I highly recommend. They got my dog Sam in the same day. The vet & tech explained everything before it was done and listened to all my concerns. As far as price, I feel they’re a lot cheaper than most places. Very happy with the staff & clinic and they will be our permanent vet.

Are very friendly and loving! A few yrs ago I had a bad experience with a vet saying my Sophia had a bad tooth & he had been my vet for a long time but never even looked at her threw a book in front of me & said that's what was wrong with her & made another remake that I didn't was right & very in appropriate .Sophia was my everything so I wanted another option I came to Keywood but didn't tell them what was going on. Just check up WOW, the vet was amazing she did a check up & gave her a clean bill of health. I was able be in the room with her the whole time. For first time I've ever seen a vet do that kind of check up! She even opened up Sophia's mouth & checked all her teeth & gums. So I asked her about the bad tooth, she didn't have any just a little plaque build up. The vet wanted to know why I thought she had a bad tooth? I told her & then showed her the place Sophia had in her face she checked that & said looked like something had bitten her. I then kept taking Sophia there. You could never find a vet that cares for babies as much as they do!!Your babies gets a real examination with them They earn there money & some. As for Sophia she lived them!!

Excellent.... They even got me in on a last minute notice... and it's reasonable priced. I have about 4 clinics in my area, I gladly drive out of my way 45 minutes to take my cats there.

Keywood Animal Clinic is incredible. The staff and providers are all so kind and truly go above and beyond. I am a student with no income yet and from the first visit they were very open about pricing and discussed options with me that were less vs more expensive to try and work with my needs while getting my cat tested and treated. Veterinary care anywhere will obviously be an additional necessary expense for anyone who decides to adopt and care for an animal, but I was honestly very pleasantly surprised to see that the bill from my first visit was a lot more affordable than I had been expecting. I was then out of town for several months straight for clinical rotations and my asthmatic cat was having problems. The staff were so kind and patient with me over the phone and they worked so hard to coordinate with me remotely, discuss further options to try for my pet to address her symptoms, and make sure my cat got the care she needed until I could bring her in again. They were able to get me new medication for her ASAP and her symptoms have been so well-controlled since! They definitely did a TON of extra work to make that all happen and I am so very grateful for them caring so much and for working as hard as they do. I am very happy with my pets' care here and would recommend Keywood to anyone and everyone!

If I cld give this place 0 stars, I wld. My dog was hurt but he cld walk when he got to this place, knowing he hadn't had anything to eat for 2 days, they didn't give him any iv fluids while they had him overnight. Told me he was gonna b fine but sent him home either paralyzed or 2 weak to stand(they said paralyzed but as he progressively got weaker) just to suffer 3 days b4 dying in my arms. 1st pic is 3wks ago,2nd is Feb 3rd, the evening he passed away.

Wonderful kind folks, in my worst time of my life, they were there for me . I had to say good bye to my 17 1/2 year old furbaby, they were there for us making a difficult time a little easier... they also sent a sympathy card ...RIP Ginger.

Kind, compassionate, and thoughtful. Best experience I have ever had. I had to send my dear sweet girl to heaven yesterday. The vet and all the staff were awesome. This is not my first experience having to make this decision. I will miss her so much but because of your kindness I don't feel guilty, but relieved. RIP sweet Mollie, the best dog ever. Thank you!!!

I have been to the Keywood clinic multiple times unfortunately the last time it was because my dog was very sick. They took great care of her for what she needed. After we took her home unfortunately she passed away that night. Keywood called us the next day to check on her. Within the next day or two of her passing I received a letter in the email from everyone there who had signed it and left a note. My kids really appreciated this and so did I. The staff there is great they give you choices when deciding treatment without just trying to make you pay for everything. Would recommend for anyone to take their pets there.

We thought we had found a good place to take our dog we got her shots there seemed like a good place until our little puppy got sick on a Friday morning called them they said the vet was busy take her to animal hospital thats why we looked for a vet to make a long story short Mathew garrett treated her that day he was booked up also but made time for her she will go there from now on wouldn't recommend keywood to anyone would recommend fisher hollar veterinary clinic thank you Mathew garrett.

It may just be me but it seems like their prices are lower than any other vet around. It makes it affordable to get the proper care for your pet. They are upfront & honest with you. If they feel like it is not necessary to have blood work or another test/scan done, they tell you. Unlike other vets that try to push every test on you.............. & I appreciate that most if all!!!!!!!!Example: I called & made an appointment for one of my dogs for a Friday after I got paid. Well the situation got worse & my dog needed to be seen that day. Keywood worked me in for an appointment at 2:15. They then called & said they could see me even earlier. Keywood examined my dog, cleaned her wound, gave her a 2 week supply of a strong antibiotic & a antiseptic solution to clean the area............ all of that for a little over $200. The vet I took her to a few days prior charged $400 just to lance it & only gave a week of antibiotics.& they also have this app where you can schedule appointments, request your pet's refills, & you can even chat with the clinic about what is going on with your pet & send pictures. It is such a nice touch & gives me a peace of mind. I would recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!

I called multiple offices to try and get a wellness appointment for my new kitten. I ultimately chose Keywood because they had the earliest availability but I'm very happy I did. We were in and out quickly and everything was reasonably priced. Everyone was incredibly nice. My only issue is that I wish I had been given the Covid procedure over the phone. I was not all prepared and had to go to the gas station next store to purchase masks.

I honestly cannot say enough about this facility and the staff. They all...from the front desk to Dr.Hope, helped me through what was undoubtedly one of my worst life experiences. They were so thoughtful, loving and compassionate through the whole process of the passing of my beautiful 14 year old boy. I can honestly not praise this clinic enough. They truly care about the customer and not the dollar.

I’ve continued to be amazed at the advanced knowledge and care my dogs have received here. Recently I thought Angel my older chihuahuas last days had come and Dr Suzanne helped her to pull through this spell with the right diagnoses, medicine and pain relief. I’ve had 2 other chihuahuas that had teeth cleaning and extractions here and not only was the price reasonable but the care was superb. The doctors here keep up on the latest medical advances which I’ve seen personally and heard from other locals. You guys are the best in my opinion!
