Every time I shop at this location it’s a problem. I went in on 3/12 to buy a set of golf clubs and was treated terribly. Walked around the golf department for 15 minutes and nobody acknowledged me at all, until my kid knocked over a golf bag that someone had left leaning precariously against the wall. This is what brought the “help” of an employee… the lady didn’t even ask if I had questions or needed help with any merchandise! All she said was “you need to control your kid” in an extremely rude tone. In my opinion, that was way out of line, and you lost a sale. I was prepared to spend upwards of $1800, as I wanted the Taylor made RBZ Speedlite set and a Ping G430 driver, but I guess I’ll buy it elsewhere.

Really found what I needed. I was looking for a sleeping bag for a stay where the isn't heat and was able to locate it easily in store. As usual, I checked it out online first and found what I wanted in stock. Service was great and friendly.

Store is clean service is average. The man in the boot department wasn't very attentive an didnt seem to want to interact. I forgot my phone an it was still there tho so we can add honest to the list. Good place to shop

Brought my kid's brand new baseball glove to get steamed and broken in. What an amazing job these guys do. They pounded that mitt like it owed them money. They steamed it and pounded it with a mallet for a good 15 minutes. The service was $25 and well worth it. That glove went from stiff to silky smooth and flexible for my kiddo. I wanted to tip but the gentleman couldn't accept. He was incredibly helpful and gracious.

Ordered 2 items online. 1 of the items was delivered as it said it would be. 2nd item not so much. Been 10 days since I paid for my item. 3 days past delivery date the package just keeps being updated saying it’s in the same place for days. Talked to a agent to request a refund or a replacement. Was told they can’t fix the problem because it was updated today. But the updates has been the same for 3 days . Same place just a new date. So basically I’m out the money? This is how they do business . Buyers beware …

I ordered two items for in store pickup. Said it would be ready in an hour. Two hours later I call & am told the items must be in their offsite warehouse & they only have one manager due to staffing so it will have to be checked in the morning. Right after I get off the phone I’m sent an alert that they don’t have the item when I was just told that they do, but it’s in the offsite warehouse. I call around 11:00 the next morning & keep getting passed to different people via phone. The gentleman takes my phone number & promises to call me back after he gets back from the offsite warehouse. I never received a call & the items I ordered at early Black Friday prices is now automatically canceled. This store is the worst! I haven’t shopped there in awhile, but decided to give them another chance. Never again!

Wonderful Store to shop. Good customer service!! Kevin, the general manager was very helpful assisting us with a return (didn't have my receipt). Being a loyal customer, Kevin went the extra mile to work with us. We have always appreciated the selection and the promotions Dicks often offers. I see some review claiming the store was limited on certain stocks - I do not find this the case... the rest come to being sensible and understanding. It makes sense from time to time, stocks may not be 100%, but they have online sales and you can get the item shipped directly to your home - what more can you ask for ? In our "I want is now generation, their are those that are hard to satisfy - the bar is unreasonable high.In my opinion, They are great and I am grateful to have them in our neighborhood.

Poor customer service. We had a manager, named Trish assist with our online order yesterday (in-store) and she walked away from us when were not even done having our conversation. We had shown up a couple days after placing the online order to find that the item was on the shelves (after the order was apparently canceled). The manager told us they get shipments in every other day so, their shelves were stocked after I received my email. I am still in shock the manager walked away and wouldn't take the time to help us not just as customers, but as human beings. Who does that?THE WORST PART OF THIS ALL IS THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE WATCHED HER MANAGER AND NOW THINKS THIS BEHAVIOR IS ACCEPTABLE FROM MANAGEMENT.I had also called customer service the same day I placed the online order after receiving an email stating the product was no longer available. I had a similar horrible experience. I asked for the following and was told “no ma’am we can’t do that”.• Can you ship the item in-stock from one store to another?• Can you expedite the shipping?• Can you cancel my order?The customer service agent I spoke to couldn’t help with any of my three requests. In fact, even if her hands were tied, the least she should’ve done is found an alternative other than telling me to drive to the next closest location where the item was said to be in-stock.PLEASE HELP ME FIGURE OUT HOW THIS COULD POSSIBLY BE TURNED AROUND?

I called ahead and checked to see how busy the store was. I waited until almost closing. I needed to grab my new fishing license to go fishing in the morning. I am glad I waited to go in. I took them ten minutes or less and is only twenty eight Dollars still.

