Placed $3000 in online orders to be delivered at abingdon virginia store. Spent over 3 hrs on the phone with them trying to locate my materials just to be told 2 weeks later it was lost. The rest of the order was scattered through the store. Spent an hour and a half trying to locate them when I went for pickup. I mean the idea with online ordering is to be time efficient. Not happy at all. Not to, mention materials were damaged when I did receive them. Absolute nightmare.

Very good customer service from Abingdon Lowe's tonight! I needed a piece of glass cut for a window and also a piece of wood cut. I came in a little close to closing time but still got everything I needed due to some excellent customer service! A guy named Matt cut the wood. He was helpful. I even eyeballed the size wood I needed and it ended up being right so I didn’t have to make a second trip, haha. Very nice staff. I was impressed and pleased.

Very disappointed with "Scotty" the "master electriction" he treated me poorly. He has a very bad attitude. I am a woman, and needed a receptacle cover for a not so common switch. (I do this work for a living) It took 30 minutes for me to even get help and once Scotty showed up he raises his voice at me to say "Anything up there is down here so I don't know what you think you're doing" I let that roll off my back. I proceeded to explain to him what I needed. He give me a regular receptacle cover for an outlet. I needed one for a double switch, I told him I didn't think it would work. He proceeded to tell me he's a MASTER ELECTRICTION been doing it for 30 years, rips the receptacle cover out of.my hands and out of the package and puts it on the switch the was SIMILAR to mine. I told him mine don't have the octagon shape. He said he knew what he was talking about and would.not help me any further. I don't think I will be.coming back to this Lowe's location.

Love their clearance stuff. Building new house and it's great finding awesome clearance items. $2500 induction cooktop for $162.00. Can't beat that, plus so many other things

Do not shop at Lowe's. Complete fraudsters. Bought a brand new washer/dryer stackable and they failed to mention it would come from the warehouse. They delivered it and once it was hooked up water was leaking we thought it couldn't be a brand new washer. So we got our plumber to come out. Turns out the "brand new" machine was broken. Called useless Lowe's and was advised they do not do exchanges. So they came to pick it up and didn't refund the entire purchase. We got stuck with our plumber bill and then Lowe's charged us to pick up their garbage appliance. Most definitely going to better business bureau as well. Store supervisors lied through their teeth as well about the refund.

The new My Lowes system requires you to scan a barcode in the app in order to use your mil discount/rewards, however if you have a Lowe's credit card it defaults to that credit card so watch yourself.

Lowe's in Avigdon is a great place. The staff is so helpful and friendly. I was able to use my gift card to buy a squeegee that I've been looking for, for a long time. Thanks so much and see u soon!

This is for the rebates and the awful pricing Lowes promotes! This company has fallen off the deep end it will not match its own stores prices like lights for instance a light that is 18 dollars in bristol but it’s 40 in Abingdon?!??! Seriously!!! Plus I’ve been waiting for 2 years now on my rebate and they always have an excuse when you call like( the computers messed up, we sent it to the wrong address, the computer glitched…. It’s a wast of time!!!!!

We practically live here! Love their discount and special parking for veterans and Pro costumers. They are helpful in loading and unloading. The employees seem happy and are friendly and knowledgeable. 5 stars!

There was a time when you could go in Lowes and find things like portable water pumps and the fittings for hoses in stock. Apparently that time has come and gone. I'm not looking to order things online and have shipped to store. That would defeat the entire purpose of being able to come into a home improvement store and buy things when needed.

Couldn't getting anyone to help me. Everyone I ask didn't know about the door I wanted to buy. No one running the cash register so that made it hard to use the self checkout when u are buying a door.

Who had the bright idea to honor our veterans by taking up 1 of only 4 veterans parking spots???!!! Don't get me wrong, I'm a veteran, and appreciate those spots when I can get them. But I would rather have the parking than the display for veterans taking up that spot. Wouldn't it have been wiser to sacrifice a non-veterans spot, of which there are probably well over a hundred, to set up a veterans display??? Stupid idea which shows absolutely no Consideration for veterans.

Will not step foot back in this Lowe's,they're very rude won't help you and won't help you in any way with faulty appliances they try to sell off. Now I'm stuck with a leaky $2,000 fridge WITH A WARRANTY that I'm still paying off. Sad how hardware stores are nowadays that they don't take care of their customers.

The cashier was very helpful at checkout and explained the warranties available for each big item we bought and her smile and cheerfulness never deemed not once. We could tell that the lady was tired and ready to get off her feet and it was also closing time.

I was waiting in line for almost an hour to buy a washer because they were backed up. Then an employee named Alyssa came and made quick work of what I needed done she even got me a 20% discount that I didn't know I was eligible for. I was very pleased with how quickly she took care of what I needed.
