Excellent, I had a 1100 appt on Monday, read other reviews saying that they took them early so I took a chance. It paid off. Getting unload at 0600 Sunday. That 29 hours early people. Not going to complain about that.

Maybe I got lucky. I had a 12:00 appointment, checked in @ 11:45. I was unloaded & rolling by 12:45. All of the people I encountered were polite, professional & knowledgeable. I would absolutely deliver here again!A gentleman comes out & gets info from your truck. Take the sheet you're given & check in at the shack. You'll get a green sheet of paper to initial & sign. Take that sheet along with your bills to the area they tell you. After checking into the proper office, they'll give you a door. Slide tandems, open doors & they'll get started. When they're done, you'll get a text from Capstone for payment (unless you want to unload on your own). Someone will come out & give you your bills. You can close your doors & seal up because all they'll need on your way out is that green sheet.Stop at the speed bump & they'll come & get the sheet & you're free to go. I hope this helps! I had issue with pO number thats why took little bit long its first cone first surve they start at 5.30 am easy in and out I came 3.30 guard gave me door immediately but they start receiving 5 30 am

Don't come here period ,Will send you all over the vast facility. Driver unload. Need multiple lumper checks for each location they send you to. They make it as hard on the driver as possible . No parking at facility . Warehous management is clueless .

Appointment on a Saturday for 6am. Checked in at 6:09 am with guard. They send you to appropriate building to get unloaded. I received dock immediately unloaded by 9am. Lumper Fee was reasonable. Plenty of maneuvering room

Attention drivers !!! The place is horrible !!! Do not take any loads that delivering to that facility .!!!! I delivered two time to this facility , and that will be my last time we will make delivery to this place ..now can say for sure they will do it again and again . So what happened is the unloading time was close to 6hr , and the worst is that they put time in/out on the billsthat we got empty in 40 min .so eventually no detention will be paid for us..Please be aware , and don't get any loads that delivering in that place .

Meat load. 0530 in, 0815 out. Nice people. Not too bad. So far I've been there twice, each time the same experience.I'm guessing most people have problems getting out of there with the different departments. I have no experience with these.No parking on premises.

I’m a truck driver and This wherehouse it's unprofessional. Security needs more training as customer service professionals and the drivers inside the parking lot take away the unloading door for the simple fact that they work there. And when you complain at the office they threaten not to unload the truck. Mazel Tov.

Everyone here was polite .. it just a hit or miss on getting unloaded early .. but if you got no patience then ..mabe you need to find a new job..

It takes some time getting unloaded, but everyone here is pretty cool. Even on short staffed mornings they try their hardest to get you in and out as soon as they can. I'll come back here if asked to.

Any like spending to time more than 10 hours come this company, i delivery more than 5 but never unload before 8 hours, this is very very bad distribution center but not allow to overnight parking everything bad never come back to this company

The slowest worst unload ive had on the east coast approaching 6 hours in a door and still not offloaded if you get sent here please have plenty of your clock left you will spend and entire shift waiting

Avoid this place long waiting time my appointment was 6:00 AM arrived 5:00 AM now 3:00pm still waiting at the dock to unload only 14 palates the worst warehouse I ever been in
