2 simple requests:If my doctor sends a prescription, please fill itIf I send someone to pick up prescriptions please send itIt is not your job to decide whether or not to fill my prescription that my doctor sends to the pharmacy to be filled. If I send somebody to pick up my prescriptions, It is not your job to make them tell you what prescriptions you have ready that I might be looking for, then not give them the prescription that is ready because they guessed wrong. It is your job to say I have (1) prescription ready, it will be $$.Constantly have these problems with this Walgreens (if they even have the meds in stock).

I wanted to express my concerns and unprofessional service at Walgreens pharmacy at Aldie, VA location.I had an active appointment for Sunday afternoon, which I scheduled in advance. However, when I arrived to the pharmacy, I was informed that the person performing the service left an hour ago and they couldn’t perform the service. Even though I had an appointment and showed the confirmation, they told me to go somewhere else. It was Sunday evening and other pharmacies were closed or booked for the day. The staff was extremely unprofessional, no manager inside, or any employee who could address any questions. Pharmacists leave early even through there are appointments booked by customers.

One of the worse Customer service on Friday the October 20 I went there. This employee I don't know what's going on in her life or mind 😕 I don't know her name but she look like Chinese with Red hair was so upset no thank you no hello and very unprofessional behavior and rudely told me if the Vitamin k2 is we don't have then go find somewhere else. Absolutely unprofessional. I requested Can you find out in other walgreens she just left the the counter left me thinking what is going. 😡. This employee needs more behavioral training

Third edit is the charm.So the manager was very nice but the extra charge was never given back and Walgreens continues to send calls about prescriptions that don’t exist. I’mTaking back my thank you.I’m editing my previous review, because in fact I received a call from the manager and she was very competent and caring. She heard me and took steps to resolve the situation. Thank you!This Pharmacy is incompetent when it comes to prescriptions. They sell a single dose of a medication that is sold as a box, and charge the same. Instead of informing the patient that there is a problem. They knowingly know it makes no sense but want your money.

Employees are rude and incompetent.Most of the time, you come and you Rx isn't ready. It took them a week to fill a med I've been on for 15 years because the pharmacist didn't understand the instructions. I get texts saying meds are ready, only to arrive and they're not.It's every trip to this store... it NEVER goes as expected.Go to CVS instead

They have big Administration + Management (if there is any manager/management?) issue at this Pharmacy. Just switch from CVS South Riding since they always have long lines but have medicine ready. This pharmacy have long line and when you reach the counter the counter clerk says, sorry Prescription is ready. It happened three times in one month. Even I went back after three days , same unacceptable answer, Prescription is not ready. Talked to them and they said two pharmacist quit but it was almost a month ago and they are still behind!. Now even counter clerk saying please switch to Walgreen Chantilly.

AVOID this pharmacy. Do not waste your time. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt; however, after trying to pickup antibiotics on two separate instances and not receiving them timely (not ready for 4 days after surgery), I will never use this pharmacy again. Trying to speak to someone over the phone is an exercise in patience. You are told a prescription is ready over the phone, only to arrive and have to wait. Drive-thru isn't open. Don't bother.

YIKES, we’re not on the schedule!So, I went back and forth on whether to give a 4 or 5 on this review based on our visit to the pharmacy for a scheduled appointment the other day. No problem for the gentleman that assisted us with issue. Our appointment was honored, this made me leave feeling wow, they genuinely cared about my son’s health, safety and education, just as much as I do. Education, one might say how? That is one less absence!Our visit today, confirmed what I already had decided, this Walgreens location deserves a 5 for outstanding customer service. Not one but TWO ladies stopped what they were doing and joined our mission to find the cream we were looking for. We found it, thank goodness.Thank you!

Dangerous pharmacy. If you have a time sensitive prescription do not send it here. They will string you along saying to check back in a few hours instead of being honest about the delay, which is DAYS. After a few more calls they will tell you it’s ready to have them tell you to go back home and wait some more. This happened to us on two different prescriptions.

I recently moved to the area and filled a prescription for the first time at this location. The first time it was filled, the amount of medication was not correct. After that was remedied, I went home only to realize, the dosage was also incorrect. These errors represent serious safety issues and could cause serious harm to customers. I would highly recommend NOT using this pharmacy. Additionally, my job change meant that my new insurance is not active for 30 days, so I had to pay out-of-pocket. They did not apply any coupons or discounts, which I later found free online. My expensive and potentially dangerous mistake does not have to be yours!

I’ve been using this pharmacy for the past two years and they’ve always been excellent. Example: my wife, son and I were all sick with the flu. They didn’t have the Tamiflu in stock so they called ahead to another pharmacy to have them fill it. They contacted me to let me know. They understood that Tamiflu has to be taken immediately in order to help with symptoms. This pharmacy is quick and efficient. Just ask the questions you need answered and they will answer it.

Worst pharmacy in the area. The pharmacists have been rude to me on several occasions and there is always an issue, on their end, when I go to fill a prescription - either the price is incorrect, they don't honor the price they quote over the phone, the prescription is not ready (after being called and informed it was), the pharmacists will ignore me for several minutes before helping me, the list goes on and on. I've moved my prescriptions elsewhere.

The process to receive the COVID vaccine is extremely disorganized.Made an appointment online for 10 am, per the instructions was told to arrive 15 minutes before.Showed up at 9:45 and there was a line of people waiting. I Didn't receive my vaccine until 10:30. The pharmacist did apologize, however 30 minutes behind schedule is a lot.

FedEx facility here is drop off only and there is no body around most of the time. Again there is no FedEx envelopes. They should instead have outdoor dropbox atleast if they don't want to serve customers inside the store.

