Shoutout to Jennifer Wagner at Flooring America! Jen was a joy to work with from start to finish, and we are so happy with the new carpet in our upstairs bedroom. Moreover, when we called Jen 6 months later because our puppy stained the new carpet, Jen went above and beyond researching the warranty and sending over a handful of suggestions to get the stain out. Now our carpets are as good as new! Thanks Jen!

We had a tough install in a lived- in upstairs and they went above and beyond to help treat the old floorboard, and then did a beautiful job with the carpet, and even helped me touch up some detail. From start to finish these guys were awesome. Jennifer is so patient and so nice! It took me forever to pick out just the perfect carpet, which I did. I LOVE my carpet! Also, I wish I could remember the names of my installers. They were incredible. Not only did they do a perfect install, they were professional and just really nice guys. They literally took one break all day and that was for lunch. They said they'd be back in 30 minutes and they were back in 30 minutes. I plan on doing my main floor with hardwood and I will definitely go with Flooring America.

I highly recommend Flooring America in Williston, VT as they provide excellent service with a vast selection of quality products. We selected a beautiful wool flatweave rug with the help of their sales/design specialist and their installation team measured, cut and bound the edges to create a custom-fit stair runner. The installer was polite, efficient and experienced. The entire process was smooth and we love our new stair runner!

This weekend my girls and I decided to make a cat tree. I began by calling around looking for carpet scraps and when I called Flooring America and told them what we were up to they enthusiastically invited us to come look at what they had for end cuts that we may be able to use. When we got there they took time to help us find special colors and allow my girls to dig and rummage through ALL of their scraps lol !! The Staff was incredibly friendly and patient, Whats important to me to note is that this was my first time in and they gave us a bunch of great rug pieces and cardboard tube for our at no cost and we have never done business there before. We will definitely, definitely go back and tell my friends !!Thank you Jenn and the Flooring America staff that helped us !!!

The awesome installation team at Flooring America (Tristan, Melinda, JP, Robert, and Hank) just finished up the carpet install on my second floor and stairs. It looks fantastic! I’ve been so pleased with the Flooring America experience, working with Tyler in the showroom and Dave on the measurements. I went from talking to Tyler in the showroom to a quote in hand within 1 week (compare that to the 6+ week process to just get a quote from a large box store) and the team was communicative on delivery and installation timelines. The install team was efficient and on time. I had a great experience and will be recommending Flooring America to my friends.

We worked with Flooring America to install hardwood in three bedrooms in our new home and couldn't be happier. Everyone we worked with from their team (Tyler, Dave, Larry in particular) was responsive, helpful, efficient, and flexible. We had to change our schedule multiple times and they were so accommodating and understanding. We also had an issue (totally our fault) with the baseboards we prepared which they flagged it for us right away, making sure to come back, giving the stain the right amount of time to dry. They were upfront with the costs and transparent about our different options and ways to fit within our budget. Highly recommend!

Tyler and his team are great, I would certainly use them again. I had my office, stairwell, 2nd floor hallway, master bedroom and master closet all redone. Flooring America removed all my old carpeting and installed new TigerWood which came out awesome. We experienced a very minor hiccups but Tyler was very responsive and made everything right which says a lot about the company.

We Loved the experience we had with flooring America from the Sales Associate Jen, Owner David and Installation Crew. The were all kind and polite individuals, with great personalities. When we brought the samples home and reviewed them, we realized we wanted another style and when I called in to let them know. Jen our sales associate was really nice and said that she would send them over with the Owner David when he came to measure. Sure enough David brought the samples and they were all the right colors and styles. They were in and out with in about 5-6 hours and they cleaned up after themselves, we had 2 rooms and stairways completed. The installation crew was amazing with our children, they allowed them to see the progress and answered any questions they had. Our children love their new carpet so much! One loves the feel of the carpet so much that they refuses to sleep in their bed and sleeps on the floor. :) <3Thank you everyone at Flooring America, you made this experience one of the most easiest and nicest ones we have had in a while.

We suffered a house fire that gutted the kitchen and spread smoke damage throughout our home. Our contractor recommended flooring America as having the best products and support. We replaced carpeting, plank flooring and vinyl tile with their help and the results are wonderful. The staff helped us every step with, style, product choice and install.
