There is a wide variety of Vermont themed gifts and classic goodies in this store. There are a lot of clothes, including sweaters, socks, pajamas, hats, and more. There is also a large selection of Vermont craft beers and old-time sodas. There is a toy section on the second floor. There is a snack bar on the first floor.

Such a cute store but parking was an issue and it was hard to figure out where everything was. They did have great things and good food. The town is beautiful and quaint.

I love this place; it is a nice contrast to the VT Country Store. For those interested in history, don't miss the second floor which once operated as a ballroom. Support Vermont's small village stores , slow your pace and make a stop at a our independent stores!

Visited last year and fell in love with this store. So much to choose from, Great fudge, and a hoodie that was so soft I lived in it a whole season. I was so happy to see they had an online store. Placed an order for a replacement hoodie and some cheese (because VT cheese IS the best). All items came perfectly and cheese was even packed with a cold pack. I'll definitely be ordering again. Thank you!!

I’m a semi-regular customer & stopped here again recently. 1st time for me since they reopened from all the flooding. I bought 2 cheeses, a brie & a truffle cheddar. When I opened them up at home, both wreaked & had lots of mold on them, I had to toss them. I’m assuming the flooding hampered their cheese refrigeration maybe & caused that. They probably should check all their cheeses to make sure there’s no more like that. Very cute store tho & their fudge is the best ever. Definitely will still be back.

Definitely one of the best classic Vermont general stores I've ever been to! The cheese emporium had to be the best part in my opinion. I like to think of myself as somewhat of a connoisseur of cheeses and the Aged White Vermont Truffle Cheddar had to be one of the best I've had thus far. The distinct taste of the truffles compliment it beautifully, and doesn't overwhelm the palette. Personally, I usually stay away from mushrooms as I've never really been a fan of the texture or tastes. But the fragments are so small that you can barely even tell they're present when taking a bite and as for the taste, well, guess you'll just have to see for yourself. Luckily you won't have to waste any extra money if you're afraid you won't like something, because they allow you to sample just about everything. No joke, they even let me sample a bottled soda that I've never heard of 😂 but I don't recommend expecting that level of sampling, they only allowed it because they said it was the worst soda ever created but couldn't pinpoint what the flavor was. Our curiosity got the better of us and they told me to grab one and try it. It tasted like black liquorice 😵‍💫😫 and I tossed it. Don't just focus on that though, they have it stocked because it's something that isn't made anymore which gives the store that unbeatable rustic/vintage atmosphere. They also sample fudge and let me just say.. the peanut butter mixed with chocolate was without a doubt the best sweet I ever tasted. I warn you, it's expensive but, like me, you'll probably go home with a couple pounds worth. Hope you loved it as much as I did!

Just to clarify, my visit to the actual Weston Village Store was delightful. The store is huge and I spent a lot of time there and lots of money close to $200. My problem with the store began when I decided to buy online. I loved the cheese and their fruit spread that I wanted to order more. When I received the package the cheese was wrapped in a plastic bag with one cold pack that had of course melted and was warm. The cheese as you can see in the photos were molded and smelled really terrible ( not like normal cheese mold and smell). They smelled like a dirty wet moldy towel. We even attempted to taste it and we had to spit it out. I emailed the store sending him pictures and mentioning that a cold pack thrown into a bag is not the proper way to ship cheese. I received a response that was very rude, he basically said that there’s nothing wrong with that cheese and that I can eat it and that they know how to ship cheese. Then he had me ship the cheese back to him knowing that when it arrived he would just have to throw it out since it was: a) opened, b) spoiled especially by the time it got back to him and c) he couldn’t sell it anyway due to covid. He made me ship it back and pay for shipping so I can get a refund. I had spent almost $50 on cheese so I had to send it back. He said he would refund and pay for “freight” but I only received the refund for the cheese and not the shipping. I emailed again about the shipping reimbursement but I didn’t receive an answer. Who does this? Why would he deliberately hurt his own business to make me send him back spokes cheese he would never sell? I’ll never shop there again or online. This person has no integrity and vindictive. Beware of shopping here.

