Lots on the menu,easy in and out of u know what you are doing. It gets busy, but I'm going to say that if you are in the area and u are looking to get Herb check it out. Go check out all of them they will be carrying different stuff

Been coming to the Tea House for about a year since it is convenient when down around WRJ/Lebanon. Never been to a business that employs such rude employees. The first time it happened, I shrugged it off maybe they were having a bad day. It happens. But no, multiple visits (10+) and with many different employees, all have a really sour attitude every time I go in. They are either tired and overworked and will let you know about it, or they will assume you are some n00b when it comes to cannabis and will take on the role of God.There is ALWAYS a line of crunchy consumers who have no idea what they are looking for. The menu setup they have on the TV's are outdated and do not even show true budshots. You have to visually inspect each strain which is scattered throughout the store. Most sample containers were empty. Top dollar for what?Maybe fix the menu system, re-organize the displays, hire a photographer, and relieve your staff of having to deal with uninformed customers. Why else would your staff be so drained and pissed off all the time? No idea what these other reviewers are smoking, but it must be mids from Tea House.Just can't stress enough the importance of having happy employees.

Not happy with the service here. I’ve been coming since they opened, and spend at least $500/$600 a month here.I didn’t mind paying extra ( they jack up prices here a decent amount)compaired to the other local dispos, because it was close, and I thought my business was appreciated.Yet, I came in my birthday to get some presents for myself. My id, is set to expire at midnight the night of my birthday, I called the dmv and confirmed it’s stillValid until midnight. I also pre-renewed it online beforehand and am waiting for it in the mail. Regardless, I went to pick up my order. Despite the fact that my ids valid until midnight, and the fact it’s my birthday, and the fact I’ve been here a million times and have supported the business since opening, I was refused.If the Id was a month expired or even a week expired Or even if I came Tommorow when it legally expired I would understand, but to refuse entry, on someone’s birthday, when the id is not expired, honestly ruined my day.From now on I’ll simply drive the extra 20 minutes to go to Sunday drive or any other dispo but I will never be returning here.

Hands down the worst dispensary I’ve been - between the thin selection and the more than average service, we were forced to pull money from the atm, because of some ludicrous story about Mastercard suing them/someoneBecause the other option was to be charged 6usd to use our credit cards to pay via some link sent by text.And don’t get stared on how rudimentary all the packagings were.

This place has got the best staff all around and they are very knowledgeable about the products they offer. I think if they were open until 8 it would be great but either way I couldn’t get a better price or deal compared to other locations I have personally visited. Who could say no to an extra $5 off my already cheap reef?

Friendly and very helpful/knowledgeable staff, super convenient location.The selection of flower was decent, and the quality was also on point.All in all it was a good experience.Only negative? When I got home and weighed the prepackaged 1/8 I’d purchased (for 48$ after tax)??It was only 3.18g 😕Hopefully this was just a small oversight… But I will definitely try to give them another chance and see how it plays out in the future.
