We stay at Hilton hotels when we travel because of the consistent amenities and cleanliness. Sadly, this hotel missed the mark. The rooms were superficially clean only. The drain was dirty and there were spots on the sheets. The TV remote did not work. The room was a oven and we were unable to control the thermostat. The kitchen staff did not wipe off the tables between diners. Usually, If I have a concern, I prefer to discuss it directly with management rather than write a disparaging review. When I discussed my concerns with the manager, she told me I should have told the kitchen staff to clean the tables and she can't do much about the heating systems.

Recently built, modern and nice. Unbelievably quiet rooms. I don't like the new trend of the sliding bathroom door. As I sat pondering my life and the choices I've made that had me sitting in a hotel bathroom, it occurred to me that if there was another person in the room, she and I could have made awkward eye contact through the gap between the door and wall. I don't like that, I prefer to do my business in full stealth mode like a ninja.

This place was horrible. When you first arrive at this hotel there is no greeting from the host. No friendly reminder of your Hilton honors status. Every other Hilton hotel greets you with suck a warm welcome. Not here!!Oh and let me tell you I’m in New Hampshire and it November. Really really cold. How about my heat does not work!!!!! I told the front desk and they said maintenance will be there to fix it. It’s 8pm. Who wants maintenance in there room at such a late hour. No one!! So I asked to have my room changed because I believe there should be a note about these things in the computer, for each room if there is something wrong with that room. Toilet paper was not new and was mostly used up. Shower was disgusting. Heater cover was completely off. Walls were coming apart. It’s like I was put in one of the worst rooms in this hotel and I feel as though that’s not right. Woke up the next day with a sore throat!!Noteworthy details: This place is Horrible!!!

I had a reservation for 11/13-11/14 for this Hampton Inn. I had a conflict so I called at 7:30 PM on 11/13 to see if I could cancel. The woman I spoke to (Vicki?) said she couldn’t cancel but looked to see if she could reschedule and could not. She was very kind on the phone and I confirmed that since she could not cancel or reschedule, I would be there around midnight that night. Upon my arrival at the hotel, the woman at the front desk (Sarah) said that my reservation had been cancelled. I asked her to re-book me because I had been told it couldn’t be cancelled. She said she could not as she had a “system issue”. I asked how many rooms were available and she said 26. I asked if I could book a room online and she would be able to check me in that way- she said she could not. Her lack of effort to problem solve this issue and her guest service was well below my experiences at other Hilton locations.After midnight after driving hours to get here, I had to call local hotels to get a room for the night because of this error.I will not be booking here again based on the miscommunication and service.

I was looking for a clean place to stay as i have a 1 year old. This place came up and was relatively cheap than others in the area. I am glad i booked them.They are exceptionally clean. Had a nice 2-night stay. The rooms were clean, the Continental breakfast was good (they changed the waffle batter flavors every day), and they don't have the tiny shampoos, etc, in the rooms and instead have refillable bottles in the shower and bathroom for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and hand soap, which I thought was a great idea to limit waste, and was also very convenient (usually I use my own travel stuff in my toiletry bag but it was just so convenient to reach over and pump out shampoo rather than unscrew my little bottles that I just used their stuff).

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in White River Junction, Vermont and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located just off the highway, making it easy to get to and from, and there are couple of restaurants and shops in the area.The staff at the hotel were friendly, welcoming, and they were happy to answer any questions you may have. The lobby and common areas were well-maintained, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea available in the lobby throughout the day.My room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed or two beds.. or which may you prefer, plenty of pillows, and a cozy armchair for relaxing. The bathroom was clean and modern, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided. I also appreciated the small refrigerator and microwave in the room, which made it easy to store and prepare snacks and drinks.One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast each morning, which included a variety of hot and cold options such as eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt, and fresh fruit. The breakfast area was clean and well-organized, and the staff kept everything well-stocked and fresh.Overall, I had a great experience at the Hampton Inn in White River Junction, Vermont and would definitely stay there again. I recently had the opportunity to stay at this property, and despite a few hiccups, I enjoyed my overall experience. The location was fantastic - close to all the local attractions and amenities. The pool area was especially delightful - clean, well-maintained, and a great place to spend time with friends and family.However, there were a few issues I encountered during my stay. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit in our room was not functioning, which made for some uncomfortable nights. Additionally, the fridge in our room had a faulty door, causing it to never quite reach the desired temperature.I was also disappointed to discover leftover food beneath the bed, which indicated a lapse in the housekeeping department's attention to detail. I booked a non refundable non changeable room through Hilton honors app, but when I arrived, I learned that they changed my room. Instead of two beds and tub I booked for the two people staying, I had one bed, a pull out couch and no tub. The room was cramped and uncomfortable with the pull out bed open, plus, the heat would not exceed 70 degrees so the room was cold. It was nice that they had breakfast, but the food wasn't that great. I was asked if I wanted towels changed the following day when I checked in. I requested it, but no one ever came. Also, I was not acknowledged as a Hilton honors member nor given any of the perks that I should've received. The staff seemed friendly, but service was not good. I would not stay here again.

I absolutely loved my stay. The woman at the front desk, Vicky was the best. We were greeted with warm cookies, in the afternoon, and fresh bacon in the morning. Vicky helped my entire family get our room key, and made sure everything was perfect. I can not believe the slander against her. She was nothing but kind to us. This was a 10/10 experience.

Staff was friendly. Great water pressure. Comfortable beds.But this place has no heat. Despite asking and complaining and asking for maintenance, no resolution. This place needs some fixing. Some power outlets don't work and the ceiling paint is peeling. Breakfast is decentIf you're here on a pleasant day, it's probably fine. But staying here on a cold night with no heat was not fun

For being an older Hilton property it is decently maintained. The day staff, maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. The younger man working the desk overnight during the weekend of the 6-9th needs an attitude overhaul on how to speak to guests. Especially diamond members. With that said the property does need an update. The rooms have musty smells, especially the ground floor rooms near the pool. It's a mix of chlorine and I'm guessing cigarette smoke from years past. The property owner needs to invest in this great location by making it a bit more modern, fresh. Overall good stay.Rooms: In need of updating.Nearby activities: Dunkin at end of street, super fast and friendly. Safe to walk to from hotel.Gas station on same street and others close by past round a bout.Noteworthy details: On busy weekends for festivals, leaf peepers you'll need to be creative with parking. Spaces full up quickly and leads to parking on grass around property.

We enjoyed our stay here. The negatives were that we had a view of the back parking lot, the laundry was not working, one ice machine was not working. Everything else was positive. Enjoyed the 24/7 coffee and the gym and being on the first floor. All of the staff was very friendly and nice. A very convenient location. We would not hesitate booking here again.
