Keep in mind this is a BUSY Dunkin’ Donuts. If you’re planning on coming here, please come a little early being a high volume location. It’s right off the interstates and the only one right next to Hartland, VT. If you’re in a rush before work, I’d wait until later due to the amount customers.I love coming here. I’ve never seen such a loyal, dedicated, hardworking crew as the one that works here.I come almost everyday and they always make everything perfectly. I’m SO excited because my favorite seasonal breakfast sandwich is back, the sweet black pepper bacon breakfast sandwich😋 I love how you can customize almost anything and everything. I had to recently switch to non-dairy and they carry whole milk, skim milk, almond milk, and oat milk. Waaaayyyy better pricing than Starbucks, too.I don’t know how (with so many customers) they can keep with the lobby’s upkeep, but they do it here.Please be considerate and appreciative to our fellow human beings. We’re all only humans and we all make mistakes in life. We aren’t perfect.Dietary restrictions: All of their bagels, English muffins, hashbrowns, oatmeal, avocado toast, and refreshers are vegan-friendly. Donuts aren’t.

Absolute worst customer service at this Dunks. However, if you love waiting 20 minutes to be completely disrespected and have your order wrong, then this is the place for you!After waiting 20 minutes for our two coffees (there were only two other people in front of us) the manager didn't even apologize. When I joked that we should at least get a free donut for the 20 minutes of our lives we'll never get back, Manager Karen yelled at us "Don't ever come back!" Just for that, I'll see you tomorrow, Sunshine!

Ordered a dozen of donuts on Dunkin App 2 hours in advance. Drove 15 minutes there to pick up my order, then was told they had nothing and they had to refund me. I paused and laughed, then said "if would be nice if you guys could give me a call earlier". The lady said "what could we give you a call if we don't have your number". I thought to myself, this is weird because they should have my info from the app. The lady then yelled at me "why don't you get out of my drive way, I am very busy." I said "fine then just refund me." And she said "go call the number yourself" and never responded to me again. I pulled to the front and saw literally no one in the store.I can understand if you are having a bad day, but in no world this should be the way you treat a customer.

I can not speak about the coffee as I don't drink it, but the place was clean, well lit and still in pretty prestine condition from when it was built not too long ago. I had to wait despite being the only person in line because of the drive through focus of the store. Otherwise, the service was courteous and quick once the order was placed.

Im at this Dunkins everyday I work just down the road. I ask for 4 in a half pumps of what I enjoy and they tell me they can't do a half a pump. It's very possible hold the pump half way on the last pump. There is someone that works there and said we don't do half pumps do you want 4 or 5 I said um ok I guess you can't figure out how to do a half. I enjoy the coffee I get it every day so with the price of it I'd like to get what I enjoy. I haven't been wanting to do a review but this store gets me so upset. Half a pump is no where near hard to figure out. I'm a regular in the Randolph store and they tell me yes we are very capable of doing a half a pump.. Rant over.

I had a lovely experience at the White River Jct., VT DD yesterday. When I dropped in last week for one-pound bags of whole-bean coffee, they were out, so yesterday I called first. A cheerful young man answered, and kept me on the line while he searched until he found an unopened case of what I wanted. I told him I’d be coming in later for three of them. Several hours later I showed up, got three bags from the display, and put them on the counter (no waiting, by the way). Soon a young man appeared behind the counter, looked at the three bags, and said, “Oh, it’s you! I saved out three bags, just in case we had a run on it.” And he ducked behind the counter and came up with an armful of orange coffee bags. He said his name was Ryan and that he’s an assistant manager.I was so charmed by the experience that I bought all six bags of coffee and a half-dozen doughnuts.

Ok so the people working on the day I came were doing their bes and deserve a lot of props. but whoever is in charge of setting schedules and management really dropped the ball. There was a line of cars a mile long and only 2 people behind the counter. One of the employees was trying to call for backup but management was not answering their phone. Another customer mentioned to me that this happens often at this location. It was around 3-4:30pm. I guess they are really understaffed.

This dunkin donuts always has the BEST coffee. The staff is quick to get your order out, so there's minimal waiting. Although there's usually a line because of its popularity in the area. If you like Dunkin and want the best coffee you go here for sure!

"Horrible and Inconvenient Driveway Location"This newly opened store may well have the best products that DD can offer but the driveway, positioned directly across the street from the VA Medical Center, was a ridiculous and dangerous decision to make.Several other options were/are available to filter customer vehicles conveniently into the store and the drive-thru but some idiot (probably a paper pusher that never actually visited the location) made the call to put many lives in jeopardy by placing the entrance/exit directly across the street from the VA hospital.Exiting the hospital has always been difficult enough with traffic zipping by well over the posted speed limits. I feel terribly sorry for all the employees- and especially the Veterans, who now have to risk their lives again just to enter or exit the VA facility.MOVE THE ENTRANCE/EXIT!!!!!!!! Super Stupid!(map image that I provided shows potential options to correct the current driveway absurdity)

They are crazy busy at this location. The lobby was closed probably because of lack of staff. While the wait was long for the drive-thru, the woman working there is a pro. My order was accurate and she was so nice even though I could tell she was stressed out. I tipped extra because of her professionalism and her hard work. Smile my friend. You are doing an excellent job.

I have never had an issue with the white river location. The staff has always treated me kindly and almost always makes my coffee correctly( 2-3 times/day). Jenn and the rest of the crew are great people who try really hard to please their customers. On the off chance that there is something wrong they will fix it if asked. Politeness, friendly, and patience is key to good service. Thanks gang for all you do.

Stop locking the front door. Or at least make it impossible to online order for walkthroughs. It is annoying to go through drive through when you have placed an online order and time is important for both parties. Someone wrote the establishment is clean. Of course it would be if they limit traffic to being drive through only.
