Definitely do not order online, especially for delivery! Ordered an item and they delivered the wrong (cheaper) one. Customer “service” argued with me for some time when I returned it to store. Apparently they can’t read a stock number or mpn. They showed 2 of the correct item in stock but actually had 0. They offered and I agreed to have a replacement delivered from another store, but that order was canceled by Home Depot after I left. 2 weeks later our office received an invoice for both of the undelivered items!

I ordered and paid for granite countertops. Home Depot’s installer sent an email with a template appointment which I confirmed. The installer then sent an email canceling the appointment and has been unresponsive to my attempts to get another appointment. I have made 5 attempts to contact the installer and Home Depot Williston VT has left me hold 3 times for over 30 minutes only to disconnect me when saying they were transferring me to someone.

This Home Depot may be one of the worst I’ve had to try and deal with. Every time I call no one answers. I have a delivery that was supposed to show up between 10am and 2pm and I haven’t heard a word from them why it hasn’t shown up and no one answers phones there apparently.

Purchased four new stainless kitchen appliances at cost of $3,800. Delivery people left us with very uneven fridge. Big issue was missing part on dishwasher our plumber tried to install. Called & visited Home Depot & spoke with Maytag support. Home Depot could not help me or had a clue which part I needed and Maytag said they'd send me BOM to determine missing part. Got email with no BOM. Sent five email requests & no reply. Beware when buying appliances at Home Depot. If you have immediate installation issues, they are unable to help. Very upset & frustrating that Home Depot really didn't care enough to contact Maytag for help. I'll never spend one cent with them again.

Ordered a tool chest online and traveled to pick it up . Was told it was going to be a few minutes. I waited 10 minutes before getting fussy because it seemed like so many people were leaving ahead of me. I asked what the problem was and they said that when I ordered it the day before, they put it up in the steel so I had to wait for a forklift to be able to get it down. I walked over to the aisle and found it on the ground and told them I would get it myself. They decided I was correct and brought it to the front for me. I was in the store for 33 minutes.The store was pretty messy and the layout makes me feel claustrophobic. All in all I love my purchase and it was a great deal!

We love home depot. We have a garden in the back of our condo and it has been put together with almost entirely home depot stuff. We have corn, cukes, carrots, watermelon and so many other treats growing in our garden. We also love the house plants and get our mulch and lawn care things there too.

NURSERY @ The Home DepotI very rarely go to The Home Depot and honestly didn’t even know they had a Nursery.Finally today I decided to go there and check it out, after unsuccessful attempts to find some indoor plants elsewhere.To my surprise, and despite the very cold weather, they had quite a selection of pots and plants as well as seeds and soil.I will certainly be back when it warms up so I can get a few more plants for my balcony.

The place is a total mess! The aisles were filled with so many little pop-up displays that it's hard to see the merchandise on the shelves. It's nearly impossible to push a cart of any size from the back to the front. Checking out is terrifically slow, even if you do it yourself. Aside from the self-checkout, there's usually only one or 2 cashiers there. I don't like coming here. We're it not for the efforts of a few very dedicated employees, it wouldn't be worth the hassle. I have the impression that store management is rather poor.

Management staff are amazing. Delt with a young lady with dark hair cute in the face and an amazing attitude, the staff at the front end very knowledgeable and helpful. Always a pleasure to shop at the Williston location.

Put in a curbside pick up. Drove an hour to pick it up. No one answers the phone. Waited for 25 min after following curbside instructions. Ended up canceling the order and going in. Took a total of 40 min to get help in tile. Got what I needed. Waited another 15 min outside for someone to help load it. Ended up loading it with myself. I had my 2 year old with me. They likely don’t read these reviews or care, but honestly-Do better.

Avoid this store if you can. They fulfilled an online order for me. Half of my lumber (10 pieces) was not delivered, I ordered 4x4 post brackets and received brackets for 6x6 posts, no one at the customer service desk answers the phone to get help. Myself and the customer service reps have been calling this store for weeks and cannot get in touch with anyone.

