Definitely more organized compared to before. Clean but staff need to smile more! Good to see a police car outside to deter people from stealing from store. Always check Walmart app to see if they have what you’re looking for. If they do, it will show you where the item is located. This will save you time looking for the item.

People at the photo place have no idea what’s going on. Asked for help adjusting the size of a photo. None of them had been trained how to do it. I needed passport photos printed and when they printed despite me selecting “wallet” the printed 4x6. When I asked them to reprint it they had no idea what was going on and said to just cut the photos. Couldn’t comprehend at all that that would mean my passport photo would literally only be of just my eyeball… people next to us in line would laughing at how stupid the entire situation was. Ended up not receiving what I asked for. Also look at this hairbrush that was on the shelf…

Terrible place now, they have a theft problem. So why are they treating all customers like a theft. Mens underwear was locked up. Had to find someone, then wait 10 minutes for them to find the key. Then they’ll escort you to the register to buy a stupid pair of boxers. She wouldn’t let me carry them around and buy more items. Amazon is better anyway. You can return items at any UPS store for free.

I find that especially later in the evenings, the staff working this particular Walmart location are rude, unhelpful and more often than not are too busy chit chatting about subject’s completely unrelated to Walmart and therefore seem inconvenienced by a customer who needs assistance.I was help up from leaving the side parking lot due to around 10 men collecting carts who had gathered every single cart in the parking lot and were trying to manipulate the train of carts, approx 50 yards long and for good reason struggling to do so. I sat with my reverse lights on for over 10minutes while they struggled to move the carts. Not one of them ever apologized or even acknowledged my waiting, just acted as thought they couldn’t see I was trying to back out and continued with their antics. Very frustrating and unappreciated.

It wasn't nearly as busy as other days I've been here. There's still a lot of products that don't have prices on them which I find daunting. I walked all over the stores just to get some indoor exercise. It was a beautiful day outside.I looked all over for one item. I finally found somebody to ask. This is the thing that you can't find anybody on the floor too ask.My experience today was different than other days the cashier had a problem with a the printer for the customer before me . She had to call for a supervisor to help.The store has lots of sale items.#Eclispe2024 items I did not see.

They need to get Apple Pay! I forgot my wallet but had my phone, every store pretty much accepts Apple Pay! But not Walmart! I had to leave my entire cart and drive 30 minutes home to my wallet, with 3 hangry kids and an irritated partner! Needless to stay that cart sat there to get put back on the shelves because I was tired and never ended up going back after getting home and feeding my family!

Very disappointed with their plant selection but was happy that there was a gentleman that was able to let me rescue a few plants at a discount I feel that more establishments should offer discounts for beat up plants instead of having them be thrown away just contributing to our planet's waste. Really disappointed in the clothing department for kids

Its not a Superstore, so you will not find fresh food or produce. They do have basic groceries and a frozen section. They also have bikes, pool toys and other seasonal stuff. They have a decent clothes section, but they had run out of boys/mem swim trunks. Back to school stuff is out already

This store is a mess all the time. I was there a few days ago and went thru self checkout. In order to get a bag you have to go to the self checkout person. They then bring the back over and ring it up for you. So they make sure that you pay for the bag. However, on the way out the tag was still on the bag and the person at the exit stopped me to look at my receipt to make sure I paid for a 74 cent bag. And then I got a lecture about how I needed to take the tag off. Shouldn't the person ringing it up take the tag off? It was literally the last thing I thought about. It didn't even cross my mind to do that. I was worried about scanning my items and getting the heck out of there. As I was checking out, loss prevention was running out of the store chasing a woman who went out of the entrance instead of the exit. While shopping, I needed fabric from the fabric section. After I picked out what I needed I realized there was no one there to cut the fabric. I saw someone who worked there and asked them if there was anyone working at that counter and the response I got was " she was there 5 minutes ago. ". And then he just walked away. So I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for someone to show up at the counter to cut one bolt of fabric. However, I do want to say that the person who works at the fabric counter is absolutely fabulous and she is the sweetest person.

Worst store ever. Complete ableist lazy "employees" up front gossiping while 3 of my items wouldn't ring up. They told ME I could go find others(IN LAWN AND GARDEN at other end of the store) if I wanted. I asked if they could look them up in the system, they said no and promptly took the product from me, taking money from your company because they're lazy. I told them I was disabled and exhausted and didn't think I could make it and they just took my Christmas tree Garland and started at me. This happened with two more items. Your front end " manager" apologized for them and still didn't offer to help me complete my purchase. She said she'd talk to them. I said "then I guess I can't complete my purchase" and she replied with a reiteration that she'd speak with them. So no help. At all. Which has inspired me to get a Costco membership. Thank you.

We visited the store yesterday, just want to share my feedback . Store assistant manager Mike and customer representative Neitok were extremely professional to deal our matters , they demonstrated an excellent and above beyond customer experience, we really hope both of them could receive the recognitions they deserved as they truly presented themselves as Walmart Genuine Ambassadors!

Racists workers, only choosing to check my receipt when everything I had was being carried in my hands and let other white people pass without even asking to check their receipts. As a person of color i felt very discriminated against since no one else had been getting checked even if they had more or similar amount of items.

I bought a very expensive roomba vaccume online and it never worked. I spent hours troubleshooting, before deciding to return it. When I went to customer service, the staff were incredibly rude. They called it disgusting, complained that I didn't have a box, and then gave me tools to clean it on the spot. There wasn't much I could do but I tried. Immediatley after, the employee carelessly tossed the vaccume into a box on the ground.

Last night on Saturday, July 1st at around 10pm...I tried to purchase an item that had its box really damaged. I asked for a small discount due to damaged packing and it was a collector's item I keep in the boxes.. they refused to do anything. I don't know his name but, the manager/team lead was bald with glasses and not friendly at all. "To us, it's a toy.. not a collectible".. it is.. but it's also a collectible item and all I asked was for a 10% discount.. they didn't budge so neither did I and left the item there. They didn't care at all about making a customer happy when I was very polite about it. In rare situations, both walmart and target have had no issue offering a small percentage off but, not this walmart. It seemed like they were just saying no just because they could. Good for you, no care for customer service and willing to lose a sale! The mentality of just because the cash doesn't go to them directly so they don't care was evident there.

They how horrendous customer service, Calling them I would have second thoughts about doing. Half of what you buy is broken, and in addition very few employees are genuine in their care and help. I would just go to Saint Albans store. As the wilston store just needed to close it's not much of a waste.

This Walmart is alright for clothes, snacks, and general Walmart things. It's not the greatest, but it's good. However, it always blows my mind how busy it gets and how little front end management seems to care. I've never seen more than two people working a register at any given time. When your self checkout line is backed up, take a hint!Also, for anyone who didn't notice: Great Value pop tarts have decreased their number of packets in the box to only three packs! What happened to the four packs in one small box? AND keeping the price the same? Not even Walmart is helping our wallets anymore.

Well about some clothes I tried to return them because they just didn't work for me, didn't fit. Do not store ready so we can't return them and then they were rude. When I called I have had to wait 20 rings no problem then she gets on she's so freaking rude I wouldn't suggest anybody could shopping here or if you try to return it don't because they're their employees or so rude!!!!!!

They were missing XL sizes in almost all men’s clothes I looked at. Boxer briefs are locked in glass containers and you have to hunt down an employee to purchase. Then, when you do get what you need, you immediately have to go pay at the front before you continue shopping. That’s…. Stupid. There were junkies walking around in the store. Stop at a different store.
