One of the very well managed store. This store has a variety of stuff even more than other nearby dollar tree stores. The stuff here is very well managed and well cared for. The billing process is very easy and the lines move safely. The storage is very organized and cleanly maintained. They also carry over-the-counter medicines.

Please seetotal 3 photos. This is one of two bottles bought yesterday 11.10.23 Friday in this dollar tree store, which is an Oak Beverage, another is Almond yet not try. Only half bottle left but the remaining are full of thick stickying liquid. Not only this drink was tasteless from the first sip, but keeps going. It doesn't taste like a pure plant-based drink it labeled, rather a drink seemed full of seeming thick-water-some like. Was it actually filled in a lot of something else or..., otherwise why half bottle are all the thick stuffs?Remember yrs ago, bought a couple of soy milk bottles from an Asian small market who carried its all soy by-products from a manufacturer in PA, got home to drink it immediately then smelled something weird and discovered its thick and stickying liquid like this Oak one but more yellowish from the very beginning of drinking. Immediately called the small market and addressed the issues. Brought the bottle back to show them: they all were convinced, the owner and the employees! Agreed with me that they needed to be careful for carrying products from that manufacturer meanwhile tightly controlled their products channels and supervision in apply on manufacturers. They also at once refunded me not like before they were so stingily for refunds. From back then of now on, I carefully never bought any Soy Milk from that brand of manufacturer except tofus!They actually added overdoses of PRESERVATIVES!This Oak maybe that Almond, both from the same manufacturer used UHT for this solid drink not preservatives? Please the store chain hdqtr investigates this.It labeled as "pantry freshThis seal marks our .... " see 2nd-3rd pic. Thanks.Called today (11.11.23) immediately a few times before run this review, but only got a fast busy tone. Generally speaking their employees are good some are super stars 🌟!

This store is a DREAM compared to other DC/MD stores. Wish they would take notes and organize their stores like them. Parking is good and there are other great stores in this shopping center.

This place is getting worse and worse.It used to be well stocked and organized, but this Christmas I found the store being with bare shelves, had to go a few times hoping to find certain items.I also just s found out that Dollar Tree is not only NOT refunding any money, but refuse to exchange any seasonal items!I was very disappointed because this is NOT stated on their the receipt! There it clearly says “We will gladly return ANY UNOPENED ITEM”. But what made it worse, was the Manager’s attitude. He barely showed up and was half way through his sentence when he started walking away! He pretty much dismissed me and my question. He made me feel he had a lot more important things to deal with than my questions as a customer. No effort whatsoever to remedy/answer in a kind way… It was like I was SUPPOSED to know their policy and how dare I waste his precious time with such questions…At least the girl at the cash wrap was pleasant and kind, but I guess I will shop less in this location going forward.

I just had the worst encounter with a manager at the store in Rose Hill shopping center. I placed my items on the belt and reached for a divider and he snatched it from me and said he needed it to keep the belt moving? He rang up my items and and gave me my receipt and began to ring up the customer behind me. I asked him to bag my items and he said that I could do that myself? I asked for the bags and he said the bags were 5 cents? I gave him a dime and I bagged up my items and left out to call the manager and he answered the phone and as I began to explain the issue he said it was him and hung up the phone. Horrible experience with!

I love Rose Hill Dollar Tree. I travel to this location because their customer service, store cleanliness, and product availability is consistent. Even when the lines pick up, they still get you out quick. The staff seems to work well together, and it shows in the appearance and the energy in the store as a whole.

Dollar Tree is a good place for inexpensive essentials and necessities. Basic food staples can be found here at lower prices than most grocery stores. Need kitchen utensils? Basic items for around the house? Party supplies? Materials for holiday decorating? Dollar Tree is the first place to look for those to help stretch your budget.

Friendly staff. Store clean and stocked well. Always a pleasure to see smiling faces. Its good to know if you don't see an item you need, they will always check the back just in case there was not enough room on the shelf. Mr. Carlton is a great manager. The employees here are rude. Also, the store is a mess as soon as you walk in. Sh!t everywhere, and many items are low or out of stock. But again…what can you expect from lifeless dollar employees?

Store is clean most of the time unless they are adding more inventory. Prices are what you would expect from a dollar store.Quality of the products they sell has gotten better over the years but you’re still gettingwhat you payed. Staff are nice and helpful.Overall, Great Staff, You get what you’re paying for and a clean store.

Unprofessional and rude shift manager. 'Manager' refused to exchange 3 unopened and unused items ($3 worth) with valid receipt from 10 days ago. Not even return but simple exchange... where are these rude people coming from? She was confrontational, rude, and argumentative... all of this for $3 worth of dollar store items :( Where did she learn that it is acceptable to threaten store customers and who hired this person? DISGUSTING! again all of this for $3 worth items...

They have a good selection and it's organized. Workers are friendly although one of them forgot to scan one of my items so I had to come back inside. I love Dollar Tree though!

Called store asked if item was in stock. They said no. Drove there and guess what? In stock. Traffic in Alexandria is hideous.We are losing retail stores like crazy to on line. Issues like this aren't going to keep what few we have left in business.

Decent dollar tree ...less selection then the other 2 closest ones [Springfield, or Rt.1]. But unlike those locations you won't feel like you need to shower once you walk out the door.🤢

I love to go to this location, items are always fully stock, Even though I live in Springfield, but didn't mind the drive. The one near where I live is not well organize.
