We had a lovely 2 day stay at the Inn. It was recently renovated and looks amazingly modern. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was exactly what we needed to get our days started on the slopes and they are surprisingly open for dinner. Since it’s a best kept secret in the area we found a dinner table instantly while other restaurants closer to the mountain had 2 hour wait. Good collection at the bar as well. We will visit soon

Beautifully renovated Inn! Thank you so much for such a wonderful time. The room was perfect for our family. Everything is so nice and clean. Your staff is amazing as well. You MUST stay here when visiting the area. Right near Mount Snow and awesome restaurants as well as the Social located right in the Inn. Can't wait to book my next stay!

Our company rented 4 rooms for a couple of nights this past week and we were very pleased with the whole experience. The Inn is beautiful, looks to be newly renovated, staff was very accommodating and friendly, beds are super comfortable and the rooms appear to be carefully decorated and well thought-out to accommodate guests. I hope to be able to visit again soon!

The Sugar Maple Inn is the BEST hotel we’ve stayed at in years. The staff is excellent and beyond sweet, the property is simply gorgeous, and the ambience and decor of the hotel is stunning and soothing. The hotel has new owners who have recently refurbished it, and their hard work has paid off immensely. They were beyond generous with us and could not have been more friendly and hospitable. We had such a terrific weekend here and are so excited to come back again next fall. I highly recommend this hotel and this area in Vermont for all it has to offer. 10 stars!!

We had such a lovely time staying here! The rooms were decorated so nicely and were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful view of a creek behind the hotel. There is also coffee, fresh waffles and other breakfast options. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. We brought our two young children and they had a great time playing outside and in the play area. We are excited to come back!

Had a lovely stay for a work retreat with a friend/colleague! The staff and owners are all amazing. They really care about your stay and value their guests. They were readily available with any questions we had. Natalie, one of the owners, decorated everything with a modern style but it still feels like you’re stepping into a VT inn. Awesome spots nearby for walking, hiking, shopping and food! This will likely be the future spot for work and leisure!

We had such a great time at the Sugar Maple Inn! We visited West Dover for our baby moon and picked this inn because it looked clean and was competitively priced. We are so glad we picked this inn! After a short talk with the receptionist about our reason for coming they offered us a free room upgrade! The room was really spacious, had a awesome balcony, and a Jacuzzi. This was just the icing on the cake because even without the upgrade we loved how homey the inn felt. The owner of the inn was hard at work getting the restaurant ready for an event and from our brief conversation you could tell she really wants to make this inn an amazing place to stay. We can't wait to come back and see how this place evolves over time. If you need a place to stay while exploring the area, hiking, or leaf peeping I cannot recommend this place enough. 5 stars!Nearby activities: We loved the location of this hotel. There were lots of restaurants, hiking trails, and shops within driving distance.

Highly recommend staying here! It feels so good the moment you walk in. Smells so clean and fresh. The rooms are so beautifully decorated. I could see the River from my bed window. There are noise machines in the rooms which helps me sleep soundly since I’m coming from the city and more familiar with a lot of noise. The staff was so friendly. Special shout out to Lauren and Tom for their hospitality. The land has tons of places to hang outside whether it’s by the fire pit, the gazebo, chairs and tables along the River. There’s a place for everyone to find a quiet spot. For breakfast - the waffle machine was delicious and the coffee station options were impressive! You can even buy VT syrup and handmade coasters from the front desk to take a memento home. A perfect weekend getaway! Excited to visit again in the winter for ski season.Rooms: So beautiful. So clean. Get a room with a view of the river. So peaceful to wake up to and hear from your window!Nearby activities: Restaurants are close by. The ski mountain is a short drive away!Safety: Felt very safe !Walkability: So much area to walk around and on the land. You can walk to bars and restaurants too - perfect for a night out.Food & drinks: Delicious snacks! waffle station plus chocolate chips were my favorite.Noteworthy details: It’s so modern and clean! The outlets even have USB only so you don’t need to bring your charging block - game changer since I forgot mine!

We took our 5 kids for the weekend, and what an adorable place! Newly renovated and you can tell. It was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, had delicious free breakfast, lovely grounds, and a great location for visiting family in Wilmington. One of our rooms had the balcony over the front steps with 2 adorable swings to relax on. I would love to see it in the winter… very close to Mt. Snow! We’ll be staying again for sure next time we visit!

