I've shopped Listen for years and I'm not impressed with the changes of the last few years. I'm shocked to find items selling for $5k-$6k at a thrift store. I've got to think these prices are beyond what most are willing to pay at a thrift store. The selection seems not what it once was since now donations are limited to certain days and locations. It used to be when I visited a Listen location I'd buy at least one item. Last 5-6 times I visited I bought nothing. Better thrift stores in the area, skip the Listen stores.

Best thrift store to shop at around the upper valley furniture and clothing dishes lamps shoes are all sold here and not expensive either

The prices are way too high. Higher than Ebay in a lot of cases. Listen don't blame the high prices on resellers. That is just being greedy and shifting the blame. Listen has controll of the price stickers so Listen is to blame if the prices of its free donations are too high.

I’ve been coming to the Listen stores for years. I’m from out of state and always made it a point to stop in when we are up. There is always a great selection of items to supplement the cottage and when I returned to work I was able to find great office office outfits. My daughters grew up learning to thrift shop visiting your locations too. We’d make it a girls event to visit both stores when in the region, then get ice cream to celebrate our finds. Thank you for the fun 🤩 memories!

I haven't been here for 2 years because of the pandemic. What they did to renovate with the open concept beautiful well-lit area for merchandising as well as the concrete handicap accessible walkway that connects one building to another for the furniture is just marvelous. I like the way they organized that particular part.Definitely a place to look around and find some collectibles as well at reasonable prices. 😃

We LOVE Listen!! I've been going to the Lebanon Listen since I was a child, the new locations are so nice and always have great stuff. We donate all of our stuff to Listen and love their great prices and all they do for the community.

Nice thrift store! A lot smaller than the other location and less items to look through, but overall very nice. This organization does a lot for the local community!

Pulled in at 12:01 PM to donate at miracle mile location. Informed by a LISTEN staff member with walkie talkie - blocking the line of cars with his car - pulled his SUV in front of me in line to make donations - that donations closed at noon and he was not allowing me in line. I mentioned that I was disabled and just drove 80 miles to donate,. Would be very difficult to unload and reload full car of donations at home. He mentioned that "they are very strict" about end time. I mentioned that "you are being very strict", don't pass off to "they". Shrugged and walked away. Found a thrift store down road that happily took my donations. Bad attitude at Listen.

I always enjoy shopping at Listen. Clerks are friendly and helpful and items are well organized. Would like to have tags on bed sheets list sizes. Some sheets must come in w/o tags tho if staff could measure and write size on tags it would save customers guesswork. Thanks for running a great store..

Recently I've become more involved in my community and have thus become an avid thrifter. Listen is by far my favorite locally. Selection is good, prices are very fair, service is great. Once you figure out the least busiest times of day-it makes it even easier! Go early to avoid crowds if you can. Imo the White River store is the best organized but then again they're all nice. Now if only they had a better selection of vintage cameras...

Wow! For a listen center their prices are outrageous. If I had that much money I wouldn't be at the listen center. These items are donated! Stop trying to make a million bucks and tell your price gougers to cool it.

Nice store.I think the prices could be lowered somewhat for the people who live in poverty tho.Just my opinion.I live on SSDI and find it hard to be able to buy decent clothes to wear.So I buy my clothes at listen.Cant afford department stores to buy things so I count on the listen for my needs.Also the listen dinners as I cant afford to buy food.The listen dinners are my only source of having food to eat.Sad but true.

This listen is terribly kept. It’s just dirty, smells dirty and nothing makes sense with how the merchandise is kept inside. You literally have to look through every price of clothing to find your size. Instead of just keeping the sizes in sections. Would be nice store if they put more effort into keeping it nice and in order.

I’ve been coming to both stores in wrj and Lebanon do enjoy both....even through this location is smaller than leb I can always find something here, staff are friendly, love there weekly sales, prices are reasonable and I like how they help others in the community.....will keep coming back....the only minor complaint I have it it would be nice to have extra racks for tops for sizes but the ones they do have are always stocked

Lots of nice stuff that's in good condition and very reasonably priced. It's not organized very well but I think that adds to the thrill of the hunt.Oh. And the staff is very nice and helpful.

You never know what you'll find here, but rest assured whatever it may be, it'll be at one heck of a good price!!! Very friendly and attentive staff whom are always willing to offer help or interesting information.