Do NOT use curbside pick up for anything that could potentially damage your car. I ordered a large cabinet, only ONE employee came out to load it into the back of my SUV. Before I could get the words out of my mouth to say he should get someone to help, and watch the bumper so it doesn't get scratched, he shoved it in it. Resulting in big scratches and dents in the paint.Home Depot will pay you peanuts in a claim. So thanks for nothing. Now I have a messed up bumper on a new car.

My experience has certainly been the most frustrating imaginable!!.I bought kitchen cabinet and granite stone for the counters the cabinets were delivered missing parts when I returned to store 451 in Williston the department employee was on vacation I waited around 25 minutes until someone showed up to tell me that my problem would be resolved it's been 8 days no one answered me so far and when I call the most I can do is leave a message the saleswoman was reasonable in the service but the after sales doesn't exist. I would really like to file a complaint with the company's superintendence but they don't let me know how to do it Detail I asked to speak with the management who didn't answer me either I don't recommend it

What has happened to the kitchen design team? They used to be awesome. Clint helped us design our multiple kitchens and he was awesome. We want Clint back or the other woman with short blonde hair. Went in to get a kitchen quote and there were three older women talking to each other. They ignored me. I asked if I could get some help and they told me they don’t deal with in-stock cabinets and told me I needed an appointment and went back to talking to each other. I said when can I get an appointment and they said the earliest was Wednesday (it was Saturday). There were obviously no other customers there at the time. I am not sure if it was because I was wearing work clothes that they wrote me off. My wife went in and had the same experience. She had a cabinet booklet in her hand and the women told her that they don’t deal with in stock cabinets. I am a loyal Home Depot customer, just not in cabinets anymore. We decided to go with a cabinet company in New Hampshire.

Out of the past 4 online orders I have made at this store, 3 have resulted in issues. I have been told they either couldn’t find my order or some other problems, resulting in 30-45 minutes of wasted time. I make online orders to save time for my business.So, these issues are disappointing. The online order department seems to be mismanaged.I generally think the employees at this store are helpful and knowledgeable as compared to competitors.The online order fulfillment department needs a major overhaul.

This is just an average Home Depot, there's nothing wrong with it, but nothing stands out. They've got everything where the app says, almost everything is in stock all the time, and their selection of most goods is broad.Downsides, their prices on tools and batteries for those tools is shockingly high compared to literally any other location. Their lumber selection is easily a 2/5 stars with the insane number of warped and chunked boards. Their customer service line is woefully understaffed. They basically have no checkout cashiers anymore save one or two near lumber.One thing I miss from almost every other store I go to for DIY materials is some knowledgeable people. They got a few stand out employees, but the vast majority are brand new or just don't care to learn anything. Not sure why this is, whether they're not paying people enough, or just have bad management that can't keep people, but this drives me to smaller local businesses every time.Good place to pick up "whatever" lumber, tools and equipment, even shades and lights.Bad place to get DIY advice, decent lumber, or customer service

Reserved a mold removal fogger only to have it cancelled while I was on the way to the store. I found out when I got there that it was reserved all week so they were puzzled as to why the system allowed me to reserve it.Employees were very kind and helpful but the store was an absolute mess. It was difficult to even make our way through the aisles because there were pallets and carts full of stuff everywhere.

The staff are wonderful people and great workers. Every time I needed help or had an issue I'd go to the customer service desk and it would get resolved quickly. Such a positive and awesome experience at this store!!!

went to look at a freezer today and the size we wanted was there but did not have a price tag on it. When we approached the associate, the response was i would have to look it up , it would be easier if you went on line... Now that is good for business. We will do just that , but not at home depot.

Ordered outdoor carpet may 5th. It's was supposed to be delivered to the store. They lost the order. Email phone calls and 2 in-person to find out where it was. It's so frustrating. Employees that we dealt with in store were doing their best. Thank you to Melissa and the 2 others who helped. So beware if you order from them, you probably won't get them on time.

I always have problems here. Curbside pick up, don't always get what you pay for. They gave me a used toilet seat. A paint roller missing screws. Can't get promised advertised discounts. No one will ever answer the phone when you call.But the paint department is on point.

Customer service is pretty lacking. Bought a battery lawn mower took it home no battery. Made me wait an hour and ten minutes while the looked for the batteries. Found nothing totally wanted 3.5 hours of my day.
