I love this GW. It is truly one of the best in the area. It's always so clean and actually has a great selection of pre-loved items. Highly recommend stopping here if you're looking to find some affordable gems.

They have come a long way since opening. Items are more organized, color coordinated, more designer options, and prices are not as expensive. Some items are overpriced, so choose wisely.There is handicapped access and free parking. The donation center is in the back.

I've been to several thrift stores, but this goodwill has the most fair prices in the area, you have to go with enough time since not everything it's in great condition, but if you look carefully and be patient you can find some diamonds in the rough, they've been following the safety protocols since the reopening and have sanitizer at the door, the staff does a great job.

Do you enjoly being yelled at when donating items? Then this is the place to go. Take your items to the Hayfield location instead where the staff will actually tell you thank you for your donation.

Dasmund provides great service with donations. This is my second time using this donation center and both times he was clear and did a fantastic job of keeping the line of cars moving in an orderly fashion while remaining patient and professional. Thank you so much!

We don't go to this store to shop. We use this as our drop off site to donate items. Ths staff in the back is real relaxed. They just say put in over there and do tou want a receipt and that's it. I hope they help older people who donate. I don't need help but customer service is not executed there. The dropp off site always looks like wreck. If in donating something to hopefully allow someone else to use I would want it to still be in food shape as I gave it. When you drive up to this location things are flowing out of the boxes. If it rained then all the items are soaked. The back area needs a new system.

This place has just gotten impossible to shop at. They used to close the dressing rooms 30min before they closed, which was already annoying, but I get it; they need to get things cleaned up before closing. But now they’re closing them an hour before the store closes. It’s basically impossible to come here and shop after work for anyone with a normal schedule. 🤷‍♀️

My experience was Wonderful. The Staff is Very Pleasant and I found some great pieces to add to my wardrobe. Fitting rooms aren't open yet but I wore biking shorts and a Tootoo so I was able to try on my clothes by a mirror.

Great store, nicely lit and in order for being a thrift store. I stayed in the men's section and ended up buying 3 clothing items. My friends and travel companions also made purchases.

Decent selection but a bit hard and disheartening to shop at since a lot of sizes are tagged incorrectly. Like you go to look at a large and it’s actually a small. And it’s for multiple items and styles

Compared to other Goodwill stores in my hometown, this Goodwill was very nice, very clean, and had a good variety of products. I just moved into the area so I needed a variety of different things. I now have all the kitchen appliances that I needed. Thanks Goodwill.They also have a Rewards program that can save you 25 to 75% from time to time. It looks to be worthwhile and it's free to sign up.

I love this place!! I have bought good quality clothes, furniture, electronics and miscellaneous household things. I like that everything changes so often making it a new shopping experience every time. Definitely worth checking out.

Way overpriced for a resale establishment that exists from donations. Some items were priced higher than their regular price counterparts, e.g. Dollar Store Seconhand items for $1.99.What are they thinking?Yarn more expensive than new skeins at Michaels.Will not be going back anytime soon

The attitude of employees are very weak, Today one of the employees upset to my kids. If this is the case, "Goodwill" will lose all customers. I, who comes for shopping almost two days a week, after this action I decide to do not come here anymore.

Not the best Goodwill in the area, not the worst. Offers a good selection of men's work casual clothing; the selection of women's clothing is fairly large, but a little harder to find the brands you may want than in the men's section. I would pick the Goodwill in Annandale if I wanted decent chances of finding housewares.

I like the way the clothing items are tagged by size, it makes it easier to find what size your looking for. However, the cashier forgot to put one of the items that I purchased in my bag.

You can find deals but you have to leave yourself a lot of time time to sort through the WAY over priced stuff. They have used items selling for more then buying new in the store. It makes for a good laugh though. To give an example: I saw a shoe rack at goodwill that was used and checked the price online... Target was selling it for $5 cheaper then goodwill was. I guess now that it's cool to thrift they think they can raise the prices way up.
