Really nice place to stop for a burger.Service was excellent.Gluten free burgers were delicious.Hard cider was dry!Nice place to take the dogs for a walk.Indoor and outdoor areas to eat.Really nice playground for children.

Great spot to eat and drink. The pretzel and sauces are delicious. So is the Philly Steak sandwich and whatever sauce they had for the sweet potato waffle fries was addicting and amazing. Highly recommend. Have an outdoor fire pit too.

Had a pretty good experience! Came here two years back on a fall evening, and sat outside and enjoyed beer flights. Revisited again today on a wintry night, and enjoyed the indoor vibes too! Loved the live music, great vocals and band. Their Boston Irish Stout is interesting.PS: loved the fact that they let you taste beers if you're confused with options!

Great brewery and food. Always stop here on our way up Vermont. Good indoor seating and they have cool outdoor huts during the winter. Able to sample most of their beers and they have a store you can buy any of the ones you enjoy, along with other apparel. Food is always pretty good, nice comfort style and filling, the Vermonter is a favorite of mine. They also sometimes have a band playing.

Perfect spot for an afternoon snack and beer. I have to say this was some of the best chicken strips I’ve had in my life. They were crisp and flavorful. The Vermont salad was great too- although it went a bit heavy on the candied nuts.Would certainly return. Prices aren’t terrible either!

Harpoon Brewery Taproom and Beer Garden is much more than a local brewery. The grounds are beautiful. There is outside seating, gardens galore, and a really fun area to play games or just relax.The food is fantastic! Specials are always offered and are a great value. They have a myriad of beers on tap that will suite the tastes of any beer drinker. Try a flight to experience a variety before you settle on a pint with lunch. Don't forget your growler to go!

7.18.22 Rainy day stop so place was very busy. There's indoor and outdoor seating with some outdoor spots wait an cover. Indoors you can walk up and order beers, we chose to sit. Our sandwiches were amazing. Meat was tender, cooked to perfection and the buns were soft and warmed up. My peach flavored beer tasted more of a dessert beverage and was absolutely perfect. Great atmosphere, great beer, great service. A must stop if in the area.

Great stop! This place is dog friendly (reserve a hut outside or sit at the fire). Big selection of drinks and spots for big groups. Food came out fast and was really delicious. Had lots of gluten free options (and bread!) as well as cider and seltzer. This is right off the highway. Friendly service!

STOP HERE IF you LOVE BEER and snacks!!!!Best Blueberry Hef we have EVER had! Bonus points for adding fresh blueberries to it when you get it on draft in person!Burger was out of this world YUMMY!! FRIES TOO!!! Cooked perfectly.We tried the Poutine cause that's the thing in these parts and were not disappointed with that either! Everything was SO GOOD, melty cheese curds and the gravy is fabulous!***UPDATE**********(We came back in the summertime. DISAPPOINTED! They apparently change the menu for Summer, and the Poutine and Cheese Curds aren't on it!!😭😡😭 That's only wintertime snacks. Service was still subpar. There was ONE guy on it and doing his job. Wish he would have been our server. The rest act like they could care less to be doing what they are supposed to be doing)**********************Will spend even longer here next time we come back becasue it will be summer time and we can be outside.***Too many flys outside to enjoy it***All kinds of fun stuff to purchase We also got a growler filled to take with us.ALL of this at STELLAR PRICES to boot!! Not over priced like most places. That was a very pleasant surprise considering all the stuff we bought and food we tried!This is hands down one of my new favorite spots!!!Service was SLOW and unimpressive at first. The best burger I have eaten in my entire life! So good I had to order a second after splitting the first. Don't be Dilly- fried pickles, dill aioli, and cooked to perfection. Service was excellent, and drinks were too!

Harpoon has a great selection of beers for a great price! The outdoor area is really nice and they sometimes have live music playing. If you are staying for food plan on spending a good amount of time here because there is always a really long wait for a table. Also the service is particularly slow. The food is okay, typical bar food. But the beer is amazing!

Ordered the elote salad with a side of grilled chicken… it was horrible chicken, super dry and very un flavorful. Salad was pretty bad, the tomatoes were awful and just very poor quality. Not a fan. Service was extremely slow.

I have been coming to this Harpoon location for years, but finally I am leaving a review! The location is easy to get to and the venue is one of the best I have seen for a brewery. Usually we just get a growler to go but now and again we will get food as well. On 28Jan2023 my wife and I stopped in for and got poutine but unfortunately we were greeted with this mess with gigantic, ice cold cheese curds. We asked the server if we could get the curds melted and she could not agree more with our request. A few minutes later this masterpiece came out! My wife lived in Canada for a long time and we have a great fondness for poutine, and this is how it should be done, at least when one is not in Canada :). We will definitely be back for more!!

