up was 10:15 AM. Walked over and got there early. Walked about for awhile looking for something else before going over to the Sandwich Shop at the time of pickup. They didn't have it. The system didn't tell them I had a order. They had to make it on the spot.It was still a good sandwich and I didn't really waste time waiting as I was looking for something else. But I will likely not be using their online order system for awhile. No points taken away - it was a good sandwich.PS - I got a email that said my sandwich was ready at 6 PM. HAHAHAHA!Addition - 11/14/2021 - been trying to get appointment to get my booster shot online and keep getting an error on their website. May have to walk in to make an appointment for later. I just wish their website worked.Update - Guess I'm going to them for my sandwiches from now on. Potbelly has been messing orders and failing to alert Doordash when there is a delivery.

I found all my grocery needs fresh with reasonable prices. I also used my $10 out of $40 coupon which they send monthly to all their regular customs as well as the senior discount which they give every Thursday. In total I saved $22.

I only go there if I'm tired or need something right away because I have been having some terrible nasty experiences. For a new supermarket either they don't know about HACCP or doesn't practice quality control. 2 weeks into opening or maybe a month my husband purchased a 5lb bag of perdue chicken when I opened bag salmonella bax me in the face and perfumed the house my 2 youngest got sick because they were in the kitchen with me. I just deleted the video recently. You cant find fresh fruits are vegetables, their produce is mostly rotten or filled with mold There's always an issue when I use my Virginia WIC the shelves or wic items aren't labeled.

Thanks for being open on Thanksgiving Day HT! Nice store with a cool shopping cart escalator. We got lost in the parking garage looking for the exits but other than that it was fun.

visited Harris Teeter to buy wine, and despite feeling flattered when asked for my ID, I realized I didn't have it on me. Just to mention, I'm 38 years old. The cashier declined service, directing me to customer service. As I searched for my ID on my phone, she took the bottle to her manager. Perplexed, I questioned why she took it, wondering if common sense should prevail. Despite having my ID on my phone, both she and her manager refused it, citing a store policy requiring a hard copy. This experience left me questioning the necessity of a physical ID for age verification. After all, isn't the purpose to confirm I'm of age to purchase alcohol, and shouldn't common sense come into play?

I posted a bad review regarding Megan at the Pharmacy. The issue was explained by her that they had no alternative but to give me that Manufacturer's medication. Would like to apologize to her. Was going to remove post, but can't find it.

I was as excited as the rest about a Harris Teeter opening up across the street. It’s been a bit of a let down. The store checks all the boxes without really succeeding at anything. That said the staff are unfailing polite, if a bit overwhelmed in the checkout areas

This Harris Teeter, on King Street, is a clean, good sized, well stocked grocery store. Being new to the location, I found the employees to be very kind when asked to help locate things. It seems there are plenty of self check out registers and someone near by to help with price corrections if necessary. It has an underground parking garage with ample parking for everyone.

Love this store. The staff here got us through covid! They work hard, kept the store stocked and are always friendly. The sales are great and not sneaky like others stores can be! Produce is fresh, meat is good, deli is good, sushi is amazing!Highly recommend them.

First time shopping at Harris Teeter since moving from Florida. Love the cleanliness, courteousness, convenience, and cost. Nice variety as well for a smaller supermarket.

This is my favorite Harris Teeter in the area. It's never too busy, it's always very clean and organized, and they're rarely out of stock. They also seem to have a better selection than other HT's. I've never had an issue finding a good spot in the underground garage either.

Love this new store. Wish they offered a more reasonable price on delivery orders, but it's still a great store for in-person shopping. Friendly, helpful employees and quality ingredients frequently in stock.

Harris Teeter is our favorite grocery. Their produce is always fresh and they have really good house brand products (simply labeled "HT") that we regularly buy, although some of them have been discontinued after the pandemic. I miss their HT brand ground country sausage.

It is nice to have harris teeter close by, and the place is very nice clean. I shop here a lot. But today the costumer service make me disappointed because we try to return the beer that we just bought yesterday in person NOT online. And they didn't accept it because of the law or the policy. It just getting nonsense, so I look up on website about the return policy. It says clearly alcohol ( beer, wine and spirits ) is not eligible for online refunds. And I tell the store manager also I saw him this policy, but still he says " I can't accept it because of the law and policy" but clearly he can't approve it what is the law or the policy that says we can't return the alcohol that bought in store, even tho i saw it to him about the policy. Also the people in the costumer service can't help him. But still they keep saying it about the law and the policy. The funniest things is they keep pointing to the store policy that have nothing to do about returning the alcohol. Also this lady in the costumer service didn't give me the money for the other stuff that we return it. What a shame?

1/22 Update: I just purchased bell peppers from this location and both the green and red peppers had mold inside. Shop elsewhere for peace of mind. This Harris Teeter is right by my apartment which is awesome! It is also very clean and the employees are friendly/helpful.My issue with this store, however, is that I constantly get home and find out that what I bought is expired. It happens quite often with refrigerated items but recently, I’ve been seeing expired dry items. Today I got home and realized I had just bought biscottis that expired Sept 22… this has happened at least 4 times already (with different items). So while the location, cleanliness, and staff are great, none of that really matters when the food quality is inconsistent. I shouldn’t have to check the dates of every single item I put in my cart.
