When you think of superior customer service this store serves it 10/10! We recently had a pool constructed by these guys and the level of detail that they have put in was extraordinarily. Rusty who is the pool maestro goes above and beyond to help my parents out with all their questions and truly is an expert in all things pools. Rusty has been always able to answer my questions regarding my customization to the pool. I highly recommend this place for all things related to pools and if you just wanna talk life. Shoutout to Rusty and Rick!

Truly excellent customer service. We just bought a house with a hot tub and knew nothing about maintaining one. The salesperson helped me find the right filters, choose the chemicals I needed based on my preferences, and gave me a crash course in hot tub maintenance. Then carried my purchases out to my car. Outstanding customer service from a polite, knowledgeable employee.

We couldn't be happier with our pool. Install went smoothly despite torrential rain on and off. The crew did an amazing job. I've called with questions a couple of times and they were happy to help. I highly recommend them!

I can't believe I have not posted a review yet (a little embarrassed!) As others have said...WOW! Every time I go in they call me by my name and help me out even if the problem is one of my own doing... I have bought a pool and a hot tub from these people and they go down as great purchases. For anyone considering one of those automatic pool cleaning thingies...I say go for it! I look like I am outside working hard on the pool but really, this little guy does the heavy lifting!!!
