I live in central Maine but purchased a used ARE cap from a private party in the Williston, VT area. The keys to the cap could not be located so once I returned home I attempted to order the keys from a dealer closer to us with no luck. “Lost keys” apparently don’t generate enough profit to justify the time.I eventually called Catamount North as their sticker was on the back of the cap. They found the keys that I needed, charged me an incredibly fair price and then shipped them with no problems.I understand “always looking for the best price”, but if you’re also the type of consumer that wants to know that the dealer will be there after the sell for those little things like “keys”…, Catamount North most certainly is that place.

Tom, the owner, is a straight shooting, no nonsense kind of guy.I discussed business and arranged a time over the phone about my truck cap. The folks over at Catamount North did an excellent job on my cap. They installed a new piston, lock, and managed to increase my weather proofing to keep water out while camping. They’re honest with what you need and quick to get the job done. Plus they have an excellent dog that showed up! I will definitely be going back for any needs with my cap.Thanks again guys!

I brought my Tacoma in for a new ARE cap and left with a HUGE smile on my face! The cap looks awesome and is perfectly snug. I was able to hang with the shop hound pup while I was waiting. We cuddled and played fetch... and basically became best friends in the short amount of time it took for the cap to be put on.The friendly yet respectful atmosphere that Catamount North provides left me a very satisfied customer (and dog lover). One of those sweet moments when you get to stop everything you're doing and feel comfortable where you are... while giving your ride a little something. :) I highly recommend them!

Couldn't be happy with Catamount North. I stopped by today for a small part--actually for a hatch on my boat--which they had in stock when nobody else did, and they treated me like I was buying a brand new top for my truck. Totally recommend Catamount North.
