Great warranty inspection. On time. Professional. Knowledgeable. Friendly. He found one thing (not a huge item but still good to get it fixed) and will have it resolved within a week. That’s excellent customer service. Oh, and a follow up phone call to see how they are doing. This is our second hot tub from Allen pools and spas. They stand behind their products.

After an extremely challenging new construction build that spanned 18 mos., Allen Spas was a breath of fresh air as we scrambled to put everything into place before this season. We greatly appreciate their honesty, pricing, candor, flexibility, and most of all patience with our rotating cast of characters that have been in the mix. I did my diligence in pricing out the competition from as far away as Burlington/Williston & ultimately it was a waste of time. From the first time I entered the showroom, to our rep, David's handling of all things right down to the install, which potentially could've been an issue on our end. Dave and the rest of the team at Allen Pools & Spa made the purchase, delivery and installation of our new hot tub seamless. They walked us through every step and made the process so easy (including the removal of our old hot tub). The sales and delivery experience s were very good. Due to a model year change of our hot tub, the pre-delivery electrical specs were incorrect and the installation was unable to be completed at delivery.We were replacing a 20 year old Hot Springs tub and are reasonably pleased with the new one but would have been happier with the initial turn up if it had been completed at delivery

Purchased the flood model in April by winter something was really load. They sent a tech. He said he fixed it. It's now loader. Come spring jet heads were braking off. They said they would fix it at our house so we wouldn't have to hire to have it remove off the deck. Now they won't do it. They said they didn't have enough techs to send to do the job. Cover was bad on it. They did replace it but it took 8 months to get it and they sent 4 guys to drop off a cover but didn't have an enough guys to fix my jets. Been a pain to work with from day one and we spent the extra money for the warranty

Allen pools has good hot tubs but if you need to get a simple replacement cover… good luck. Apparently, they don’t know the correct size of covers that fit your already purchased hot tub. We bought our hot tub at Allen pools & spa back in 2020. Over the past 2 years our hot tub cover has taken a beating and needs to be replaced. They said it would take 2 months to order a new one. So, we waited 2 months and picked up our new cover only to find out that it is the wrong size. When contacted to get the right size they were not sure what the problem was and said that the cover size we needed can’t be found. It has been almost 6 months now going back and forth with them trying to get the correct cover for the hot tub they sold us 3 years ago. Now i don’t know if we will ever get the correct cover and our hot tub is still losing heat and is not protected from debris. When corporate was called, they just laughed and said the will document it. Nothing has come of this issue yet except a major headache. Apparently getting a simple cover replacement is not possible or will take a year to get it. Hope nothing else goes wrong with our hot tub because I am not confident Allen pools and spas can help fix or order the right parts.Update: After a year of trying to figure things out, Allen Pools and Spas could not find a replacement cover for our hot tub (I still don't understand how this is possible) But because they could not find a replacement cover, they replaced our entire Hot Tub! There was nothing wrong with our old hot tub other than the cover had a big rip in it and it was waterlogged. We received a completely new hot tub of the same make and model (apparently one that has replacement covers available) and were very happy with the customer service and the delivery. I would have given 5 stars but i still don't see how this issue could have happened in the first place. It took a year to resolve the issue but I am happy with Allen Pools and Spas for their support in correcting the issue. i was worried that they would not be able to deliver it in winter but they made it happen and were able to drain and remove our old hot tub. I would recommend Allen Pools and Spas to anyone looking for a hot tub because of their customer service and willingness to make things right for the customer. Just be sure that there are replacement parts available for the hot tub you are looking at before making a purchase.

6 years ago we bought a hot tub, it came with 5 year warranty, and we did use that warranty! Allen Pools was quick to come when I had an issue. Very friendly over the phone. In person when I bought new filters, if asked we did receive a small discount for buying all three or veterans. The main person they sent over this last year, ( for a leak twice, and once for trouble light and couldn't get to operate) Was very personable. You could tell he knew his business. Repairs have been reasonably priced. The second time it leaked we were not charged. Very fair company to do business with, I would recommend if a hot tub is on your list!

