I make a mean Hoppin John, but their Andouille made it the best I've ever made! Both friends who had it agreed. I really like their Kielbasa too.Next time I'm headed South I'll make a quick detour to go try more of their stuff!!

Perfect little spot to pick up smoked meats and cheeses, as well as some other random items. Every time we pass through the Windsor area I make a point to stop here. The bacon is amazing, and I haven't had anything from here that I didn't like.

The best ribs, jerky, pepperoni and smoked cheddar! The place to get a delicious brisket for your St. Patty's day dinner. And you can get a smoked bone for your best canine friend. This place is one of the few reasons I'm not a vegetarian!

Worst customer care ever. The hours they have posted are not accurate. They treat you like you are an inconvenience, and have a flakey payment system and just send you home without your meat.

Great smoke foods at competitive prices. Usually you can get bacon ends 4 lbs. for $10.