I wish I could give a zero star if possible. I was there for a banner print out for my baby. I put my order in and was told my order would be ready in 2 hours. When came back said the print was of low quality. Post inquiry told that they had printer issue and was told that my order would be forwarded to another nearby Walgreens for print out which I accepted gleefully. However I told them I would pick them up next day but when reached the next day at the store found my order was not ready. I called them back to see what went wrong. They told that they can’t transfer photo order and was kept on hold for more that 10 min. I would be ok if they had given the right info rather than misleading the customer. This place lost a loyal customer from today. Ain’t going there again.

Poor customer service. They don't respect patients time, I have been twice for covid vaccine and both the times I was made to wait at least 90 minutes. What's the point in having the appointments if I have to wait anyways. Worst part is anytime you ask They say 5 more minutes may be their clock never moves beyond 5 minutes.

Went on Sunday to fill a prescription. Walgreens pharmacist says she has only half of the pills. Since I needed this script (heart meds) immediately, took what Walgreens had and told pharmacist to forget the rest. Pharmacist said I must pay for entire prescription quota (including ones Walgreens did not have in stock) or I cannot take the ones she had in stock. Well, I didn't have the medical luxury to wait until Monday. So, Walgreens had me by the "you know what." Pharmacist said remainder would be ready Monday late AM/early PM. So, I returned Monday @ 4 PM and was told the remainder arrived. However, I'd have to wait another 15 minutes for the pharmacist to place these pills in a labeled container. Are you kidding me?... It is a poor business practice for Walgreens to mandate that a patient who needs the pills to buy the entire lot when Walgreens doesn't have them in stock and since I could have gone to another more convenient pharmacy for the remainder later during week (I told this to pharmacist who said it is Walgreens policy to do this). Then, it is insult to injury and yet another poor business practice for Walgreens to make a returning customer wait 15 minutes (after waiting for 10 minutes in line) for the remaining pills that Walgreens made me buy when they didn't have them in stock. Why can't Walgreens have the 2d batch ready for immediate pickup upon arrival? Why didn't Walgreens have me pay only for the pills I ordered and not make me pay for the entire amount of pills when Walgreens failed to have these pills in stock? Seems to me that Walgreens doesn't need the business. Well, they certainly aren't getting my business unless I have no other choice. Walgreens needs to become much more customer friendly and not treat its customers like they are doing us a favor to be in business.

Short staffed, always out of medication, long wait times, and will lie straight to your face after speaking to them over the phone earlier about having a medication and when it will be ready. Wish my insurance didn’t force me to use this place. Literally have had to go days without medication because of their incompetence. Doctors have even told me not to use this location.

Twice now this pharmacy has given me not enough antibiotics in a bottle to cover the full amount the doctor prescribed. The first time I thought maybe we didn’t measure correctly, so this time I was extra careful with measuring the dosage and this second time I ran out again with one more day to go. When I talked to the pharmacist she said that 9 days should be enough even though the doctor prescribed 10. She said as long as his symptoms are gone it should be good enough and would not offer to supply the last dose. She said to call the doctor tomorrow and ask if she thinks he needs extra dosage. Last I checked they always say to finish antibiotics even after symptoms subside. It’s no wonder bacteria are becoming resistant thanks to pharmacists like this one and their wisdom they suggest to patients. I’ve never had this problem with any other pharmacy. Never going to Walgreens again since they clearly hire the B team of pharmacists.

Excellent service. Pharmacists are polite and work quickly. Location is conveniently close to Harris Teeter, 7-11 gas station, Bank of America just to name a few. People which post bad reviews can't usually spell words properly, so ignore those reviews.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy location in the area. Constant errors filling prescriptions, incorrect information provided and very rude staff. I have repeatedly given them chances to rearn my business because of how close they are to my home and they fail everything.

Amazing! I came in to get some microfiber cloths and a young gentleman there gave me some recommendations on which one would work best for cleaning my car. He then proceeded to ask me which car I drive and I told him about my JDM AF Toyota Sierra and we bonded over Fast and Furious quotes and talked about why intakes don’t work. What a CHILL dude 11/10 would shop here again 💯💯💯😎😎😎

After doctors office saying sent prescription 5 times they finally got it , 3 trips , they tell me 20 mins, I go in at 7:15 they tell me they can’t fill it. Could of at least called and let us know before another trip. Very unorganized, if wasn’t for moms insurance would go to another pharmacy.

I was getting checked out by an older man, he rang up my two items then took MY yeti water bottle and started shaking it and looking in it to see what was inside. He then started staring at my bag, I opened it to get my keys & he then started *discretely* looking in my bag... I told him to have a good day to get no response back. The staff watched me as I walked through the sensors at the door to see if they would go off and they did not. I have never stolen anything in my entire life and never intend to so of course I was shocked. I’ve worked in a retail environment before so I know that accusing someone of stealing when they have no reason to is NOT allowed. I wanted to dump my left over water that was in my cup & all of my belonging in my bag on the floor and make a scene, but I did not. These people are unprofessional, rude, and judgemental. Just because I’m a 20 year old woman means I’m going to steal something? Really? Yeah so I’m never going back there.

Don't expect your medicine to be in stock. Also expect that they will tell you 3-5 days, but they are guessing and there is no garutantee. Don't expect a call to tell you that it isn't available. Don't expect a call if it isn't covered by your insurance, just expect them to cancel the order and fill it. Don't expect a call to offer suggestions for combining different MG together. Don't expect them to take initiative. Really when they were opened and the first couple of years, they were fantastic now, I might as well just go to Giant as the service there is about the same and at least closer.
