I purchased 2 books of the Preserving Without Canning or Freezing. I owned a copy many years ago but it never got returned from whoever I loaned it to so, with my new copy, and one to share I'm not loaning it out again.It's one of those keepers. I've used many of the recipes and my favorites are the chutneys and coulis.I'm going to have to do the in ground silos this year so looking forward to making that happen.This is a great little book and full of so much information and recipes. Don't let the size fool you.

Customer service was super friendly and helpful even though I'm sure they were tired of answering the same questions over and over. I think a lot of that could be resolved if they included a tracking number in your email (if there was one I missed it both times and that's my fault!) Otherwise, very happy with my purchases!