We visited the store this fall and found some great items to take home. Staff was amazing and very helpful! I recently called the store looking for another mug and some clothing. Steven was more than helpful, and his communication was top notch. He mailed the products before I even paid for them wow. That is great service and the way it should be. Thanks again for another great experience.

I absolutely love this place! Whenever family or friends are visiting, I make sure to bring them here! My aunt even said she intended to come back to do some Christmas shopping, although those plans fell through. Their fudge and cheese are both amazing, but I particularly recommend the seven year aged cheddar (I think it's called)!

This store is awesome, they have all the cool ol'skule elements of what the quintessential country store is . It brought me back to the 80s when I was a kid and stores like this were every where . I love the time warp / retro or what ever you want to call it .The staff was awesome , so helpful, willing to engage in conversation . I can't recommend this place enough for the truly ol'skule Vermont experience.

There's so much variety here the fudge is excellent try some! The only thing preventing me from giving it five stars was that they have a $10 credit card charge so I bought the pound of fudge for $7 and change and I had to go around the store and find something else that would equal $3. Not an easy find by the way. But it's well worth it stops there's plenty of clothing, puzzles, Knick knacks, soaps, there's an entire section of hanging hooks of all sorts.

Such a nice little shop, I wish we had more time to spend there. They have an eclectic mix of items.Don't skip the ice cream, it was the perfect follow up to warm soup on a chilly day. Seating is available on the front porch. Social distancing was not an issue late on a chilly afternoon in the fall.

They must have a few thousand items in this great country store. Bought the best smelling incense, a great hoodie, some candles and a piece of wall art. Great service on top of it all. It’s really a must stop.

The store is good to get souvenirs for visitors, and has everything one can ask for in that regard. I had fun discovering many things in the store. However, the customer service was the absolute worst that I have ever experienced. My boyfriend and I bought many gifts for family and friend last week. At checkout, we asked the cashier to give us 4 extra paper bags -- in order to present each gift in a store bag. However, as we were leaving the store, we realized that the cashier made a mistake and overcharged us. We politely said that there seemed to be a mistake. At this point, the owner / manager came to the counter and brusquely told the cashier to cancel the entire transaction and start it over -- instead of cancelling the one extra item in question as she initially intended to do.It was also at this point that the owner / manager asked the cashier why we had extra paper bags, and the cashier told him that we had asked for them. He proceeded to tell us that each bag cost him 50 cents, and he usually charged for the extra bags. He re-scanned all of the items and the extra paper bags while repeating that they cost him 50 cents each. Even though we returned to the store because of the cashier's mistake, the owner / manager felt completely comfortable charging us for something that the cashier never asked us to pay for in the first place. Once again, this was her mistake as an employee of this store, and it is inconceivable why the customers would be made retroactively responsible for this mistake. Not only did the owner / manager or the cashier never apologize for the cashier's mistake, but the owner / manager was clearly displeased and made us feel as if we had done something wrong. Although we felt very uncomfortable, we still kept our composure to say "thank you," when he handed over the new receipt. Surprisingly, he didn't say anything. We looked at each other amazed with this remarkable reaction and left the store. In the parking lot, while my boyfriend was double-checking the receipt, I looked back the entrance of the store and, lo and behold, found the owner / manager himself standing outside, looking at us.This experience has affected me deeply as we never received an apology and were treated ridiculously and unpleasantly. I still don’t understand why the owner / manager followed us and watched us leaving. This store has great products, but the customer service is an embarrassment.

Great local store with unique gifts and trinkets that differ from the big guy across the street. The owner, Mike. Very friendly social guy and the homemade fudge made onsite is awesome.

Cute lil tourist place(maple candy n other VT junk) but good if you're looking for a coffee or in active labor(literally had a woman deliver her baby in the parking lot while a group of construction workers looked on thru her windshield).

Great find in an out of way town. Toys, gifts, decor and out of this world fudge and cheeses. If you get the free samples, you'll be hooked.
