The "End of life Care" for my beloved 😻 cat best friend was so comforting and supportive well beyond my expectations. The staff and DOCTOR has treated us both with kindness, respect and support for any/all the medical attention needed to maintain my cat's good health though many years. Even emergency after hours needs. This world needs more professionals like these people. Highly recommended and Very GRATEFUL for finding this type of business in today's world.

I love Atlantic animal Hospital on the eastern shores of Virginia. They are the best. I have waited to get into them since we moved here. It was a little weeds but I would not go anywhere else they checked my baby thoroughly and they made sure they received all her records which we had a little trouble from where we came from but they jumped on it and they got her records and my little diva gave them a hard time but they knew how to handle her. Thanks Atlantic animal Hospital. We love you.

Our shepherd, Tesla would have been 10 on Mother's Day. Sadly, he's not going to make it that long. He has Lymphoma,& we had called our regular vet here on the shore telling them he's not doing well & is in extreme discomfort. Our own vet told us they couldn't (wouldn't) fit him in. Really???We then contacted Atlantic animal hospital, and not only did they tell us to bring him right in...they only had one dr on staff that day.Tesla was treated with such compassion by the vet there, & also made friends with him due to a bag of treats that he kept handy. Thank you so much for your kindness and compassion...all of you. We will recommend you to any who ask us what vet they should go to.

Moved here in march 2022 and needed to find a new veterinarian, had call a couple of place but they were not taking new clients and one recommended Atlantic animal Hospital so I called and set up an appointment. I was very Nervous because I have been taking my Cocker poo to the same vet for eight years since he was a puppy. I am so happy they recommended Atlantic animal Hospital, such a friendly staff very clean and the vet is great couldn’t be happier I was nervous for no reason at all.

I was here from out-of-town and they were able to see my golden doodle, Maisy, for an ear infection. The receptionist, the vet and the tech were so kind and compassionate. The practice is extremely efficient and thorough. I highly recommend them!!

Provided the excellent care for our boarder collie mix since she was a pup at the Eastern Shore SPCA. At about 12 years old, she's still a happy active girl with all her geriatric problems under management - thanks. Like the curbside service - while making life safer it also makes it easier.

I took my new kitten Lucille here and really enjoyed the experience. All of the staff are kind and professional and you can tell Dr. Hiler truly cares about his patients. He takes his time with you and makes sure you have all the information you need to have not just a physically healthy pet but an emotionally healthy one. They also took extra steps with treats and toys to make my kitten as comfortable as possible during her shots. Their prices are also fair and reasonable.

I would truly highly recommend this Veterinarian to anyone who wants to have the best care for their pets. The staff is very friendly and helpful the Doctors are very knowledgeable and very accommodating to anything that is necessary. I took my Pitt there yesterday and instead of a general diagnosis for Pitbulls, I was given a very specific diagnosis for my dog that was established just for my dog and given an excellent treatment plan with very detailed instructions to help me be sure of everything that I would need to do. Not only was Everything very well explained, it was also printed out with great detail. I was treated very kindly and respectfully as was my Pitt during the entire visit.

Once again, the awesome team here has been amazing through the trauma of having to put a puppy down 😭. I can't say enough good things about this office. Every single person deserves 10+ stars. I took my kitten here for a severe head injury, they took care of her and made her comfortable until we decided to euthanize her. 💔Overall, very professional and they were willing to work on a payment plan with us. Thank you to all the nurses and Doctors who helped us through this rough time 💛

We board our cat here while we're out of town. Love the staff!Have to keep bragging on this staff! Recently took our elderly cat in for a nail trim. They were kind and gentle and Lesster did great because of it. They even called the next day to check on him! I love this place.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Hiler and his staff. We were newbies after our vet recently retired and our pride and joy needed unexpected eye surgery. Dr Hiler took us right in like we were old friends and quickly befriended our nervous 12yo baby. I think it was harder on us than it was on the dog. Forever grateful for the kindness shown to our family including our furbaby.

Our pup had an eye injury & his vet couldn’t see him for 2 days. He was seen & treated within an hour of our arrival. @ Atlantic Animal Hospital.Dr Hilter was compassionate & professional. We have a place on Chincoteague Island, but we live in Pa. Our 12 year old lab got very ill, couldn't walk, had several seizures and we felt he should be put down. Atlantic, although busy and only open until one that day, saw our plight and responded in a very professional and caring way. I cannot say enough good things about them, they are the best. We thank them for making this heartbreaking event easier for us. tv

We had to bring my mother in laws dog in for an emergency visit. The vet and the x Ray tech both came in on a sunday. They were both great with her dog and the price of the visit was less than we expected for an emergency visit.

Didn't learn anything I didn't already know an cost me fifty bucks.....left there an my cat was so sick it almost died when we got home..front desk told me the day before that they wouldn't take an emergency because they close in thirty minutes an that they already had two appointments in front of me. They didn't suggest anything an later that night my pet died which is why I went back the next day for the other pet to be examined but they didn't give a care..in fact( she )the girl at the desk was very unhelpful an sarcastic..it use to be a pretty good place for animal care an respect but you know how it is ..some things change an ....well so does the customers when they are forced to look for another care facility..but their out there ..just got a look but who has the time..frustrating as it is we got a make time at least for the best interest of our furry little children.l.o.l
