Went groc shopping at west Rutland market 32. I went to the deli to get some black forest ham and some Swiss cheese. This girl Tina took so long getting just these two things cut I waited for a half hour to get this. Then I got charged $83.00 for roast beef which I never got, it use to be so good going here now some people make it so hard for us especially waiting so long just for 2 things at the deli. needless to say when this woman is working I won't be getting any deli meats or cheeses. She is the slowest.

Busy and some what crowded which wasn't the issue. Some of he employees didn't seem to have an answer to questions . Seemed kind of short staffedAnd. Not enough registers open for the amount of people in the store

Price chopper is beginning a renovation period . So it can be challenging to shop as items will continue to be moved throughout the store. Just ask an associate they will be more than glad to help you find whatever you need.

My go-to grocery. Fast and easy to park and shop. The store is well stocked, clean and organized. Staff knows the layout and really can direct me to products. There is usually not too much of a line at the register and if there is, they call for an extra register.

I was in the area and stopped at this location. Absolutely beautiful store inside. All the shelves stock was pulled forward, everything neat and tidy honestly never have seen a supermarket this nice. Great job folks!

Nice store.Just the right size for my needs.Very pleasant young cashier.Good deals too.Just switched from Fair Haven Shaws where I had shopped for 40 years.Definitely my new store.PS. Went to the big Price Chopper in Rutland a few times.The manager is a real jerk.

Wasnt too bad. Usually a great place to shop. One older lady kept referencing me using my birth name and wrong gender which is upsetting. Most staff are really cool though, one bad apple. The food selection is limited but they have the essentials. Prices are decent.

Significantly less busy than the Rutland Price Chopper and all other grocery stores. Quick service in the checkout lanes and helpful employees. Only downside is some sale items will be sold out by the end of the week.

Very disappointed with the cashier, Hannah. Young girl more worried about her hair than customer service. Did not even speak to me. I bagged my own groceries as she was pushing the other groceries crowding me as I bagged. And I dropped the cooked chicken I bought from the deli. She didn't respond just kept running the next persons groceries before I was finished. Been going there all my life and never had such piss poor service ever. Didn't even ask if I needed help. I will not be going back

I can not believe what my eyes saw. There was a pretty elderly woman, by the meat section and was looking for help from one if your employees. She excused her self several times, and I could tell he heard her. The last time she tried nicely again to get his attention as he was walking closer to her, he purposely walked wide around her and entered the back room. I as a patron thought this was so rude of someone that I left my groceries standing right there and walked on out. There was no reason or need to be like that. And it seemed funny the guy seemed approachable but obviously not. I hope you can take the time to let others know that others see things not just the person it's happening too. I know what I did was wrong by leaving my cart, how rude of me. This happened today: 1/4/2020 at approx 1:45pm

❌This PC might be smaller than the one in downtown Rutland, but the staff is always so nice and helpful.❌🔸Edited from a 5 star review.🔸I want to point out that that previous review was biased. When I FIRST began visiting this store it was good. Now this store is awful. The employees are rude and snooty. I have witnessed the amount of disrespect that they give the people who walk through their door. They only time they are nice is when they are seeking to their managers. But even then they'll turn around and roll their eyes. They sell rotten produce a lot and milk that expires 3 days after purchasing.

One of the smallest Price Choppers I have been too. However the staff was very friendly and upbeat despite the fact that the store was very busy. Very good shopping experience here.

This PC has about one-third the stock of the PC in Rutland.The produce section has small pickings yet what they do have is not bad. However don't expect a Fairway or Whole foods. You can still find the major needed items though.

Went to Price chopper today two ladies helped me, the cashier was ringing stuff up while another lady was bagging the groceries, they were so quick I barely had time to pay with my card and they were done, excellent service best shopping experience since covid hit

This location is wonderful for me, there is always a time of day, in my experience, to shop while there is not a lot of traffic and or other shopper's.

Needs the be more equality between the stores. I was unable to find the same product at my local store that I got from one a few miles farther away.

It's a grocery store... nothing special. They needed to spend the money when the area next door became available to expand. The staff isn't rude, but not particularly friendly.

Western Union is supposed to be open until 9 and they closed it at 845. I had lost my credit card and was out of gas with 3 small children and was told sorry and then laughed at, another cashier asked how I was tonight I said not good at all and she said that’s good.

I shop at the smaller PRICE CHOPPER in West Rutland Vermont.Never crowded The Employees Are very friendly and you can get in and out rather quickly..and the Employees all know me..LOVE the WEST RUTLAND PRICE CHOPPER much better then the bigger one in RUTLAND VERMONT
