Good country store but the prices are high. We go there often and it seems like each time the woman at the register charges me different prices for the same items. I suspect that she charges the locals a different price than the tourists. Still a cute store, convenient and has great pie.

This place probably has what you need if you're out this way. The goats and llamas outside are real friendly but they're also a little shy, so be considerate and don't scare them. Also, as of now, only 4 people are allowed in the store at once. So please try to limit yourself to one person from your group in the store at once.

Great selection of groceries; shelves fully stocked; prices comparable to big supermarket chains - I'd go here rather than drive 20 miles to the nearest large store

Not as comprehensive as the Wardsboro Country Store, about 5 miles north on Route 100, but it's a fine place to grab some beer, a loaf of bread, or a gallon of milk. For deli stuffs, I'd recommend driving the extra 5 miles.

You can find almost anything you would at a large supermarket tucked away in here. Visit the alpacas outside the store, too, for a fun & mystical addition to your food shopping experience!
