If you are from out of state or a cash buyer, I'd stay away.Their "deals " are finance only, and only through their banks. We offered to just pay cash, and Bryce told me the best deals are financing. We had to refinance after the purchase from Toyota to Navy Fed. They tell you you can't for 6 months, but that's not true. They get kick backs the longer you pay Toyota or whoever else is buying them off. They help everyone else make a buck off you and then lie and say you can't pay off the loan or refinance for X amount of months. You can actually, and it only takes a chunk from them. Not you.We drove from NNY for a grand highlander. Our initial contact, we were told they could have the vehicle we wanted in 2 weeks. It was months. Ok, fine. The markets weird. Before we came, we asked about trade in value, how do they figure trade. I was told by Bryce, our salesman, that KBB was a factor, as well as other sites. We took the day off work and drove out when the GH we wanted landed. First offer off the bat for my Highlander trade was JD Power wholesale, on a practically spotless car, yes it has miles, about 174k trouble free miles. Toyotas big claim to fame is longevity and reliability, as well as resale value. We pulled up KBB and marketplace, and showed them comps. All you will hear here is "Well we have to make money too." Ive heard this from 4 people there. They want to make money off the sale, the trade, the extra interest you pay for THEIR finacing requirements, the extra warranty (Go through Jerry at Midwest Toyota, he beats everyone's prices for actual Toyota warranty), and they will not let you register your vehicle yourself.You have to pay about $300 for Beacon Title to do it for you. They also require a form to be notarized and sent back, but have no notary on site. So after the fight and haggle, we left with 30 day temp tags and a new GH. It was dark by the time we finished, so we could not see the swirls and scratches from their "detail team."My husband and I have to have the form notarized and we both work, cuz, ya know, cost of living. BTW, it's a power of attorney form. Not in love with that either.I had to take time off work on my husband's few and far between day off to get the paper signed and sent back. It was done and sent first class about 2 weeks after buying the car. I've now had the car for almost 2 months and have expired temp tags. I've been told 3 times that the registration is in the mail on its way to me. Then I was told repeatedly I would be updated by Bryce, and no follow up. This morning I called, and I'm done. Short, but not yelling, and I don't believe in swearing. I was sent to their Title Clerk, Ms. Chris, from what I could hear. She gets on a says Beacon messed up the paperwork, that they didn't get the form from me til 3 weeks after I sent it (post office determined that was a lie), and when I started to mention my expired tag, she hung up and has refused to answer the phone since. I tried every other line listed, and no one answered, from sales to service.I called Beacon myself and spoke to Rosie, who was extremely helpful. She gave me dates that they had tried to email Faith's and gotten no response about verifying information. I told her what we'd like done and now it's in the works.After writing this review and my call to Beacon, Faith's contacts me and tells me they got it straight with Beacon and that I should have my reg in a week. They say that it's complicated to reg a car from out of state, and for them, apparently it is. We've bought more than a dozen cars from surrounding states and never run into the issues we've dealt with here. All in all, if they had been honest and told me the paperwork got crossed, that there were mistakes, and they were working on it, fine, stuff happens. However, I was repeatedly lied to, ignored, now hung up on, and they still keep telling themselves that it was my fault for not having the Power of Attorney form filled out and to them, even though they had it well before the tags expired. It's not worth the hassle to come here.

