They always have excellent customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to help me understand or achieve my needs. They are fantastic at getting answers, locating product. When I place my pickups for orders this is the store I always select because they manage to get the order ready quickly and efficiency every time.

I am in the middle of doing some updating and visited Floor & Decor. This place has really great stuff and design ideas for your floors. I'm re-doing a bathroom and found a good variety of tiles for the niche. I had limited interactions with the staff. However, those I interacted with were nice and helpful. There is lots of parking, and it is a huge store! I think it has more options than Home Depot and Lowes. I didn't have my receipt, but no worries, they were able to look up my purchase using my phone number. So, happy shopping!

I’ve been to Floor and Decor a number of times and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Today I was ready to purchase some tile and Mo asked me if I needed any help. I said, “Yes, actually.”He grabbed a cart and loaded up my tile, then kindly reminded me about the grout. He was like my personal shopper pushing my loaded cart around the store and helping me with choosing everything that I needed. After I paid for it he pushed the cart to my vehicle and carefully loaded everything inside. The entire time he was friendly, helpful and kind. Top notch service!!!

Today I decided to stop by floor and decor to check out their trims, I was pretty lost because I did not know what thickness I needed, when an employee named Omar kindly asked if i needed assistance, I explained to him my situation and he put matters into his own hands and took me through the tile section until we finally found the tile I had in my house. He then helped me in finding the thickness and color I wanted.

A great place to get most of your needs to remodel your floor and wall. The prices are reasonable. The display titles and information help you select the one that is right for your project. Customer service is ok. Employees doesn't seem wants help and always on their phone. I have been to this store for the last 10 days and at least 2 employees seating around playing with their phone. The ramp is great for pushing a flat cart for loading or unloading makes it easy. There are plenty of parking spaces. The weekend is hectic here. If you need to return items, let any register clerks know for directions. Speaking of returns, check your items before or to pay. The boxes can be misplaced that you might pick the wrong item from the pallet. It happened to me few times.

This is my go to store for flooring supplies. I wish the staff was better at offering help but I like the store overall. It is a pretty consistent experience from store to store. When I am able to speak with an associate they are helpful. It is just that there are not many folks on the floor throughout the store so you have to search for people. The signage throughout the store is helpful so that helps to make decisions on products needed for a particular project.

I am writing a review about RICKIE R! This review could be written about many of the employees my wife and I encountered at Floor and Decor Alexandria. But, there is one in particular that stands out. RICKIE is there to help. He is knowledgeable and ready to assist. He listens first!!!! Then and only then can he assist us in a way that helps us make a decision. That is a true talent. My wife and I left that store with a great impression of Floor and Decor!

Great selection of tile and thresholds with an easy warehouse layout. The quality and variety of the products are great, but don’t expect much help from the staff here. We made a design appointment which was basically a joke (waited 20 minutes to be walked around the store by an associate who clearly had no interest or experience in tile) and the staff stocking the shelves always seems to be rough housing or just hanging out. You’ll bring home some nice tile at the end of the day, but be sure you arrive having already done your research.

I ordered some porcelain tile for my bathroom and bedroom floor. My contractors picked up most of it except for four pieces that were broken. So in the meantime they installed what they had and I went to the store and I was told that the store discontinued the tile. They said that the tile was in stock in another region and that they could order enough to finish my project however now I have to wait two more weeks for the tile to come and I can't install my bathroom vanity and tell the tile comes.Update: I finally got the tile I needed to finish my project but not only is the tile 1/4 bigger it's also different color grays. What am I supposed to do with 2 different grays?I hate this store so much. I'm just sick.

As a realtor, I have never experienced the exceptional and professional service I received from Rickie at the Alexandria (Floor and Decor) store. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products and has a great eye for connecting different tiles together in a room. I will continue to travel from Leesburg to Alexandria due to the excellent service.

Absolutely love this place. However, if you are needing transition finishes from wood to carpet thresholds...this store does not sell any transition items for carpet, but when you google "carpet stores" floor & decor pupulates. Do not waste your time searching carpet items/tools at this store.

We're getting ready to redo our floors. The selection of tile...is first rate. The sales team are very helpful. I went back twice of my own doing. The team was really helpful both times. The four o'clock representive and six forty five pm manager. I was right in the middle of a project as you can see.

This is my first review ever posted online which should reflect how disappointed I am with the service. My wife and I visited the store to select our LVP flooring in late October. Once chosen the employee told us we could purchase online and everything would be available and if not would be shipped from another store, though they said everything was in stock. The flooring was ready for pick up a few days later but we were informed the stair nose would be delivered in approximately two weeks. After over two months and multiple promises of delivery within a week or two I went back to the store today. I was told the product is still not in stock at any store with no guarantees of a delivery date. They also suspected it may have been discontinued. You would hope that the employees and the website would be able to inform you of this at the time of purchase. I was told there are no guarantees of delivery or timelines for “special orders”. How is a product a “special order” if we are told it is in stock and it is a necessary piece if you want to install the floor in a house with any steps. They offered mismatching stair nose instead. Meanwhile our floor has been installed for two months and the stairs look awful because we are still waiting on pieces. They even told me they “may” be able to work on the price of the least expensive piece of the purchase haha

What you see isn't always what you get!Samples from the floor looked great. Purchased those and an additional 5 boxes of it. Boxes were previously opened, but were seemingly complete. Start opening all the boxes to see that they were starting to look very different from the floor samples. Very homogeneous and dull compared to the 5 originals. See the photos below. Group on right is from the floor. Maybe someone had a big job, picked all the good ones and returned a few boxes of the rejects.Check your boxes thoroughly!

