The pharmacy voicemail is full and they will not pick up the phone. My doctor tried calling for 3 hours and could not get through. Luckily the Walgreens on King St will pick up the phone. I would go there instead.

I truly congratulate this CVS. They have customer service and cashier attendants who are very polite, professional and they give detailed information about different things. I love going there!!

The customers service at this CVS Pharmacy has never really been that great. They are very busy and deal with a bunch of grouchy people all day which has to be super difficult, but there are plenty of other pharmacies in the area that do the same thing and don't talk to their customers the way they do here. They aren't terrible by any means, but can just be short and a come across as a bit passive aggressive. I'd be fine going here if it were the only pharmacy in town, but it's not. Please just shop around and find another one if you value customer service.

I was forced by insurance to switch from Safeway Pharmacy on King Street (glorious people who are knowledgeable and caring) to this CVS Pharmacy. Repeatedly the worst customer service experience I have ever suffered. IMPOSSIBLE to get on the phone, responses that boarder on falsehoods and a lack of caring and empathy. There stock is miserable as well Seldom was there when there we not several other customers in the same place. I felt as if I was a burden to staff. Moved my business on CVS on Monroe. Less convenient but 1000 times better in terms of a caring, responsive and friendly healthcare partner for me and my family.

The one star is regarding the pharmacy. I have been in tears over prescriptions not getting filled at this pharmacy. I kept going back because I didn't want the hassle of transferring all my prescriptions. My doctor would call in a prescription refill, it's in stock and approved by insurance, but isn't filled (its "in process") for days. Trying to call is worthless, the pharmacist even admitted that they don't have the capacity to answer calls anymore. I have to go physically into the store to get them to fill it. So what you get is a bunch of people coming in to ask questions or deal with problems that could have been handled over the phone, leading to long lines, irritated staff and customers and an absolute trainwreck. There is a lack of empathy with the staff, like we are a burden to them, for wanting prescriptions when they are due. Prescriptions aren't an option, but a must, and it is dangerous to not have them filled on time. Yesterday I transferred to Walgreens, after realizing that every month, there is one week of unneeded of stress, wondering if I'll get a prescription on time.Please, please, please do not go to this pharmacy. They are completely understaffed and unable to even meet basic needs. Borderline negligent. I do blame corporate over the staff, as one pharmacist and one assistant per shift are not nearly enough for their workload. They need at least 3 times that.

My husband had an appointment for a vaccination yesterday and the pharmacist told him to comeback today because she has to order the required vaccine . Guess what she didn’t order the specific vaccine and a different representative told him to comeback again Monday . He told her it was disappointing as this will be the third trip for the vaccine. It is a shame the website doesn’t have some indication as to availability. Nevertheless the young lady told us to call the 800 number if we had a complaint and didn’t wait for a response before closing the side door on us. Obviously it was easier to get rid of us as opposed to finding the vaccine that she said the system says was there. I question the hygiene at this location as her hands were all over her long hair before going into the refrigerator to look for the vaccine.

It's a shame that I have to rate this location this low, because the staff (aside from the pharmacy) are pleasant, keep the items well stocked, and the store clean. The pharmacy is absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Every time, without failure, there is a issue that costs me time. "Perscription ready? Great!" I head there and it's not ready, or they didn't apply the coupon that's on file for my medication. Then they need to reprocess it and it's another 15-20 mins. I'm currently on hold with them going on 53 minutes because I can't leave the house at the moment, but need to get my prescription on hold filled. I absolutely hate this place. Go to Walgreens. I'm never doing business here again. The pharmacy is an absolute joke.

Rude and incompetent pharmacy staff.There are plenty of other pharmacies in the area, so if you have a lot of meds to manage, do yourself the service of finding a more competent and professional pharmacy to handle it.The staff on the retail side of the store is great and have always been great. The pharmacy on the other hand is a nightmare. I work near by and have frequented this pharmacy for the last 5 years because of it's proximity. Prior to their remodel, the pharmacy staff was amazing! They were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.Approximately 2 years ago is when they had a big change in pharmacy staff and things went downhill from there. They are likely understaffed and frustrated, but all of that is being misplaced and directed at customers in the worst way.You will have to call multiple times to get someone on the phone (after being hung up on after a long hold), your meds will never be filled on time, the information they give you will never be accurate, and you will never have a decent interaction with the pharmacist. Run in the other direction!

Easily the worst pharmacy I've ever been to in my life. It's almost hilarious how bad. They NEVER answer the phone. Say prescriptions are ready when they aren't. Always have maybe 2 people working at a time. The bad attitudes I'm sure is for being horribly staffed.

This place has consistently provided the worst customer experience I have ever had with any business (think worse than cable companies and big banks). Months ago, they sent me around to various CVS's in the area because they didn't have my prescription in stock, and, of course, the ones they sent me to didn't either (despite them checking the computers and saying they did). This was the final straw, so I moved my scripts to Walgreens in Bradlee Shopping Center (they've been great).My wife still had her meds at CVS, and last week the CVS app said my wife's prescriptions were ready. I went Thursday around 6:00pm, it hadn't been filled, and they said they could not fill it that evening (despite the pharmacy being open for another 2 hours). I explained to the pharmacy rep that my wife needed the medication in the morning, and she assured me it would be ready first thing. They open at 8:00am the next day, I showed up at 10:00am to make sure it would be ready, and it was not filled. The pharmacy rep said it would be at least 45 minutes until it would be ready. I explained that I was assured the day before that it would be ready first thing, and apparently the rep from the day before "did not mark it that way in the computer." I explained that the app said it was ready the day before, and she said "the app isn't working right."I asked to speak with the pharmacist, who told me that there was nothing that could be done about the wait. I reiterated the need to have it as quickly as possible, that my wife was out of the medication she needed that morning, and the pharmacist responded that it was still morning until noon, so it wasn't late. I asked who was responsible for overseeing the pharmacy reps to make sure they are doing what they are supposed to, and the pharmacist said "well I wasn't here yesterday" and the reps are "responsible for themselves."I went to speak with the store manager on duty, who to her credit, was apologetic (unlike the pharmacy rep and the pharmacist) about the situation and took my number to have the store general manager call me that day or the next. It has been several days and I have not been called.My wife is in the process of moving her scripts to Walgreens as well.

