I took my puppy to get groomed today. Ashley did wonderful job alleviating my nerves. She listened to what I had in mind and educated me about what my dog needed. She was professional and friendly. I highly recommend Ashley and the PetSmart salon. My pup looks amazing!

I got an instacart order from PetSmart in Williston. This issue is with PetSmart, not instacart, although the shopper should have chosen an unopened package. I received a package of top paw disposable diapers that were opened with two used diapers inside the package with stains and hair on them. That's absolutely disgusting and a health hazard. I'm assuming this item was returned and put back on the shelf. In the photo I've placed a clearly unused one from the same package next to the two used ones.

I took my little girl there and was a regular customer. They didn’t take good care of my dog and I would pick her up and she wasn’t clean and her nails were long. When I mentioned this the staff acted like they didn’t care and I got a call from a manager who was very hostile towards me on the phone. I will never ever bring my dog back there and they shouldn’t be in business!!! Or change how they conduct business. To say I’m upset is an understatement..I urge people not to use them..

I've never had an issue with the store, but I always have issues with grooming. For grooming needs look elsewhere. They missed multiple nails on one of our dogs for a recent nail trim. I brought him back a week later and was willing to pay full price for a correction job. He was nervous and peed and they said that disqualified him for a nail trim.I drove him down the street to Petco. When we went in, he peed a bit again. They were understanding and had him on the table in 5 minutes. They did every nail perfectly and were quick about it. You can guess who will be getting my money from now on.

I tried to buy a leopard gecko and was refused when purchasing one because they “need a 20 gallon tank or more”. I was also going to purchase a 100 dollar starter kit with a kit specifically made for leopard geckos but when I explained that they still refused to sell it. Terrible customer service.

I took my rescue dog to petsmart in Williston VT to get groomed 7/8- groomer cut her, my dog had to go have surgery to close the wound. Pet smart hasn’t even checked on her to see if she is ok. Do NOT use these groomers, I am not done and will let everyone know how horrible my poor dog was treated

We took our dog to get groomed after months of being in quarantine. He looked so cute. They did a great job. Chelsea was our groomer. ❤️❤️❤️🐶🐕The last place we took him cut him in two places and made his nail bleed. 💔 I'll probably never take him anywhere else now.

My puppy patch and I attended our first puppy class it was nice and the instructor JC was nice.To me I felt it was out of order I think she should go around the class and not bounce around that way each pup can show off there thing... Just my observation so I could be way off base here.

Called the store made appointment & received a confirmation call before the appointment. Got there (45 min drive)they have no appointment in computer.....Oh the call center booked a girl that is not in today. Offered to do the next morning for free. When I arrive the next morning the groomer met my dog & acted like everything was good. 3 hours later I get a call they had problems. I get a dog back 1/2 shaven she says he (my dog is female)was well behaved but the blades would go through. They did one leg, part of her body. They didn't even remove the fir they had cut it was falling to the ground as I walk through the parking lot with a 1/2 shaved dog. Couldn't clean her ears not why and she wasn't shampooed. They obviously squeezed me in but didn't really have time.

Friendly staff, shelves were full, and items were well marked with prices. Must have been at least 6 customer dogs inside all happily mingling together. Got a sweet dog toy for a destructive pup, still going strong! Duraforce makes decent toys.

This is insane, I’m buying a Fish, I’m being told false information, I’m being rushed, and over all. It’s dead from a swim bladder disease not even 24 hours later. The tanks seem clean but their not. I’m glad I kept her in a quarantine tank, then putting her with my community.

I love it here the store is nice and clean very good polite employees I dealt with a manager and she was fantastic she knew a lot about the fish cuz I went in there to go get fish supplies and fish, if I had questions about certain types of fish knew a lot about all the fish, there tanks are very clean, healthy looking fish and they have a nice choices of different types of fish, and the prices are cheaper on the fish than Petco a $1-4 dollar difference from between the two stores, I was very satisfied because I wasn't planning on buying a tank but the manager threw in a sweet deal on a new tank that I couldn't refuse a tank that's normally $150 was on sale for 77.99 I got and pay for in full $57.89 for a 29 gallon tank, if you are looking for fish looking for dogs cats Birds this is the store to go to it might be a small distance to travel but it's worth the trip oh and I would also ask for Megan she is a fantastic manager the pictures I put up are some of the fish I bought from the store

Went to get some cat treats and as soon as I saw how they have the poor fish in the smallest containers I walked out. This is so cruel how can you guys do this! Is that the life you give the animals you sell? Clearly it’s all about money for you not about the well being of animals you probably don’t care but I’m not returning ever! Change your policies on how to treat the animals you sell and profit from.

I was on the phone with the customer support and I have to say Amber at the Vermont pet smart is the nicest lady I have ever talked to and needs a pay raise. Nicest pet store employee ever! 5/5 stars for her alone!