Lost all Faith. Purchased a 2023 F150 from Jayden at Faiths Ford on March 20th and I won’t get into the details of how long I had to wait to see the financing manager as the troubles I’ve had with them since make that seem minuscule. Upon a walk around and inspection of the vehicle Jayden pointed out the tailgate release. The tailgate slammed open which seemed odd but figured he knew what was going on (he does this everyday). I also noticed the spare tire key was missing which lucky was added to the “We Owe” documentation. After waiting 2 days for the truck to finally be delivered, I did some research and confirmed (with Ford) the truck should have a dampened tailgate of it has the auto release feature located in the cab and available on the key fob. I reached out via email to Jayden regarding the issue. While Jayden has been responsive on email, it was up to hos manger Scott to look into this and get back to me. While I waited for a response I received the spare tire key lock in the mail. To my surprise, the lock it self had to be keyed and built to fit my vehicle specific key. I can’t believe anyone with an ounce of good customer service would expect someone to have to do this let alone install it themselves. After having to resume contact with Jayden (never did hear from Scott), I was told my truck did not come with that function. At this point not trusting the dealership, I contacted Ford to discuss the situation where they have confirmed the truck should have a Tailgate Viscous Dampening Cartridge. I once again reached out to Jayden with this information, case number and photos. It was also discovered there is a tailgate bump stop missing which apparently also “wasn’t on the build sheet”. Jayden responded that he worked in sales and he could no longer help me and that this was a parts department issue. I contacted parts and explained the whole situation once again. Their response was they would have to get with Scott the sales manager to discuss this and he would be in contact with me. One week later I had to reach out due to a lack of communication. Still the same response. I have contacted the Vermont Consumer Response Agency within the States Attorney Generals office for help resolving this. I will update this review once this situation is resolved but until then, I do not recommend Faiths Ford/Toyota. I almost forgot to mention when the vehicle was delivered, there was still plastic wrap on the front and the interior was not clean. See attached pictures. This is not my first purchase from this dealership but absolutely my last.

Had a great experience buying my first van from these guys. They were very knowledgeable on all things Ford so it made sense to buy a Transit 250 from them. They also warrantied it and put an undercoat on for me helping protect my purchase for years to come. Would certainly buy another car from Joe Immergut again. I had worked with Chris prior with a purchase in 2022 Corolla LE and again was able to get the Camry 2024 SE I wanted with a different interior color, more options-at a lower price than another dealer. I am always skeptical of car salesman. But I needed a car. I went to Faith's and was helped by this wonderful associate, Sara Johnson, along with Scott, and other members of the team. They were able to get me into a car with a loan through my bank at a very good rate. There was no fluff, no trying to hide weird fees in the contract either, and they really were very transparent. I had really bad credit but they got me driving! Very happy with the customer service and with my salesperson, Joe! The process to get approved was long and difficult but Joe kept me updated and helped me expedite the process as much as humanly possible because he knew I needed wheels asap to keep my job. Unbelievably friendly and compassionate! Even after the sale, Joe continues to be a helpful connection to the dealership for me, and he regularly checks in about the car and my documents. After several discussions with the internet representative I called the day before and told them I would be coming down to purchase the car. I felt we had a fair deal. Upon arrival I was handed over to a salesperson, Bryce, who was great. He was very helpful! I was trading in my old car, but the appraiser offered me much less than was previously discussed on the phone. I understand they had not seen the car, but my asking price was quite reasonable. I found the negotiations with the sales manager to be very frustrating but we finally settled on a trade-in price less than I was asking. Once I thought we had an acceptable deal, I moved on to the finance person. Again, I had to negotiate as I realized the gains I made in the trade-in discussions were lost in the new monthly payment schedule. The new payment had me paying significantly more than what I gave up on the trade-in. Eventually we got that settled, but I had to ask to see a supervisor, and progress was slow and painful. I was there for 5 hours between test drive, endless negotiations and car set up with Bryce. Overall Bryce made the trip worthwhile, but you need to careful negotiating with the managers.

Faith’s Toyota, and Sara Johnson (our salesperson) in particular, have earned my highest praise. Our new RAV4 Prime is magnificent and so was our car-buying experience. There was a hiccup during the process that was neither the fault nor the responsibility of Sara or Faith’s, but they went so far beyond the call of duty to help that I am both surprised and thoroughly impressed. I have been eyeing a base GR86 for around a year now. I saw one pop up here, so I went to go take a look. Joe was incredibly helpful to me, understood my situation, and let me do the on hands research I wanted. As I had been looking for around a year, I knew what I was getting into, I just wanted to see how it felt. I was very happy on my drive home after I signed papers. This is a salary based dealership, not commission based, they do not add an insane markup, and the finance manager didn't push me into taking additional warranties. Even though it was a weekend, I was still allowed to take my car home while my money was being transferred. The experience was professional, Joe was patient and answered the questions I had about financing, warranties, payments, etc. I did buy the car, and I'm happy I did. Joe is a great guy, pleasant to talk to, and didn't try to force me into it. 5/5
