The staff and owner are really nice. On the super busy restock day, they try to make sure everyone has at least a bag to carry their items if all the carts are taken (which I really appreciate because I forget all the time).There are a lot of treasures to find if you take the time. If you need to open a box to test something, ASK. They will help you. They try to keep boxes sealed cause then parts go missing and noone wants them. Read the boxes! There's usually a small bar code that gives a brief description. If not, again.. ASK.

New daily prices! New goods are on Saturday for $10 each and Thursday for $1 each. The best place for a good deal. The perfect place to by clothes! They always have a good range of sizes from small to 4x

Having to buy ten items when you purchase an item that's high value is absolutely ridiculous. All they care about is taking your money. The owners only scam their customers. If you go to buy a nice item like a coffee maker or toaster oven, they make you purchase at least $100 worth of merchandise. Never shop here hoping to get something for only $10. They are horrible business owners.

It’s a good store if you have the right expectations- do not forget that these are all returned items, so they could be used, broken, have missing parts or be totally fine. Test the item before buying it.

So I love a bargain! When my best friend told me of Black Friday Bin store and figured I’d check it out. PHENOMENAL DEALS!! I also wasn’t prepared for the fantastic customer service going above and beyond. Extremely affordable and a fun hunt for items ranging from 200$ shoes to a 15 dollar tank top at 2$ on Tuesday! I will be back!!

My experience with Black Friday Daily Deals Bin Store was extremely disappointing. I bought an Airpods, only to discover later that it was a counterfeit product. The store’s lack of transparency and the unsatisfactory resolution process left me frustrated. Potential customers, be cautious when dealing with this store, and thoroughly inspect your purchases for authenticity.

We were not impressed at all with this store. We went on Friday, which is supposed to be the best day to go. We only got 5 items because nothing was sticking out to us. We get home to open the items and most have been used. The waffle maker literally had oil and waffle mix still on it and we also got a serving tray that was used as well with stains on it. Overall will not be returning and I feel we wasted money.Update… just trying to put together the lazy Susan serving tray and it is has the incorrect screw, so it can not be assembled and we got a riser for a monitor and the legs are missing..definitely not going back ever.

Love the business model, reminds me of Goodwill Warehouse but smaller and local. Great deals, music, and customer service. Looking forward to more amazing deals especially with Black Friday approaching.

I am visiting from Charlotte NC. I visit the Black Friday store there at least twice a week. I was looking forward to stopping by the one here but these reviews! Going to give it the benefit of the doubt and decide for myself. To be continued....

I have been shopping in this store around 10 times. Merchandise presentation is not in a perfect order, but you can find good stuff there for unbelievable prices. The store owners are nice, and customers are polite.

The customers are rude and the store owner doesn’t control the crowd. This place is not organized and I’m afraid that if the owners don’t improve their customer service or crown a possible shooting or crime could happen. Police should be monitoring all locations. After waiting in a long line for the store to open, they open the door and people that haven’t been in the line comes from cars and get in front of the line causing people that waited in Line to not get into the store as they should, this isn’t acceptable and the owner doesn’t seem care. Why not control the line and put a stop to this mess. The line to check to see if items are working is extremely long and unacceptable sometimes taking over an hour. The line to purchase your items are also extremely long. This is a money greedy operation and people are treated like salvages fighting over stuff.

Everything is picked over you have to be there when they open . It’s mostly scraps left. Last week I bought a item off the shelf behind the counter and it doesn’t work , no charger. So basically they have a sign “no refunds no exchanges”. That means I wasted my money

The owners and stuff are friendly and welcoming which that alone makes it inviting to me. You must be patient and enjoy treasure hunting to appreciate this store, but I find it worth it since you walk with very good deals. Yes some items are returned, some have missing pieces but you can ask stuff to open the box and try it put before buying.

While I love thrifting and enjoy hunting for treasures, this place is not for me.I've heard of amazing deals that others have scored at bin stores and had high hopes but found it to be overwhelming and full of pushy people.Notable points:- Signs are posted warning against pushing. Literally. :/- Tons of broken products.- Many items are still packed in unlabeled boxes.Good luck to anyone with the patience to brave this place!Update: The business owner replied to this review right away (a good sign that they care for sure) and suggest that you visit on the weekends to find the best deals. I visited on a Friday. I'm sure great deals are there but it's not my kind of place.

10 times worse than any flee market or pawn shop! Don’t waste your time. As soon as I heard the loud music I knew I had messed up driving all the way down here. Complete let down, most of all the products are used and not in boxes. You won’t find name brand items.not a very welcoming place. No customer service what so ever and the store is not clean. I would have took pictures but I basically ran out.
