I purchased W+ for the convenience. It was so convenient until today. I placed a delivery order last evening to have it delivered today, this a.m. My order didn't arrive. It was rescheduled, it again, didn't arrive. I called, they rescheduled, again, no order. I was told other orders were being delivered, not mine. I understand it is outsourced but after 6 hours and still no delivery, that is a problem.

There are barely ever any cashiers on the registers. It is difficult to find people to help you within the store, and the new store setting seems quite choppy. I applied to multiple positions which were open as well, and they do "team schedules" apparently they will not work with weekend availability for new hires, or as Becky in HR stated "someone straight off the streets invomparison to someone that had been with the company for years". If you are seeking a position and your childcare is limited, do not expect to be considered very much,or not looked down upon if you are a new hire. Becky stated that it was a business, they weren't looking to work around people. Ladies and gentleman this is why you have no cashiers available to assist you, because the management is apparently treating employees and new hires like robots who are just a number. When I made mention of how I was spoken to directly to the GM, he had very little care or concern. You cannot run a business that is based off of people keeping things afloat if you are inconsiderate and rude to your employees, or the people you are interviewing. This was quite a shock and very disheartening that people who are supposed to be personable are so very rude.Also, do nor expect any changes in those views! According to Becky it's not because of the refusal to work with these "people straight of the street" in scheduling, it's because of the types of people in the area the Abingdon store is located in. Apparently the hire options in Abingdon are beneath the "straight forward " manager over apparel, primarily if they have kids and childcare limitations.

What's to say about Walmart? You can shop for just about anything here within limits. You can shop for groceries here and they have cheaper prices for the same products than other food stores. You can get a limited supply of hardware including paint, there's a decent auto section, there's a large sports section, and a great gardening section.

When you place a #Walmart order for pick up and also check the box that states, "I am bringing my own bags" an associate will bag the items when you arrive for your pick up.... OR so their website says.... then you get home and find this! Hey Walmart, MY OWN BAGS, are the GREEN canvas bags that the groceries on piled on top of... NICE JOB!! Not only did my groceries not get put in MY OWN BAGS, the associate obviously couldn't put all the groceries in plastic bags either.... SMH... After contacting Walmart, I get an apology. Hmmm, yeah... so there is that.

O love goin2 SuperCenters anywhere especially 2get marked down items I'm especially fixed on there loaves of bread french bread n whatever else kinds they've got plus there Chicken Bacon Ranch Subs r the bomb I get1 or2 everytime I'm there Theres sumtimes a wait 2check out but the self checkouts r the biggest hit now they just need2add the tap n pay them b alot easier than inserting ur card adding a pin blahs blahs but a tap n pay wld b a big hit

Although I love this Walmart store wise, the one star is solely for the photo center.I placed an online order for wedding invitations and was notified that they were ready. I showed up at the store hours later to get my photos and the employees took a very short amount of time looking through a couple of drawers only to tell me they couldn't find them and basically blamed the new employee on dayshift for them not being there. I informed them that there was a large quantity (assuming they would know they might be in a different package than regular prints) but they still didnt see them. I was told they could be re-printed in 15 mins. I told them that was no issue and went on to get a few things while they printed. When i returned to the photo center, there was no employee there and it took a bit for someone to come. When he did come back he grabbed a small stack of my order then pulled the printer out and started looking at it as if there was an issue. He made a few phone calls and tried to fix the printer for around 20 mins before I asked if I could get the photos that printed and be refunded for the rest that I didn't get. He then called (who I assume) was a manager to come help with the process to get my money back. The manager came over and looked in a drawer (pretty sure it was one that the other employees also looked in very briefly) and found my original order. What should have taken only a couple minutes wound up taking nearly an hour. Although I did wind up with 60 extra invitations for free, I still didn't even receive enough envelopes with the original order, nor was I offered a discount for all of the time that I waited, basically for nothing.Long story short, I will not be using this photo center again.

as much money as wallmart makes can't they have cashiers, they should pat us for doing what they suppose to hire people for. and while standing there looking for something, instead of helping me the two girls where to busy talking about the guys they where seeing, terrible practices. and I was going through the parking lot trying to find a parking spot when I see a little red car parked clise to the doors have a walmart employee get out and gio into the store (the same one who would later be talking about here multiple boyfriends) i was told once before that employees must park past a diffrent color line. I'm a older lady so walking as far as I did then having no help in store even having to rung up my own items is not a pleasurable experience. forget the savings I would rather go somewhere with service and ladies that are proud of something other than how many guys they are currently with

