The grooming of my three small dogs was the worst I've ever gotten anywhere. When I got home I found that another dog had bitten my youngest dog in the throat. I was not told of this or of any incident that happened. This pup is less than two years old & knows nothing but kindness, has never been aggressive or mean. I'll DEFINITELY NOT be going back. Do not use this groomer, the name is all wrong!

My dog is very anxious and we have been working on separation anxiety for a while now, I was so nervous about leaving him, as this is the first time I have left him with someone else since adopting him, however I did my research and read the reviews for Joan. She was wonderful. She did the grooming just as I asked and was so excellent with Buddy, she seemed to really take her time and understood his anxiety. I was also blown away with how reasonable her prices were; she has a new loyal customer with me, she’s all I’ll ever use.

I took my dog there today for a nail clipping and these women are fantastic. Absolutely love them. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Treated my doggo like a princess and were so caring. I didn't know if she had ever had her nails clipped and they did amazing with her. And it was super quick. I will only ever take my pooch to them. Thank you from Baby Dog(Mira) and Patience.

Excellent grooming! The staff treats their clients as if they were their own. Reasonably prices, clean facility. The boarding side has a camera overlooking the boarders. You can watch your pet 24/7. This is my choice of grooming and boarding!

Took my dog to get groomed for the first time (my wife usually cuts his hair and bathes him) and I would not hesitate to bring him back! He came back looking so good and soft and smelled great! He was not nervous when I picked him up which with him means they were very gentle and very nice to him. He is normally a very skidish dog unless you are nice to him. I am very pleased with the job that was done and the price was just right! I have already sent my mother in law to this place and would quickly recommend them to anybody that is looking for a groomer. I can't say enough good things about professional pet groomers in Abingdon! Thank you for doing suck a great job!

Don Obriant, I took my dog to Professional Pet Grooming when she was working on your dog and I was appalled that anyone would let their dog get in the shape that dog was before bringing it for a grooming. I even asked her why people neglect their dogs hair. If you had a bad experience perhaps you should take better of your fur baby. I have taken my dog to Professional Pet Grooming when she has been working on unruly dogs that if I were she I would never attempt to groom. She was being so kind to that dog as she knew it was not the dogs fault its hair was in such bad condition. She is very kind to the dogs she grooms as I have seen her kindness.. As for the collar, mistakes do happen. After all, none of us are perfect. Blessing to you Don.

Was unable to contact. Called and left a message that I wanted to get my dog groomed. Was not called back. Called and after several busy signals got the same recording. If they are too busy to answer the phone they are too busy for me. Get one star for at least having a message to leave a message.