Had a great experience with this place. Everything in the building is new, modern and stylish. I didn’t expect anything from this place but it’s amazing! For this price you’ll receive high end quality of mattrace and memory form pillows. The only thing I have to mention is breakfast is so so- not a big choice and coffe is horrible. We had dinner there once and it was ok( pricy and took about 1,5 hours to get the food)Rooms: Rooms are clean and very nice looking. Be prepared! We had one king bed and the sofa sleeper but it’s only twin size. We were traveling with 2 kids asked for one more bed to fit in.

The new owners are doing an incredible job restoring—and surpassing—this lovely inn's former glory. Everything about the place, from the welcoming staff to the tasteful decor to the comfortable rooms with beautiful custom furniture, just exudes a feeling of care for the guest. We also really loved the breakfast options up front in the morning, not to mention the comfortable areas to hang out in before and after a day at nearby Mt. Snow.This is a truly special place on the ascent. Can't wait to come back in summer, and definitely book it before the secret's out!

This place is great! Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. They let us check-in early and were really communicative.Rooms are clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Nice simple breakfast offering in the morning with espresso machine and bonus waffle maker. And most importantly super close to the mountain. 10/10 would stay here again.

My stay here was memorable..its the first hotel we rebooked at and are planning to visit every season..Tom and Lauren at the front desk were exceptional, friendly, and hospitable and the room's were charming and so comfortable. Best hotel beds ever...the grounds with the river in the back was absolutely beautiful..we are excited for the restaurant to open to add the finishing touch to such a perfect getaway stay..im sure the restaurant will be the icing on the cake!Rooms: Great vibe very clean

Is there a way to give six stars? This place was great. The new owners have done an amazing job restoring this inn. It is beautifully decorated and appointed, extremely clean and updated. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy. The location is perfect, only minutes from the mountain and along the main strip, where all the restaurants and shops are located. The man Jason, who was working the front desk was incredibly friendly and extremely accommodating. He is the perfect host/front man for this beautiful establishment. The free breakfast was as delicious as it gets. I don’t think I can say enough good things about this place. I will definitely stay there again, and I have already told several friends about it and recommended for them to stay there as well.

We stayed here only one night. The service was fantastic, and made sure we were accommodated with everything we need. 24 hour coffee bar? Wonderful! Breakfast in the morning was great. Behind the inn is a creek, that you couldn’t ask for a better view. If we come back to Vermont, we’ll stay here again for sure.Food & drinks: There are several restaurants surrounding this inn, making it a great location. We ate The Last chair, which I would recommend to anyone.

Me and my bestfriend had a girl’s ski weekend and stayed at the Sugar Maple Inn. We checked in after 7pm and the staff texted us and checked us in before got there, which was so nice and convenient. The facility was very clean and the decor is beautiful. Our room was decorated so nicely and felt so homey. We slept so comfortably throughout our stay. The staff was spectacular throughout. They communicated with us so well and were so friendly. They answered questions and helped us with our bags and packing our car as well. We had wonderful conversations with Natalie and her kids are so adorable. It’s very close to Mt. Snow and Stratton is only 30min away. It’s also close to all the restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and i would love to come back soon! Book this place!

Sugar Maple Inn was such a friendly and beautiful place to stay, it was near everything you could need, food, hiking etc. The staff was so friendly and so accommodating. There’s a great coffee bar, breakfast in the morning, and an unbelievable view right behind the inn. Any visit to West Dover or surrounding areas, I will stay here again!Rooms: The room we selected was a King, smaller room. But it was so perfect for our stay, very comfortable, so cute, and had everything we neededNearby activities: There was a creek right behind the Inn and seating to sit and enjoy nature’s beautyFood & drinks: We are at the Last Chair right down the road, it was so close and so fun! It had live music and great food!

Arrived later than expected to be greeted not only by the owner, but her wonderful GM as well.The last couple days were a nice change over being in the office, and I can’t wait to be back again!Rooms: Quiet, cozy, and peaceful.Noteworthy details: The live edge headboards, hand crafted tables, and all the hand made interior furnishing is absolutely gorgeous!Totally kid friendly with the giant TV, games, and plenty of outdoor space to stretch your legs and enjoy nature.