I wish their product reflected their customer service. My husband and I went in on a Monday at 2pm to buy tile, took about 7 minutes to flag down a gentleman to bring down a pallet of tile we needed. He proceeded by telling us someone would be coming over shortly. We waited 15 minutes until we decided to go to the register and start paying, while one of us went to pay one of us still kept waiting on an employee. At the front my husband let them know what was going on, they gave us the run around. To not go back and forth with the issue, the lack of communication, and the amount of employees that were there doing nothing, it took a total of 50 minutes to bring down a pallet that was on the floor, not in the back or not piled high, it was on the floor we simply could not open it because it would cause the other tile boxes to fall.

This is store is amazing both for choices and prices. There are beautiful materials to accomplish great looks in a variety of styles. Their mosaic tiles selections are quite impressive.

Please go to another store to be treated as a customer. All staff gathered at one check out station chatting. When I was trying to check out, they did not hear me, so I had to wave at them. The lady coming and said that I was rude to wave to call her. And she showed her attitude the whole time checking me out.If I knew that they got paid to stand there and talked, I would not bother them at all. Please have self checkout so I can help myself rather than suffer from that such a discrimination!!

After three unsuccessful days of searching other chain stores for a tile for my laundry room, I stopped in to Floor and Decor. They not only had several choices I loved, they had plenty of it in stock. I was assisted by a knowledgeable and attentive young man named Keenon. He patientlt laid my selections on the floor and offered helpful suggestions. Definitely recommend this shop.

Mixed bag. If you can choose your own stuff in person, the help and the quality is great. If you order online for curb-side pick-up, buyer beware. Your items may not be in the store even though is says they are online. They won't call you to tell you that your order is being delayed because they are waiting for some tile to be shipped to them. They don't check to see if the tile is elsewhere in the Metro region and whatever you do don't order a vanity online. The vanity we received today, we paid $400 + tax and an additional $100+ to have it delivered to the local store for pickup. When we received it, it was scratched, dented and the vanity top was cracked in three places. Additionally the stickers on it said it was the floor model and was marked down to $200. So they sold us a damaged vanity for ~$550 and said nothing while we waited 10 days for it to arrive. Now we're scrambling to find a vanity to complete a bathroom. The tile we ordered was in stock in Woodbridge, but instead of calling around to find it locally they ordered it from Miami? and it was going to take a week? I canceled the tile portion of the order and drive to Woodbridge to pick it up there. Final review? In person, in store. Pretty good all around. Online orders for local pickup leave you utterly disappointed.

And the prices are unbeatable.The entire warehouse is a showroom where you get to see the style you want in action.The employees are very helpful in getting you what you need, and have all the information you need about installation.

I went here to purchase tile for my current project. I flip house for a living and by far this got the best deal on tiles. I purchase all my flooring here from wood to marble tiles. The got a huge selection and you can just pick it and carry with you. I am working with Yudith at the pro desk. She is wonderful to wrk with.

This is my first experience with floor and decor ,but I am so disappointed ,I went to the store to pick up my order the worker wasn't professional ,she was so rude , then she brought my order which is vanity and I looked to the box on the lifter and they were two big holes on the box!! its obvious that the labor damaged the vanity with the lifter fork,when I asked him he said no worry this is the box but the vanity should be ok, I drove back to home and I open the box to see if the vanity is ok and I found that the base was damaged and the wood broke where these two holes , what is bother me more the labor knew that he damaged the vanity and let me picked it up and now I have to return it and by the way this was the last piece in this store , so my project now will be hold , I have to return the vanity and drive back to the store and wait until they ship another one!! this is a real nightmare with the situation of Covid every step is count and it could expose me and my family to the Covid , so its not easy for us to pick up packages and return them back to the store, really waste of time and effort ,the return was also bad experience ,very long line because you have to return the item same line where people buy things, the worker very slow to get things done, I went to pro services to make my return and they guys same to be he doesn't care he just pointed me to the long line, I have to return the 36 inches vanity by my self ,drove back to the store , the cashier didnot even bother to ask me if I want replacement or sorry about damaging my item ,she doesn't ever care why I am return it in opposite home depot and lowes very professional and every thing done fast and if they did something wrong they offer you a discount or shipping free to your home,like other people said if you want buy from floor and decor , you have to go while you all the time in the world ,they have really good stuff but personally I am not going back ,so disappointed I was really excited about my project and my wife was really happy about starting the new renovation but now we just have to look for a replacement ,the items before you picked them up should be inspected first not making your customer picked up and opened found it damage , the worked told me when I returned the vanity that most of vanities are damaged!! so you guys sell us something used and damaged in first place, by the way before I returned the item I called many times two times a guys response put me in hold never get back to me , other 3 times no one response what great service in this covid situation

There’s always a fire to put out, a price to beat, and a particular client to please. Joe and team are up to task, day in, day out. They work tirelessly behind the scenes to keep us on time and in budget. We cannot say enough about their commitment to their clients, homeowners and builders. Top notch guy with great execution, even for the accounts that aren’t spending hundreds of thousands.If 6 stars was an option, they’d get it. Someone give that man a raise because losing him would hurt.