One of the worst CVSs I've ever been to. There is always a long line and usually no one at the register. Pharmacists rarely look up and are not friendly in the least.

Won’t be using this pharmacy again. Prescription was called in yesterday, but they didn’t have it in the system at all. Confirmed with the doctor that it had been called in. Arrived over 24 hours after the prescription had been called in and was told 30 minutes. Ran a quick errand and returned. Still not ready. Everyone else waiting seems to have an issue with their prescription, one that will cost them in missing a procedure tomorrow if not filled (and the pharmacy can’t even find the Rx). Feel bad for the staff here as they are obviously understaffed and overburdened.

Travelled to 3 CVS stores within a 3 mile radius. Photo machines to print passport pictures are habitually broken. The 3 print options for pictures consistently does not work. Manager has no means to fix and does not appear to ask for CVS corporate support, ergo why I took my business to Walgreens! Consumers have options when the receive sub optimal customer service.

I ordered a 8 x 10 print online. I showed up 15 minutes after the time it was scheduled to be ready, the front desk staff Jermaine (who was kind about the issues) told me to come back in 20 minutes. After coming back in 30 minutes, it was not ready. I drove home (10 min drive) and the photo was then ready, seems odd. When I pick up the photo it is landscape instead of portrait, which I ordered. I am placed on hold with staff manager, Amy, who gives me run around for the next 45 minutes including continual holds and hanging up on me. She only picks up the last time because I block my number. She then repeatedly states she can't hear me on phone when I ask about fixing the issue. Can not believe this experience for an 8x10 photo.

Today I electronically refilled my prescription via the cvs app. I received a confirmation email saying it would be completed by 3 pm. Upon arriving at the pharmacy and the tech looking up my name, I was told I didn’t have anything to pick up. When asked if I knew the name of the prescription, I said yes it’s on my phone. And tried to explain that I had a confirmation email. At this point the tech became very rude and walked away from me. She returned to her work station and ignored me. Then she asked again if I knew the name. I stated again that it was on my phone and I’m not yelling it across the store. She continued to ignore me. Then I was helped by a pharmacist. Nothing was ever said about my online order and there were no apologies.It’s very concerning the lack of Regard for HIPPA and customer service here.

The store staff are great. The low rating is for the pharmacy. Never have I witnessed such horrible customer service. I have watched people almost leave in tears because of the pharmacy staff. Go to any other pharmacy because this is the worst cvs ever. Now if you need to just go to the cvs store...this place is great.

The store is recently updated and is well laid out. The selection is much better with fresh and frozen food. The staff is friendly and helpful.The pharmacy staff and pharmacists are friendly and efficient. The handle a very large amount of prescriptions and do a great job.

Wish I read the reviews on this particular CVS store beforehand. I dropped off an Rx and was told the fill time would be 30 minutes. 4 hours later when I returned, it was not ready. The pharmacy employees seemed to care less and shooed me out of line while other customers were served. 20 minutes later I was asked if I had been helped...I took the prescription back, never to set foot in this store again. Incompetent is too nice an adjective to describe this cesspool of idiocy.

I went here for a prescription but they were out of stock. The pharmacist told me to find it myself and to call around. Kelly, however, was unbelievably helpful. She went out of her way to help us find the rx and had it held at another pharmacy. She even chose the pharmacy with better parking. So so nice. Thanks Kelly!

These people were extremely helpful and friendly. I had prescriptions that needed to be refilled from a CVS 1500 miles away. They asked a few simple questions and we're able to fill all my prescriptions with a smile.

My entire family has been with this pharmacist for close to 18 years. Our family has been treated well by this pharmacist and his staff. How anyone could say anything negative about this pharmacist and his staff totally baffles us. Never have we had a problem that could not be resolved.

They never answer the phone at the pharmacy. I was on hold for 25 minutes two separate times to check to see if my son’s prescription was ready and had to disconnect. The automated system doesn’t recognize my voice or my phone key input. Very frustrated

I have always had positive experiences at this CVS (since 2012). I moved recently and switched to the CVS next to my new place and the pharmacy is incredibly slow (I have waited more than 90 minutes for a stnd rx to be filled), inaccurate, and does not follow-thru. I will likely be returning to this (Quaker) CVS (even though it is 15 minutes away by car).I always knew this CVS was great (pharmacy and the rest of the store), but my recent change has made me realize how incredibly wonderful the store is.

Just called to have an RX that I need next week filled because I'm here indefinitely from out of town because my father is ill and in the icu. She was beyond rude, questioned why I needed it today and when I explained I take it twice a week and would run out by Friday she made me feel stupid for calling it in today... Wednesday. If you don't like your job, let someone else take over. Lots of people looking for jobs right now and life is too short to be rude and condescending. Shame on you.

The most unprofessional Pharmacist in the area. They told me to get my primary doctor preapproval for my prescription . He did it in a blink of eye and they came up with new excuse ."We do not have enough supplies in their store"I waited 4 days come back ......They still do not have supplies .

Unless you enjoy being on hold for 15 minutes and then being hung up on by incompetent staff, find a different pharmacy. This place is AWFUL! They never call back when they say they will and there is always a long wait for everything.
