I went ahead and had them do the work. Car was done when they said it would be, and worked performed was great. I would def use them again.

I brought my daughter's car in for an inspection, and they found an issue with the exhaust. They quoted me the cost, and then worked to find less expensive parts so the total was less than what I was anticipating. Twinline recovered my 4Runner safely & quickly after the rear end slid into a muddy ditch. Kevin (owner) called me promptly after being contacted by my roadside assistance company & was friendly and efficient setting up an appointment (for the next morning, at my request). Didn't get the two drivers' names but they winched / tugged the truck out of a tricky location (slippery, narrow road, avoiding a well) and were professional & nice. My minor child who just got his license and first car went here for an inspection. After 10 minutes of looking over the vehicle they told him it failed. They told him that he had to pay $55 even though it did not pass. When he questioned why he had to pay the man, he was rude and said he wouldnt give him his keys back unless he gave him the money. Not only do i feel that that they saw a young kid come into the shop and took advantage of him, but they were rude and inconsiderate. I will not recommend this business to anyone!

I can't recommend this company enough! They pick up the phone when you call, assess the situation and see how best they can help. In my situation, it was the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. They called their driver who direwolf what he was doing, came over in a short amount of time and helped us get pulled out of a sticky situation. Or was no problem for him and he took a big headache of our shoulders. They are great and will definitely be my first call thre next time I need help. Thank you!

Been there 3 times in the last 3 weeks to get my car to pass inspection. Each time they fail it for something else and are happy to write up an estimate for the repair work (which I have had done for half what they would charge). Last time they could not replicate the problem, a problem I have never had in 120,000 miles of driving the car, and am faced with getting a problem repaired that doesn't exist to get it to pass. Oh yeah, failed for "vehicle height not in spec" too. Its a Toyota Sienna soccer mom van, no mods strictly stock...so don't get your car I inspected here unless you know what height your car is supposed to be and it's at that height. Ridiculous. You deserve what you get if you get service or towing from them.

Very nice, professional people who are knowledgeable about the service they provide! If my vehicle has a problem, they show me so I know what the problem is and how it needs to be fixed. It's so nice to physically see the difference, instead of just being told something was replaced.

We are a contractor from Massachusetts working in Vermont and our truck broke down, and they towed it off the highway. They let us store our truck in their yard overnight until we could pick it up.
