I had bought a samsung dryer open box around 2 years ago with a warranty and the dryer worked fine for the first couple months. After those couple months, there was a piece that the clothes were catching on near the door which I thought was a part of the machine so I had covered it for the clothes to stop catching. The machine was working fine for some time after that but just recently, my machine stopped drying my clothes. I had called best buy for a repair and once they arrived I was told that my machines warranty was void because of the piece near the door that came with the machine. I was told that the machine had things done to it prior of me buying it yet i wasnt informed of that once i had purchased the machine. It doesn't make any sense that the part that came with my machine is what voided my warranty. I am now without a washing machine and the money for the warranty. This is not honest business and I don't recommend shopping here. I have been scammed

Gentleman at the door was very polite and nice. He handed me off to another individual who showed me where the product was that I was looking for. However the display wasn't working and the pens tip was destroyed. Customer service was great, display wasn't helpful as it didn't work.

Found a great monitor to replace my husband's old one with good FPS/size/price, and found a solid keyboard and mouse for myself. The Best Buy staff were very friendly and helpful, and the person checking us out (Josiah, I believe) was hilarious and very personable. Very pleasant and expedient experience.

I spent over $2000 on smartphones and they didn't even give me a receipt. Didn't even email it to me or even give me an option. Seems weird to spend over $2k and not be given a receipt. I like to keep them for my records.The kid working there seemed nice enough but literally had to tell him 3 times I didn't want to sign up for a best buy credit card. He also seemed surprised I wanted such expensive phones.I try to shop in store but this purchase made me realize I should've just bought them online. Would have been a much better experience overall. Too much hassle buying expensive items from best buy.

The staff here at bestbuy know their stuff. I came in to buy headphones, I was curious about the comparison between 2 brands. Staff helped me make an informed decision, and even gave me options that could have saved a little money. In the end, I went with the more expensive set, but it was nice that they were willing to show me my options.5 stars, highly recommend for any of your electronic needs ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One star is generous. Best buy sold me an "open box" phone missing the chord. I had to go back all the way to the store and get a chord this morning. Then I open the phone to set it up, deep scratch on the back and even worse, requires a passcode to open. Obviously not open box.

Being one of the only electronic stores in Vermont, I've never had any issues here. They always have a wide selection of electronics with great deals, I've purchased everything here from a coffee maker to a treadmill. The staff is always friendly, attentive to my needs and super chill. A great overall shopping atmosphere and experience.

I placed an online order and I live in New York. Our best buy closed so had to travel to Vermont. My order was at the counter and was ready when I arrived. The staff were helpful and friendly in assisting me.

Completed an online purchase for pickup and was given an item that was clearly out of box. The product wasn't even facing the right direction in the package, which should have been my first clue, but I didn't think much of it and assumed BestBuy would never have its employees sneak defective items into online orders. I will never use Best Buy to purchase mobile accessories ever again. They let people return anything without truly inspecting it, and then people like me pay the price. Literally. I can't believe that I am saying this but I'll go to Verizon next time.

Yes The name is correct.They are the BEST BUY. I was very pleased just entering the store an associate helped me find exactly what I needed. The store was very clean, products were priced clearly and very well organized. The store is very large, and has lots of electronics and buttons and blinking lights,so be prepared to tinker with things. There's a restroom in the back of the store. All the employees that I encountered were knowledgeable and courteous. There is ample parking and handicapped parking,right on the bus line if you're a bus rider. If you need help they have Geek Squad in store to help with all the technology and gadgets. Personally I was there shopping for a boost sim kit, I installed myself at home with the package instructions and prompts from my phone.

Came to have my iphone battery changed yesterday. Not even 24 hrs later my phone can't stay on more than 3 minutes without restarting. Even though the staff was nice, I'm not exactly sure how competent they are with apple repairs. You're probably safer driving hours to an apple store in NY or MA to have any repairs done, because now I need a new phone. Huge inconvenience!

