Such a disappointment made a special trip to pick something up that they said online was available in store. It was not! Gluten-free options in desserts are very very limited to actually two cakes for $20 each! What a rip off it's not that difficult all around. Stop advertising something you don't have.

Self scan is broke it rings down the attendant every 3 or 4 items then scanned everything to pay and they said we had to go to an actual register to re scan everything. It’s a huge waste of time a very huge inconvenience and I will never be shopping here again. Especially after I called a manager and told him and he didn’t apologize just said I’ll relay the message then hung up bad customer service and equipment…

I receive an email every week but when I click on the weekly add most of the time it doesn't open stating that the website can not be accessed. Also I have tried to go directly to your website and the weekly ad can not be accessed.This is very frustrating because it happens most of the time.

Shopped here the other day and found the place clean and neat. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had the sale items we wanted in stock. And as an added bonus they were serving samples of Glazed Donuts (fresh and tasty...) and samples of deli ham.

My daughter birthday party today 10/22 at 230p. I was supposed to pickup at noon. They call me at 9:06a saying the ONLY cake decorator they have called out!!! Now I’m stuck having to find a premade cake to match her theme or just one in general. Like y’all need to do better or need a second person incase stuff like this happens because y’all inconveniencing people because now I have to leave church early and look around town for cake and cupcakes smh.

Great experience. I apperciate great service some people should learn how to treat customers and be taught how to if they dont understand how too. At this kroger i can say was a great experience when i shopped there on 3/23/2023. I dont know the lady name but she was a great employee towards me when i was there at self checkout on 3/23/2023. First thing i look at in a store to see if it is a good place to shop is good treatment towards all customers no matter race, culture. And the second thing i look at is a great enviroment without negative behavior, both customer and employee getting along in a respectful manner thats how it is suppose to be. Well what store could learn from that ? 😏😡😣

Store smells like sour milk and mildewed cardboard. Frozen items are wet like refrigerators aren't working.No registers open. But 3 people standing at the self checkout looking at their phones. Useless staff. Will not be returning there. Question the sanitation of the whole store.

Súper friendly people. A lady at the self checkout asked me if is okay give a lollipop to my son. I agreed and she proceeded, then gave him a sticker. Those things maybe cost few cents, but her intentions were valued way more than money can pay. Again those are act to keep the customer happy and the future customers even happier. Good job to that lady. The place is clean and well organized. A bit pricey but good quality and variations.

I was hoping for a successful pickup order since I am unable to be in public during this time. Unfortunately I will now have to go out because some important items in my order were not given to me. A whole bag in fact. I personally am not upset about that, I assume the employee was overwhelmed. I’m upset about the disregard for social distancing in the way these pick up orders are handled. I sat there and watched someone else doing a pickup order without mask or gloves approach the worker and the cart of other peoples food/ orders less than even 2 ft apart. I watched all these other people step out of their cars and wait around for the employee to deliver bags. Not following 6ft guidelines. What in the heck is the purpose of pick up orders to protect myself when Kroger can’t manage to ask people to give them space or step back into their car so their order (AND OTHERS) can be safely delivered? It should be mandated when you order that you are asked to stay in your car. I will not be doing pickup again and I’m very disappointed that there are no stipulations in place to encourage people to stay in their car and let the employee do their job.

The pharmacy stopped taking our insurance, but neglected to notify anyone. Then expected us to pay quadruple what the same prescriptions costed last month. When asked about it, they showed no concern and offered no explanation. Taking our business elsewhere, including our grocery shopping.

This particular location is much smaller than others I’ve been to on the peninsula. I prefer it though. It’s never nearly as busy as others. Parking is easy to find. The neighborhood is safe. The store is well stocked and clean.

Great store. Clean, bright, and organized. Staff is always happy to help you with your shopping needs. If you are going to a frequent visitor to this or any other #kroger make sure you get their card and download their app on your phone. You can clip digital coupons which will automatically be used when you check out. You can earn points from shopping which will give you discount at the gas pump. I personally don't shop enough to earn fuel points so don't usually get gas from there since it's usually a little higher than other gas stations in the area.

Whether someone comes in as a paying customer or for a vendor, people deserve to be treated with respect and dignity. I came in and was treated poorly and yelled at by a department manager. How embarrassing.Aside from that, the store is clean to the shopping experience with plenty of parking include some shaded, and an attached gas station with fair prices.

Kroger should have people that want to work at the Deli should be friendly, acknowledge the customers, and wait on them today I didn't receive that from the deli I went back twice I never was acknowledged I didn't appreciate it.