I had the best experience with the service department from the Rutland office. John, Jay and Nick were outstanding and helped me prepare my tub for the service required. John guided me as I removed some of the pipes to clean out the Calcium that had built up over the years prior to Nick's arrival. Nick came as promised even though it was pouring out and quickly replaced my faulty circulator. These folks are top notch and I really appreciate the entire team at Allen pools and Spas. I am back enjoying the tub I purchased from Allen Pools and Spas 10 years ago.Thank you!!Kristin

At all times, I found Allen Pools & Spas to be excellent. This began with the very knowledgable sales person (Andrew Kenney in Lebanon), who guided us through the selection process, the delivery coordination people in Rutland, and the service technicians that fixed some tweaks on the new hot tub.I was also directed to a contractor with substantial experience in setting up the new tub on our existing deck.A truly excellent experience. I spent a month building the room for my jacuzzi and when I was done filling it was I made one phone call and the service department was there the next day and they fixed the jacuzzi while I was sleeping and left when they left they close up everything didn't even wake me I have just finished working for 40 hours straight so that was the nicest thing in the best service I've ever had in a long time the guy Dan was very cordial polite and even put the jacuzzi back together while I was resting without me even asking him for nice guy best service five stars all the way on service department

Update 9/11/23: Thank you for acknowledging my problem and offering to work with me. I have tried repeatedly to contact Nick, as you said he would work with me. Texts and phone calls to him over the past month have gone unanswered. Can you please help find someone that can help me? Thank You!I wanted my hot tub to look out over the mountain view. Nick came for a site visit and I told him the view from the tub was the priority. We hadn’t built the pad yet so I wanted to make sure the view was the priority. He advised me on the orientation of the pad and how the cover would open with the lifter. He said although the cover would open toward the mountain view, it would be low enough not to interfere with the view while sitting in the tub. He was wrong. I now have a view of the hot tub cover that blocks the view. I asked him for help to correct the problem and he had no feasible suggestions other than taking the tub off the pad, rebuilding the pad to the correct orientation. This is not financially feasible and Allen will not help out to correct their mistake. NEVER TRUST THEIR SITE VISITS. THEY DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. This is one very disappointed customer.

We are new pool owners and have visited several pool stores in the area to get our water tested and treated to resolve an issue. After visiting Allen, we are not going anywhere else! After testing our water, they not only explained what to do with the various chemicals to balance our water, but also what each product is doing and how it works with the overall pool system. We finally feel like we understand how our pool works and what is needed to maintain good water quality. The showroom is beautiful and customer service was exceptional. Our family has been thinking of a hot tub for a few years. Always something we looked at the home shows. With the WFH situation and limited vacation options, 2020 was the time for us. I looked at a few other locations, and then we stopped at Allen Pools & Spas. They answered all our questions, with no pressure to buy. Dave helped us pick out a tub that matched our family needs and didn’t try to upsell us to a model we might have thought we wanted. Honest and sincere help to get us something we would enjoy for many years to come. As we prepped the location, I asked lots of questions and Dave was always prompt in replying and wanted to make sure we had and did everything we needed. With COVID we had to wait a while for delivery from California, no promises were made on the delivery time frame, but a time window was suggested, and delivery was on time. The crew was great and very professional. I can’t remember the lead guy's name, but he is one smart dude and took the time to go over everything very well. As I read the manual after, I realized just how much knowledge he had, and it helped to have that conversation previously as I reviewed the manual. We choose a Hot Springs Rely for our family of 4 and we couldn’t be happier! Thanks, Dave and AP&S!

Top notch service from this store. We visited in hopes of purchasing a new hot tub but unfortunately was not able to buy from them due to their dealer location. They still showed us all of the models and answered any questions that we had. Once we purchased a spa from our local dealer, I reached out regarding questions about setup and they were more than accommodating. Mary at Allen's walked me through everything and gave me some resources to look through for future reference. I was very thankful for all the help that Allen's was able to provide. If you are looking for a new pool or spa or have any questions this is the place to go. You will not be disappointed!