Great atmosphere! We sat outside and a live band played; the sails overhead really helped with the sun and keeping us shady. The beer was great and the food selection is good. The pulled pork tacos are highly recommended. The pretzel bites aren't particularly like pretzels, but we're still delicious and the mustard was great. Overall, highly recommend a stop here!

Amazing! I've been here several times and its always worth the trip!! (I'm from southern NH). Good food, Good service, good people and good beer! You cant go wrong. I got frequently with my mom who hates beer and she loves the cider and seltzer. Something for everyone and I love the outdoor seating! Can't say enough good things

Great tap house with good beer and snacks. Got the pretzel bites which were AMAZING! Our server Brian was marvelous. We ate inside but they had a great outdoor area as well with cornhole.

First off my server Brian F. Was amazing so friendly and helpful. We had the pretzel which was awesome. The poutine was very good had alot of local cheddar. My friend had the pulled chicken sandwhich and said it was good just a bit spicy. The pickles that come with the meals are fresh and amazing. I had the grown up grilled cheese wasn't really a fan, but can see why people would like it.

Keep coming every year for my birthday. Amazing beers and matching food. Can’t find equally good vibe anywhere else. Live music is a plus . Try their maple sriracha wings !!!! Best wings I have ever had. Also these guys make perfect fries : not too greasy , crispy and fresh . The place is ALWAYS busy so be prepared to wait to be seated. Totally worth the wait though. If your waitress seems busy please give her props for handling crowd this size instead complaining that you are not the center of attention. Everyone makes mistakes but this should have no bearing on the establishment as a whole . We will keep driving 4 hours each way to drink their beers and eat their food. Can you guys please bring back coconut beer ...

Our server was great and the food was pretty good. The pretzel bites were a bit different than others that I’ve had. They are a lighter color and a bit more bread-y (a little hard to explain but something was off). Others in my party enjoyed the beer. They have a cute gift shop and nice area outside with corn hole.

Eaten here a couple of times. The food is adequate but unmemorable and comparably not as good as other breweries. Interestingly, the appetizers are far better than the entrees. The entrees - which tend to have too much condiment and not enough substance. Small portions. The beer is excellent and shines. This is definitely someplace I would go for a beer flight and apps but not for a meal.

During our stay in Vermont in the summer, we visited Harpoon Brewery for some beer tasting. We had a reservation, which was required at that time, no matter if it was during peak or off-peak hours. We were greeted warmly, and taken to our seat right away.We could see the brewery behind the store, and it would have been really cool to get a tour of the place. But, due to the pandemic, they were not offering tour at that time.They offer flight of beer here, and you get to choose four different kinds of beer. They come in 6 oz glasses, plased on the tray in a shape of harpoon.Since it is not recommend to consume alcohol in empty stomach, and we were there for lunch anyways, we ordered some hearty dishes. I went with a BYO Burger that comes with chips, but substituted Fries for another $2. It was a good burger, not great, but good.My hubby went with Texas-Style Brisket Sandwich. He wasn’t feeling the side of chips either, so, without really reading the menu, he substituted with coleslaw. But it already comes with a side of coleslaw, so he got double the coleslaw! LOL. The brisket was dry… Not a good sandwich… Stick with snacks and beer at a brewery…The beers, on the other hands, were GREAT! We enjoyed all the ones we tasted. And we even added two more tasting, since you can order 6 oz size individually. We decided to buy a pack of most unique one, Dragon Weisse home with us. The server told us that we can put in an order with him, so that we don’t have to go to the store side and pay separately. We did just that, and he brought us the 4-pack to our table. Nice service!Our server was very friendly and attentive, efficient service. We were well taken care of. It was a fun visit, and we enjoyed all the beer we tried. Again, not the best food, but hey, they are brewery, focused on beer, not food.

Great place to stop off near white river Junction any season but in the summer out side if has as a casual playground atmosphere with a bean bag toss and outside dinning if you want it. The waitresses was great got niece creamy new england clam chowder. Then near brisket sandwich that was very good. Will certainly stop again.

Drove to Windsor VT from NY to check out the famous Harpoon brewery but was a bit disappointed. The outdoor setting was grand and incredible, however, the indoor was a bit underwhelming. It was a little unorganized and felt like a regular bar/restaurant rather than a colorful taproom that I expected for HARPOON 😒. Nevertheless, we got us a seat outside ordered a few of their recommended beers and food items. The beers were ofcourse as good a expected but the food turned out to be a bit bland and dry. Would give them anther chance and probably check out their MA location next.

We enjoy stopping here for a beer. The food is pub style and is good. This visit we had pulled pork macaroni & cheese and chicken potstickers. Both were good, nothing spectacular. The macaroni & cheese was bland, if not for the pull pork.