We scheduled a COVID booster shot at Kroger in Grafton, VA and got a confirmation on the appointment. When we got there, we were told that they were not giving COVID shots. I called the Pharmacy and a very rude young lady explained to me, talking nonstop so I could not get a word in, that since there was only 1 patient to vaccinate, they would not open a vial to use and that we should have called to confirm our appointment. When I asked her to stop talking long enough to listen to my question, I explained that if the vaccine was not available why was the appointment confirmed for us online? She hung up on me. I DO NOT recommend Kroger Pharmacy for immunization needs. If I could give 0 stars, I would!

Meat counter ladies very friendly and helpful even though one appeared to be new help in that area. Self checkout system after your done scanning and swiping your card it just sits there dinging and making noise. Had to wait for lady from register area to come push a button that apparently tells the system that I'm using a bank card. Might work on making it just a bit more intuitive.

Disappointed. UPDATE-They have packaged "fresh and wild caught" fish. I wanted some so grabbed some cod. I thought I could smell it in my ride home and I was right. It was so bad. They either know and do not care (which is likely) or know nothing about seafood. I threw it out. This Kroger is just awful.I was excited for Kroger because of its healthy mix of average and specialty type variety of items. This store location is beyond disappointing. The hot bar and salad bar are well below average. I was expecting a larger variety of organic fresh produce, meats and frozen items (and not just in their generic brand they use). The seafood selection is awful. And NOBODY LIKES SIMPLE TRUTH ORGANIC KOMBUCHA. They sell GT's brand as well but stock such a small amount (and in ONE FLAVOR) that it is always sold out. This makes no sense and nobody wants their store brand kombucha.This store needs a major upgrade and I have spoken to many others who feel the same way. I shop here as little as possible. Was hoping for so much more.(I have had nothing but GOOD experiences with their pharmacy and all store staff. It is just the inventory.)

So far it's ok. It hasn't changed a huge amount from the farm fresh layout. Although they did take out the Starbucks 😭😥 I docked a star bc they use air freshener at this store whereas they do not at the kiln Creek location. The particular scent they used I'm very allergic to. So during the winter season I will continue to use another grocery store. Hopefully I will get a chance to explore more later. Right now it's new and clean so enjoy.

Busy Saturday morning and only one cashier open. The customer she was helping had a $20 purchase and they were trying to figure out how to get some digital coupon to work. They were trying to find a manager that could not be located. I had well over $100 of groceries in my cart. Instead of hold up a line, why not encourage the customer to go to customer service instead of hold up the entire line? I walked out and won’t be walking back in to Kroger again. I spend hundreds of dollars every month at Kroger and I’ll take my business and my money elsewhere from now on.

I will NEVER go back to this Kroger. The way I was treated and disrespected by the cashier was inexcusable and she wanted to argue and cause a scene! The "manager" did absolutely nothing...what a shame as my husband and kids had just been in the same store earlier today and the ladies in floral and the Bakery were so kind and generous with my young kids. I will remain a loyal Kroger customer at the KILN CREEK store!! DO NOT GO TO THIS KROGER

Pleasantly surprised at how quiet the store was! Shopped at a larger store that was too loud and noisy, I couldn't concentrate. Employees were extremely courteous and helpful. Store was clean and well lit. I will certainly shop there again.

Poor grocery pick-up service.Waited for over an hour once, and then was just given excuse after excuse as to why they were serving others who came after me.What’s the point in me scheduling a time to pick up my groceries if you’re not going to honor you time frame?If they can’t handle the pick-up option maybe they should schedule less slots per hour or do away with it all together.In my opinion this location 100% fails at this service option.

Every single time I go in I have an amazing experience it is the closest Kroger to my house so I always go to this one I always always get produce first and I love to see Tyrone and Daniela they are so friendly knowledgeable and Straight up amazing. I would not go to any other Kroger in Yorktown Newport News Hampton any area around here this is the Kroger to go to you everybody is extremely nice here! Every time I go to produce and I need something and it’s not out on the floor they will go back and try to find it and if it’s not there they will figure out what Kroger it as that and send me there I have never been to the store where the produce has been so phenomenally amazing and so helpful!!!!

My favorite feature is the clicklist scanner and app, and it cuts down shopping time dramatically, especially if I bag while shopping.That being said, I honestly have difficulty finding anything other than the simplest of ingredients on my list every time I go. The selection is surprisingly small, and if you're not looking for basic staples, you may have difficulty finding it here.

The store is organized very well. It still has the same design as the old Farm Fresh. The customer service is really nice. The only down side are the prices. They seem a little high. I would compare them to the other markets in the area.

Yesterday around 6pm i went for first time to the store and receive an excellent customer service for one of the employees.Thanks to the girl Gabbe (I'm not sure about the correct spelled of her name) She did the extra mile to help me!! thanks Girl, you rock!!
