This is by far the worst 5 below in the surrounding area. Staff completely in equipped in customer service! Especially a specific female cashier. Expect to spend time waiting in line if you happen to go in the evening! There’s always only one register open. Just unbelievable!!

Everything was disorganized, it was a total mess, everything was hard to find because of how messy the store was, couldn't buy anything. Open boxes and packages too.

Came in the store 01/24 around 6:20pm when I say the “kids” working there were so rude didn’t acknowledge any customers just continued having their conversation. No hello no thank you just laughing and joking. The young guy who waited on me associate: 755201 with the curly hair and pale skin was the rudest balled my receipt up and handed it to me because I rated the Service a 0 because it was less than poor. I will never visit this location again!!!!! Poor poor service and it smelled bad. Called the store several times to speak to a manager no answer. Just HORRIBLE

I have looked feverishly for an area on Five and Below to compliment tge following employees of 5&B! Abby, Anthony and Julia. They are great workers. They cordial and above board helpful. Their management should be so proud of them and applaud them for their excellent customer service...their people skills are @ 1 million!!!!!

I have never had a bad experience at Five Below. Each location (with the exception of this one), has had excellent customer service. But I was astonished that as we entered the store, we weren't greeted. We were harshly told that we had 8 minutes. As we rushed to get our items, we were reminded (as a countdown) that we had 1 minute and we needed to bring our items to the front. My daughter really wanted to buy a fidget and a pop-it for her cousin. I was so shocked at how the associates spoke to us and the other customers (a mom with 2 kids).Most stores in this area, have great customer service. But, I don't recommend this location.

Bad customer service here. Two young girls at the cash register today both talking to one another, I greeted and asked the girl how she was doing and just ignored me, continuing her conversation. Too into it, that she double charge two items. And when I said to have a nice day, she didn't even say anything. Stop hiring just anyone. They clearly don't belong in customer service.

The only thing not to like is how much money you'll end up spending here :D Friendly staff (mostly), really fun products that rotate seasonally, and everything is $5 or less. We bring our kids here to pick out birthday and Christmas gifts for each other, which had been very successful over the years.

A lot of cool stuff at this location. Very clean and the employees were very nice, helpful and polite. Didn't have to wait long at all to pay for stuff because they were really quick at the register.

All kinds of things for $5 or less. We get our chargers and headphones here. Not the best quality, but decent for the $5 price. They also have t-shirts and cheap shoes, toys, and school supplies. And candy.

There's a Five Below locally, but this one is bigger and seemingly had more options. My friends and I were preoccupied by the perfumes, but I found some cool trinkets, all for $5 (or less) each! My favorite was probably a pencil case with pencils, an eraser, a sharpener, and a small pack of oil pastels. Said supplies are likely cheaply made, but they made the pencil case seem more worth it. Besides, I'm an artist so I can probably find something to do with the pencils and such.

I only come here of the discounts of video games and toys and movies here. That's the only reason I come to this, less than average place. The customers are creepy and rude, the people who work there are rude, with poor customer service. This place is horrible. Atleast they sell good movies, video games, and toys at a good discount (4.99 or below).

They always speak when you come thru the door. They carry a lot of merchandise though it's not one of the biggest stores I've seen. I like their customer service and that's 5 stars worthy. Actually 7 but 5 is the max cuz they REALLY do speak and they're helpful enough in helping you find things.
