Very disrespectful staff, especially a guy named Steven... I really hate that asking if CVS gives a military discount upset him. With the way our country is right now, every penny helps...What an arrogant guy. I will never return to CVS again. Do yourself a favor and just go to Walgreens!

Manager Steven at this store ($87 billion company) is arrogant and rude. They don’t let you look at your passport photo before charging you. They blindly follow what their Kodak printer tells them about automatic photo checks. They don’t listen to the customer and don’t use common sense. Before I can finish saying what the problem is, he’s telling me “for $17.99!” US Department of State photo requirements say the head must take up 50-69% of photo height. CVS photos had the head taking up 33% of photo. Steven charged double to fix their mistake. 2nd set had rainbow streaks all over photo. They can’t even cut the photo properly!

Very rude acted high and mighty. Went in to get passport photo and they wont allow you to look at your pictures before you pay. After paying theres defected lines all over the pictures and a gray line and we went back MINUTES later to have them reprint it but they charged us a SECOND time and those photos and off center and also have the defect lines.

I wish I could give it no stars, it takes over 3 weeks for them to get some of my medicine in, and they even lost some of it more times then I can rember,this use to be a great place,but it has went down, and if you call them about your medicine they will tell that they put it in, but it is a lie. As soon as I get my last medicine this week I'm changing to Walmart.

I have never been to a more terribly run business in my entire life. The staff have ZERO respect or interest in the customers. RXs called in are NEVER ready on time. In fact you are lucky if they are ready by the end of the NEXT DAY!!!! DO NOT USE THIS CVS FOR ANYTHING!!!!

This manager Steven gets very defensive when trying to ask for a refund. All I have been is very polite and telling him “I know mistakes happen” but he cuts me off and won’t t let me finish what I’m saying and tells me I can go elsewhere.

Service is very slow especially in drive thru. Today one car stayed at window for 22 minutes while others waited. They must allow people to drop off prescriptions and wait for them to be filled. I changed pharmacies once before because of their slow service. Time to switch again.

I had to call the pharmacy a handful of times and wait for an extremely extremely lengthy time but when I finally connected with someone 9n 3 separate times over the phone it was not at all pleasant. But I went in person and they were slammed busy I was expecting the same treatment as I received over the phone but the woman who helped me was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXTREMELY KIND VERY VERY HELPFUL patient detailed in answering ALL of my questions and concerns. I Expressed to her what happened over the phone all 3 times and quickly she apologized for that uncalled for behavior and assured me that she'd handle it. And that that's not a normal reaction from this crew. So I accepted the apology (we all have bad days) and I HAVEN'T had any issues since. I have been in a few times more and it is always different employees in store and in pharmacy and each one so far have been decent. But the woman who helped me in person the first in person visit I made was such a delight. She truly deserves to be recognized for the way she approached the situation with me because it is very rare seen in today's world. Because of her being so awesome I am definitely rateing them 5 stars. And also because I've not had any other issues.

Went truthe pharmacy drive Tru The younger girl( not sure her name. Was very sarcastic.) First itold her I had a pick up. Then told her I had a drop off. The drop she says when do u need this by. As soon as possible please. Skip ahead to end of transaction. Ok it's free for u cause of ur insurance( smirk on her face) would u like a receipt. Yes please.(I'm in passenger seat cause my husband was driving) she didn't hear me and to my husband but under her breath says guess not! I'm new to the area and typically use CVS but I don't believe I'll be back to that on. People r just disrespectful all because she couldn't hear me.

This is an edit my 5 star review was shot out the window by a little girl with an attitude problem. I have been working on my extra care card for 4 weeks now and have been using the pharmacy for over 2 years and not once has any prescription been put on my card. Now the little girl tried to tell me that next time she can do exactly what they did last time and fix it. So I told her they did that last week. And her answer was " well I didn't do it last time." So I will not go back. That is a prescription a week that was lost and that is just mine. They will also lose my family's prescriptions. Maybe cvs should pay attention to who they let talk to people.

We've had a challenging time getting prescriptions set up here in Virgina after moving from Florida. We had new insurance, new docs, new pharmacy...We were fortunate to find Erin here at CVS Abingdon and she's been wonderful! She double checks our prescriptions whenever we drive through for pickup. She explains ordering and gets things as quickly as possible. She's caught a couple errors and quickly fixed things. If you need great service from someone kind and attentive, ask for Erin!! Thanks Erin! CVS is lucky to have you!

Left after waiting for far too long, for a flu shot, couldn’t get near the counter to tell an employee I was leaving because there were AT LEAST a dozen people waiting in line, for their scrips. The phone was ringing off the hook, unanswered. Prescriptions were literally piled up to the pharmacists armpits, waiting for pickup. So I called from the parking lot to ask someone in the pharmacy to get me out of their computer system, for fear I wouldn’t be able to get my flu shot elsewhere. (I’ve never waited in Walgreens at Exit 14, for more than 3-5 minutes, for anything.) I hung up after literally 10 minutes on hold. I can’t imagine trusting that near-chaos to manage medication.NOT the employees’ fault! I felt sorry for them. CVS itself needs to do something — at least double the space and the number of pharmacists. Or fix their system, or route customers elsewhere. Mistakes are about to be made, any minute.

Made a purchase, when it comes time to pay the cost is more than I was expecting... so I ask why is so much more... because you don't have a CVS card... ok.. cashier didn't offer to sign me up for a CVS card. I'm not going to beg for it. But common curiosity says "help this CUSTOMER, save this CUSTOMER some money" .. Common curiosity and customer service is dead!

They must really need help. Please hire more staff for your pharmacy.The waiting for both in store and drive-thru is atrocious. I get that COVID-19 testing is backing up the drive thru, but there are 2 lines folks. For some reason the second line is not being used or isn't operational. Why?Sinage! Lane 1 COVID-19 testing. Lane 2 prescriptions. It's not rocket science, is simply organization.Pay your pharmacy techs and pharmacist more, and you wouldn't have staffing issues, or clean house and restaff with competent people.

I loved it! I'm from out of town (Rhode Island) and I happened by when I was driving around. They were SO FRIENDLY! (They knew where Woonsocket, RI was and I was shocked! DUH, Woonsocket is where the corporate headquarters of CVS is!) I found a great deal on some leggings, and I already had a reward thingy and another coupon and they were so patient and we figured it out! Laughing and joking all along the way.

This is the place to go if you don't mind rude employees and your prescriptions perched and stacked in bins on every available surface. How they haven't killed someone with this unorganized mess is beyond me. Don't waste your time.

WHEN WILL YOU EVER GET YOUR PHONE FIXED??? HIRE MORE PEOPLE, OR SOMEONE JUST FOR THE PHONE!!!! CUSTOMERS SHOULD "NEVER" BE PUT ON HOLD FOR 10 MINUTES OR MORE AND THEN GET FRUSTRATED AND HAVE TO DRIVE THERE JUST TO GET A QUESTION ANSWERED. SHAME ON "ALL" OF YOU, OR WHOEVER IS IN CHARGE OF THIS BECOMING AN ISSUE LATELY....NOT FUN DEALING WITH CVS ANYMORE. BTW....THERE IS A # YOU CAN CALL, ASK THEM FOR A COMPLAINT #....THEY WILL GIVE IT TO YOU.

POOR pharmacy service. Refill prescriptions without request, try to get you to get more prescriptions than needed. Sloppy setup in pharmacy, unsanitary conditions & disorganized. Slow. WARN against using this place.
