I make it a point to come here anytime I’m within a 45 minute radius. I love the prepared sandwiches and pasta salads at the deli counter. They always taste fresh and delicious. They have tons of bakery options, all of which have bern fantastic. Tons of craft beer to pick from, flowers, ice cream, maple products…what more could you want?! Staff are always helpful and pleasant. I love this place!

Grabbed a frozen blueberry crumble pie to bring to Easter. It was a big hug at the family table. Highly recommend a pit stop here for lunch and fresh or frozen baked goods.

Allen Brothers is our favorite stop everytime we are headed north. We usually get there 7am both ways of traveling. We gas up and of course grab breakfast sandwiches and coffee. And excellent selection of both. Not to mention all the other great stuff in the store, many many options. Very clean and the staff are always so polite!! Sometimes we will get there in the afternoon and also take advantage of the maple ice cream, it's simply the best!

We always stop here when we come to VT and get the apple cider donuts. So yummy! Come early to get fresher donuts. The cherries looked sweet and I wish I was in a position to grill the fresh corn. They have a deli for something fresh that you can eat there. We grabbed some local maple syrup, donuts, and sodas. Family run to this day with friendly staff.

Nice large parking lot, gas bar not always easy to get in and out of when super busy. Lots of great food choices both local and regional. The deserts are killer.

Stopped in on Monday ride in the area. Great baked goods (Cider donuts & Carrot Cake, yum), Heat & Go deli items looked delicious, beverages of all sorts including fresh, hot coffees. Vegetables, flowering plants in season. Nice workers throughout! Highly recommend.

One of the best cider donut! Enjoyed their angus beef chili soup too. Friendly service, clean bathroom. We ate at a little table by the wine shop, great place to eat, and shop. Will try their ice cream next time.

My family and I stopped here for gas. Since we love us a good farmers market, we decided to go in. Clearly, they don't get a lot of black people in there. Because you could see the difference in service or response, if you asked a question. I thought it was only on the inside, but the girl selling ice cream outside acted just the same, as the rude cashier, that was rude to both me and my daughter. But she was very polite and courteous to other white people. They received service with a smile while she spoke to us through her gritted teeth.We were there on October 1, 2023. There was a girl in her late teens, early twenties manning the ice cream booth.Inside their were a few ladies behind the registers. Unfortunately, I did not get names. I would not have thought anything about it, except that she was rude to both my daughter and I, and we were able to witness her pleasantries with white customers.

Neat little place to stop on the way way North or South on 91 (located on Route 5).Lots of food options including cider foods. Went with the chocolate chip zucchini bread and Green Mountain coffee.Nice family farmstand feel with gas and restrooms.

Found this place by accident while traveling. I am sooo mad at myself, I didn't buy more of their pork shank. It is very good. I am definitely coming back next time I am in the area.

I notified the better business bureaux. Someone in our party ordered an egg sandwich and was charged for a turkey sandwich. When I went to the register with the receipt, I was ganged up on, then they took the receipt from me and accused me of tying to steal the money owed to my friend, then i got the money back, bur when I called they didn't apologize, and tried to blame the incident on my friend, who is disabled.

The people here, both workers and visitors, were so very friendly, honestly polite and courteous. Driving through from out of state, you never know what you're reception will be, especially in today's world. Wonderful home made foods! You have to stop here. We WILL be stopping here on our way back through.

Girls dressed there was very skanky in the summer. I brought my child and wasn't comfortable with how they were dressed near my child in there short tight shorts. It's a place of business not a place to dress to find a bf. Grow up. Since then I haven't been there

I discovered Allen Brothers when needing to find a place to take a pit stop. I looked over and was like, "Is it a gas station? Is it a restauant? Is it a garden center? Wait, it has ice cream too!" I was so glad I stopped. My wife got some food and I got a maple walnut ice cream. It was great! I took a picture of it so I can stop by again next time I make another trip up to Vermont.

Need a pit stop? Look no further! You can snack up or a 3 course meal up! Hot food, cold sandwiches and snacks through out the store. Also, a place to sit down and eat. I found Heddy topper cheese! Score! Bathrooms, might I add, are very clean and a gas station next store. a true rest stop.

Our favorite stop off on our way to see the grand kids in Morrisville Vt. The baked goods including oatmeal raisin cookies and pies are the best. Fresh produce is second to none! Try the Vermont turnips. They are OUTSTANDING! Jess mallory

I just tried their chicken patty sandwich with maple syrup 😋. It sounds gross, but it was very good. Their pizza is always hot and cheezy. I stop there for food about three times per week.

Had a nicely constructed and balanced Roast beef hourseradish and onion grinder. Excellent for 6.75 USD.Edit: I returned to this location 2 years later and I completely forgot about my last visit. Here is my lastest review:We are really happy to make a stop here. The kitchen had warm meals ready with great selections. There is something for everyone! Pizza, burger, pasta, seafood salad! I got a nice pulled pork stromboli. It was a bit heavy on the BBQ sauce but it's so much better than what I usually get on the road. My wife actually got a delicious maple pork shank! She's usually tough to please but this time she numbbed away before I got a chance to snap a picture. The staff is also super friendly!Maybe everyone is in the Christmas spirit! We are actually saving this location and hope to come back next time passing through the area.

It's a good stop off I-91. The food is good and they have what's needed for a pit stop. Their donuts are shrinking in size. I would pay more for full size versus the current ones.

I think I stopped in here about six times while I was home visiting my parents, and that's with them being closed for a day or two while the town came together to save the store from the rising flood waters.One of the best maple creemee's that I've ever had. Several sandwiches made my top ten list. Hot food for sale too. You can't go wrong with a lunch order here, but it's also ok just to come for the dessert. The garden center is its own unique experience. Supplies and plants a plenty. If you can't find it here, you probably don't need it.