GOT completely SCAMMED by Best Buy. A new clothes dryer was supposed to be delivered between 7am and installed by 7pm. Since 7pm we have spoken to 6 different representatives who kept telling us they are "in transit coming with it". At 9:15pm Best Buy told us they'd be here in 45min. to an hour. It is now 11:35pm and no reps are available. BUYER BEWARE. SCAMMING COMPANY! WE TOOK OFF WORK TO BE HERE TODAY! MAYBE BEST BUY CAN REIMBURSE US A DAY'S PAY?????Then we went into the store to make a complaint and about a week later they came, delivered the dryer and gouged the hell out of my pine floor - see photos! Then they said because they didn't use all the new installation pieces/parts that we paid for, that we'd get a credit back for about $39. No credit showed up.

Went on Feb 8th, checked in with the guy up front who was to busy talking about cars with a police officer to acknowledge we were there. After giving him my name he said we were next in line. After over 30 minutes no one came to home theater where we were which was a ghost town. Went back up front to try again was again told about 10 minutes. No one hardly took their noses out of their phones to help us. So we bought our 72 inch TV elsewhere. Won't be going back.

I went to Best Buy today in Williston Vermont and I think the customer service is great. Akeem did a super job with helping me choose a phone he had in-depth knowledge of iPhones and walked me through all the different choices and had answers for all my questions and then on top of that I asked him if he had any knowledge on TVs and he said yes and then help me with questions about TVs and sound bars. Give Akeem A nice fat raise lol, good job to the staff overall thanks Best Buy Williston.

There was a lovely woman there with long grey hair in a pony tail and blue eyes. Who is an excellent sales women if all the employees were half as good as here this place should easily be a five star ⭐️ store. I feel bad bc I forgot her name but she was awesome in the kitchen appliances sections we talked to her about as samsung fridge

Rating one star because I can’t rate zero.Customer service is really lacking at this location, please don’t waste your time or money here. I purchased over 780$ of items for IN STORE PICK UP, all items had been in stock and available at this location. Got an email saying my order was being prepped and to come in for it in one hour. Showed up one hour later order not ready, went back 5 hours later and every item, not 1 not 3 items EVERY ITEM was mysteriously out of stock, because yes after I had purchased them and tried picking them up Best Buy sold them to other customers in the store. When I explained that I had already been charged and told to come pick up my order that I expected it to be there🤷🏻‍♀️ this was 2 weeks ago and my items still aren’t in stock again at this location. I was offered no explanation as to what happened and why I was charged for items, told to pick them up, tried twice and my order was never even filled and still isn’t 2 weeks later. I canceled my order and won’t even be getting a full refund because I also purchased “protection” on a few items, Best Buy doesn’t refund you that even though you canceled the order and don’t have that item, but you are still charged for the protection plan that you purchased through Best Buy!!!! Mad!!!!

The phone customer service is absolutely horrible. I have called several times, attempting to reset my password for online account. Both times, I spend over an hour trying to have it resolved, with no luck. I really enjoy the store, but the phone support is consistently the worst I have ever experienced.

When you make a online, curbside pick up purchase, the website states you will not be charged until you pick up the item. Lies.I canceled the item, but was charged full price anyways. I had to contact my credit card company to get refunded.

This place always seems like it is going out of business. We stopped by to check over the ear headphones. Many were not on display or even in stock. Some on display were so dirty, I didn't want to handle them.

I usually am one of the people who only leave reviews for bad experiences, however I needed to replace a tv and decided to go to best buy to see them in person and not just rely on the reviews on youtube and i'm glad I did. The 3 sales people at the Williston, VT store were excellent (other than talking me into spending twice as much as I was going to, but i'm not mad about it!). They were all very informative and helpful, answered all my questions, it was one of the best buying experiences I have had recently (and a VERY nice change from the typical customer experience since covid where you can't find anyone to help you, everyone wants a tip, places are closed due to no staff, etc...)! If you're in the market for electronics, I would highly suggest going to this best buy!