Honestly If I could give zero stars I would. First I had to make two trips to this store because the first time I went with my son we waited 20 min and no one helped us. Then on the second trip we get some help but out of the 200 styles of cleats there was only one pair that had my sons size. How do you have racks and walls of shoes but no sizes, even the guy helping me was embarrassed. The worst part was checking out tho, the cashier Daniel was so busy talking and making jokes that he wasn't doing his job. He entered in the wrong amount I gave him and he also gave me the wrong change. He purposely entered in a different amount and shorted me $17 and tried only giving me 21 cents back. How do you give someone $60 and they enter $43. How does three twenty dollar bills equal two twenty dollar bills and three ones. When I went back in the store he didn't even have to look at the receipt because he knew exactly what he still owed me. I definitely Won't be spending my time or money going to this store or location again. Good luck to those that do, make sure you check your receipts.

Dick's has an okay selection of sports equipment and outdoor clothing. In the Burlington VT area, this is the place to visit when I need either in a hurry, and can't wait for Amazon Prime shipping. Plenty of parking. Friendly & helpful staff. Readily available fitting rooms. Prices are a bit high for me, but when instant gratification is necessary, it's worth it.

Horrible customer service!! Hung up on me 5 times and refused to answer a simple question about my order status..i understand that they are busy bec of this new rule but you can not treat a person like that!! What if someone would treat you the way you treated me, how would you feel?? If I don't need the items for our plan I wouldn't bother to call.. now all our plan is canceled bec of it. So frustrating. I will never shop there again.

Purchased basketball shoes the other day. I prefer to purchase shoes where I can try them on but its almost impossible to keep a sales persons attention for more than a few moments at a time. Every time you ask to try on a shoe you need to specify that you can use a different color shoe to check fitment if the size you state you are isn't "in stock" for that color. This is a major retailer and shoes can be ordered, fitment is typically the most important, especially for an athletic shoe. After going through two sales people and trying on 3-4 shoe types and sizes I found the shoes I wanted and asked about a second pair or a different style shoe. The sales person took one look for the shoe in the size I mentioned and on his way out with the basketball shoes I ended up buying and said " we don't have them in that size, have a great day!" and walked away. Later I found online that other colors were in stock in my size, I ordered them but it was a bit of a bummer not to walk away with them that day. I was also not told about a 25% sale until I was checking out. This is a bummer because had I known I would have purchased a pair of running shoes as well, though that would mean having to get another sales persons attention for a bit. The shoes should have cards that mention fitment of the shoes and all sizes should be out so you don't need to rely on sales people that have no incentive to spend time with you.

Terrible customer service. I looked on their website to find a birthday present for my mother and it said it was in stock. I called before making the hour long drive there just to make sure it was correct as websites can be wrong. (I work retail and can attest to website discrepancies) the man on the phone couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough. I figured it was just one person so didn’t think anything of it as we all have bad days. When I got there I asked someone where a Bosu ball was and he said they didn’t have anything by that name... then I asked a woman next to him and she said oh you bocce, we don’t have here. Then I said no I mean Bosu, then explained what it was, she exclaimed that they don’t have that there. I went on to tell her that I checked the website and they do, even called to verify and was told they do! She then pointed to the back of the store and said it would probably be back there. I eventually found it and when I told another person working there about my experience they didn’t seem to care. I will not be shopping there again.

Good sports store. If you need anything sports or outside activity related - here you find it. We had our swimming stuff for the pool in the end of September. Little bit more expensive than we thought, but very good quality. My wife loved what we've got.

The store was very limited on individual golf clubs that were offered. The displays were not full at all. I had to order a club that was done by a representative from the store. I discuss the club with the rep before I place the order. He indicated that a tool would be provided to make adjustments to the tailor-made RBZ driver and that it would be included in the shipment. It was not a part of the shipment. I called the manager from the golf department and she advised me to bring in the club with the head cover and invoice and they would find a ranch that would fit. I thought they could be a little more accommodating by matching a key to a RBZ driver they may have in the store and mail it to me instead of suggesting that I bring all this in to pick up.

We walked around for about 30 minutes and didn’t find any costumer service. There are only four fitting rooms for a huge store. We went in to look for simple women’s sports gear and their selection was completely inadequate. I was not able to find women’s spandex that goes to my mid thigh. All of the spandex I found there was so short I would not be able to play Rugby in them.
