I bought some ski equipment in Connecticut and my boots were incorrectly sized (2 sizes too big) and my skis were too long for my ability.Mirek and Jesse I can not THANK YOU enough for making my skiing so much more enjoyable!!Thank you for pointing me into right direction.I will never go anywhere else!

I am a return customer, rented here once every year. But this year not only the price went up a lot(well all the other shop dose too), but the quality of the ski is no good anymore. Both ski and shoes are really old in bad very shape. My ski experience are ruined whole day.

World class, more like no class.Spent $850 on ski equipment at this place only to find out when we got to the mountain they gave us two different size ski boots… Upon my return later that night to exchange the boots, I asked, “where is the restroom” and the woman behind the counter said “no, just no” and pointed to the 7-11 across the street.The gentleman who work at the shop are good people, but one bad apple spoils the bunch.Highly recommend going down the block to find someone else who appreciate their customers.

We rented our ski equipment here. All people here are extremely helpful and friendly. Since we are beginners, they helped us to wear the boots and get familiar with everything. We asked tons of questions about the resort, the village and the shop, and they helped us in every single aspect that you can imagine.

World class ski is the best! When I came in to rent, the place was packed since two groups had come in right before me. Maria at the front assured me she would be with me soon, and once it was my turn, she thanked me for my patience and comped my skis! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with the staff and will definitely be back next time we’re skiing Mount Snow!

I stopped in with a 3 other friends during our trip to Mt. Snow. After the car ride to our BNB, my friend suggested I get mittens instead of my gloves. As we were passing this place, we came in 15 minutes before they were closing. The gentleman (who i believe was the owner) clearly is passionate about not only his business but also winter sports. He and the woman were helpful in choosing the right mittens for me and my whole trip on the slopes for 2 consecutive days was such a delight because I was so warm. They weren't trying to get me to buy their most expensive product. They stayed in my budget and I would go through this whole experience again if needed. 15/10 recommend stopping by!!!

Experience here was amazing! I was greeted right when I walked in and immediately served. They are experts and know exactly what they’re talking about. I bought the perfect skiis and boots for a HUGE deal. The prices can’t be beat. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. The experience was perfect and would you recommend this place over any others in the area!!!!

Highly recommend this shop. My wife and I were having an issue with our skis. Turns out that the shop that had just “tuned “ our skis did a piss poor job and put no bevel on the edges. They were able to fix the issue the same day. Mirek and his staff were professional and very friendly. I will recommend World Class to everybody in the mount snow area. I have no idea what the 1 star or crying is about. Guess those people must be painful in general

I went recently because a friend had told me she had a good experience. I was not let down! Merrick spoke with me about the type of skier I am and was extremely helpful in recommending some great skis to demo! He is extremely knowledgeable, I will definitely be back for future gear needs!

Came here with some friends after we asked at the Base lodge for where to rent for my friends and was utterly confused with the behavior of the employee? or owner. There were 4 people in front of us who were returning their equipment and were asking the man where to drop them off and he looked and completely disregarded them and turned his back as he was mocking another individual who asked a ski-related question (and obviously she had not skied before so had no knowledge in that area) we were all confused and looked at each-other in a way as the way he was responding was not normal. Went back to the lodge and shared my experience. In any case, I read recent reviews and noticed people with similar experiences and negative attacking comments by who I am now assuming is the owner. Truly a shame since the equipment looked pretty good. We ended up leaving and going down the street without renting from this location. If only the time the owner takes to respond reviews would shift focus into customer service.

Best ski shop in Mt. Snow! I bought a pair of skis and boots from these guys a few seasons ago and they were great. Very very knowledgeable about the equipment and very helpful. I bought a pair of skis for my wife this past fall there and she absolutely loves them!Also, they have great demos so if you want to rent a pair of good skis to try them out, they will do that as well.I highly recommend these guys, couldn't ask for more in a ski shop.

Seamless process with both picking up and returning. Extremely reasonable pricing and about $50 cheaper than the resort rental option. Staff was quick, efficient, and friendly. Recommend for anyone that is looking to rent equipment with good quality products!

I always rent from these guys when I come to Mt Snow. They'll crack a few jokes and set you up with some good gear for a very reasonable price. I should probably get my own gear at this point, but who has space for that in NYC? Get a reservation if you are going to be here one of the busy weekends, I didn't and was lucky they hooked me up.If you stop in, say hi to their friendly old dog!

Best place I have found for ski equipment in the entire Mt Anow area! Mirek, the owner, was sooo helpful when I needed to buy new skis because mine were so old. He is so patient and knowledgeable and treated me extremely well. I highly recommend coming here for your equipment. I was debating buying versus demoing and his demo equipment is also really high quality and maintained really well.

Unbeatable prices, fast and courteous service, and perfect hours. One of the only shops that stayed open during this pandemic! I only go snowboarding once or twice a year at Mount Snow. I will always use World Class Ski and Sport when ever I need to rent or purchase equipment!

Initially I would like to note that I do not write reviews on the regularly nor complain about small businesses and situations, but in my opinion the staff at this place was surprisingly rude for no apparent reason, the Gentleman who I’m assuming owns the place disrespects customers as if they coming to the store for free without buying any services.As someone who works with customers on the daily I believe respect goes both ways, and I definitely did not receive the same respect I was giving.There are many ski places to rent from, competition is already high. Being nice to customers is free/ does not cost anything and might even get your more customers in the long run! so I highly suggest that Customers are treated better, there is no place for this negative behavior in a location where families come to relax, ski and be together.As noted from previous bad reviews it appears that he uses the same tone as in person when answering to reviews online.Hope this new 2021 brings more happiness to this location and his owner!UPDATE TO YOUR RESPONSE: your own employee and your wife were not wearing a mask you troll. The people in front of me were not wearing a mask again you liar. Go take ur anger out at the mountains skiing not with me. I reported you to Vermont police x2 and my friends did so again for your violations. Act dumb and win dumb games mirek.PS. you deserved the bad review like the rest of the bad ones you have for a reason. its all a gift of your personality. GET ALL YOUR RENTALS HERE!!! Save some money by getting all your rentals here before getting to the mtn. My snow board boot broke mid day on the mtn. They took amazing care of me. Back riding within 20 min and had a stellar day. Amazing people highly recommend

Went to Mount Snow and needed to rent boots and bindings because I had a blank deck. I have been able to get bindings whenever I go to any Killington Ski shop. An employee (could have been the owner) was very rude when we asked if he rented bindings. He basically mocked us because of our request. Terrible service! I ended up going to Sports Oddyssey further up the road and purchasing bindings because the employees were kind and understanding. They also have never heard of someone renting bindings but were very helpful and earned a sale. Definitely pass on this place and go elsewhere.