Ppl were friendly,store clean.But I'm a elderly handicap lady. Almost all H.pkg spaces were full. So I had to drive around until someone left and spaces came open, but still last row, further from the doors I needed to go in. Then get inside, and there were No Handicap Scooters available (1 in the hallway that was broken).Then it took a while to find the different meds & health items we needed. Then I went to use RR, and I was hoping I'd find a Scooter available on my way, to finish shopping. Since I needed to get groceries from front to the back, then to come back to check out alot. But no can't find any empty, only saw a few inside with ppl on them. So apparently there are a high # of elderly or handicap customers that need to use them. So you all need quiet a few more than you do now.By the time I got back to the front my knees were hurting so bad, I needed to go sit on the benches for a while before I could go thru she check out my full cart.My total was over $61 for the few groceries I got and the rest totalled over $268.I'd still would've liked to have had a scooter available even it was just a few things I needed, but I'd been ok, it wouldn't have been such a struggle. But with having a large list of items needed to buy and several large, heavy items, this took too long and was a real ordeal!Please, purchase more scooters to make sure there are enough available for your elderly and handicap customers.PS, Something else to consider.I know ppl who sit home and order their groceries for pickup or delivery. But a lot of elderly& handicap ppl spend too much time alone already. As long as they are able, most may still want to continue getting out and doing their own shopping. For socially, seeing & speaking to ppl, to still feel useful with a purpose.So please consider this is important to so many ppl.And alot of ppl say they miss some of their smaller, local stores they used to shop at that have closed the last few years since Wal-Mart opened. Where they used to often run into friends, long time acquaintances or neighbors. The huge stores like Food City and WAL-MART have taken a lot of customers from small stores, so now they have to shop in big stores. It's harder for them to find items they need that seem to be hidden with in so many options, too many items on the shelves, it's confusing, and it takes a lot more time to cover these large stores square footage and so much more walking, if they're even able too.(A couple times when my knees and back were hurting bad, I've had to leave a Walmart and another store when I went in and there were no scooters available. I knew I couldn't get all the way to the back and each side for the items needed, then back to the front to check out, so I hobbled bk to my car. I went to a convenience store to get the 2 items I had to have, milk& bread, and paid almost double! )I hope the Store and District Managers will read this and consider the needs of all the customers that are giving you their money& business!I only come a few times a year to visit family in Abingdon, so I don't have to rely on this store for all my weekly shopping like others do. Please do better!Thank you.

Very clear restrooms and loved the clothing variety of choices. Doorman greeter was very kind and friendly. Same with all of the sales associates. We were passing through from Kentucky and their friendliness was refreshing.

The cashiers are mostly nice. Your Walmart shoppers (pickers) are so rude. They are paid employees and run over customers. I am about to turn down an aisle and they cut me off, block me from getting what I need, some have bumped into me and not apologized. I've started shopping less at Walmart because of this. It doesn't take much to be nice and smile.*there are a few Walmart Shoppers that are nice.

I saw an employee with another customer and patiently waited until they were finished so I could ask the employee where something was.The customer was walking away when I was asking this employee where something was.. she literally looked right at me, turned around and went back to the other customer who was walking away in order to tell her something else. Absolutely 100% ignored me.I walked away only to see this same employee practically race out the door. It seems the employees here can't be bothered to do their jobs.The woman was "working" the Health and Beauty area on Sept 26th at 3pm. She should be fired. She has absolutely zero customer service skills. NONE.

Can’t say enough bad things about this place. Wasted 20 minutes waiting for anyone in the auto department to acknowledge me; instead a mechanic helps the two men that came in AFTER me and didn’t tell me “I’ll be right with you” no middle finger, no indication that I was in need of assistance whatsoever. Support a local garage and take your car elsewhere.

Rotten produce. Management doesn't care. Expired yogurt and dairy products. Have bought meat that has been rotten 2x and both times it was way before expiry date. Blueberries have mold. Strawberries have mold. Onions have mold etc etc this store is pathetic.

Yes I had an emergency tire blowout and I had to leave it at Walmart overnight and the next morning they got me right in got me a new tire and put it on squeeze me in so I just like to say thanks for the Walmart auto center and the guy named Chaz I think Taz thanks again

Worst experience of my life. I have never been treated so poorly by the staff, supervisor, or manager! I am a retired Army Combat Veteran with a very distinguished career, and this is what I come home to. I will not be back.
