Wow! I was really impressed with how quickly I got my prescriptions tonite. The pharmacist was so helpful. Not only for answering questions but also helped me to look for store items I couldn't find. I really appreciate store Associate named ZAID.I was all confused with the checkout and he patiently showed me how to check my items. He helped me to scan items too. So patient !!! Thank you.

If I could give a zero stars I would. Waited just over an hour for antibiotics. Waited in 1 line for 30 minutes only to be directed to a second line. It took The second pharmacist 15 minutes to fill my order - he only asked for my name when I offered it after standing in front of him for 3 minutes. He also focused on filling prescriptions for call in orders instead of filling the orders for the people in line

Would give 0 stars. No one answers the phone. Techs do not check prescriptions accurately on file and simple insurance updates turn into 3 trips to the pharmacy. They rather place a hold and never update you the reason for the hold or call to verify.

Waited 30-minutes past my vaccine appointment. Was told by the pharmacist that he was busy and he'll get to me when he can. There were no other customers in the pharmacy at the time. I left without getting the vaccine, and will look for a different pharmacy. The pharmacy tech was really nice, though.

Horrible pharmacy, rude employees. I had to keep coming back to get a script filled for almost a week before it was ever filled (I finally had it transferred to a different pharm) and when you try to call the pharmacy not a soul picks up. The lines are always crazy slow and long and more often than not when I finally get to the front I have an “issue” with the script and it’s not filled. I always end up having to go to Drop Off for something they could have called about so my script could have been filled. Horrible service. All of the techs are rude.

I actually really like this CVS. It's big, clean, well lit, has a great selection, and is open 24 hours. But the company clearly is not providing enough support to the pharmacy. The friendly, helpful pharmacists are almost always drastically overworked. I am currently sitting in the drive through for a prescription and none of the cars in line have even moved in over ten minutes. There are six cars waiting. It's rarely any better inside the store, where the line for the pharmacy is almost always extremely long and slow. Additionally, it seems like the pharmacy doesn't start filling a prescription until you show up to pick it up, meaning a 5 minute transaction takes 20-30 minutes. CVS: please support your staff and hire more hands for the pharmacy!

This CVS pharmacy is in a high population area and they have worked hard to find the best prices for my family. This can take time and I have never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time, considering COVID-19. They are helpful with questions etc. I try to call during low traffic times, when needed considering the pandemic and might wait a bit but again, nothing unreasonable. Considering the work they do, at this time, I appreciate the fine service overall. I'm a teacher, so maybe I understand what it is like to be an essential worker during COVID-19.

Service is slow. 9 times out of 10, if I need assistance, I have to search to find an employee. It’s not the fault of the employees. CVS is clearly trying to cut costs by having as few employees staffing the store as possible. There just aren’t enough employees to get everything done, like make sure the sales price labels are taken down when the sales are over. This makes it hard to tell what items actually cost.The extra bucks promotional savings are confusing. You don’t know what discount you are going to get until your ring everything up. If you decide you want to remove something from your order, and you are using self-checkout, which is likely because there are rarely employees at the front counter, you have to go look for an employee, because you can’t do it yourself.I go to CVS for 2 reasons. One, it is close enough to my home that I can walk. Two, it is open 24 hours a day.I go to CVS because I don’t live closer to a Walmart.Retail is dying. Hopefully, CVS is the next chain to kick the bucket.

Horrible service. Prescription never ready, not once. After waiting 30 minutes always asked to return in an hour. What the heck is going on there? Medications are urgent sometimes. Can’t wait till I can change pharmacy. Never returning.

Took 3 times to get prescription right. The last time happened 10 minutes before lunch. Patient was in severe pain and nausea and was told to come back after lunch. No comparison.

Terrible. Doctor faxed in prescription. Did not try to fill prescription before I was there. Waited in drive through line for 20 minutes with two screaming toddlers in the back seat. Place did not have the medicine, manager said they haven't had it for weeks. Should have had this indexed in the computer and kicked it back to the doctor through an electronic order. Horrible waste of time, could not get medicine my 2 year old needed after spending three hours getting to/from doctor, waiting through line, waiting for medicine to be filled, waiting for manager to come talk about it...will not return.

Lecturing your customers to “be patient” and a condescending attitude is not a great way to do business. Go find another location if you actually want your prescriptions filled in a timely manner, probably without the terrible attitude.
