Nice large place to hang out after a day on the slopes, large parking lot too. Good food menu, good selection of different beers, and full bar. Food was good, the chicken was very nicely crispy, although the food can take a while so make sure you order everything at once, otherwise you can wait almost 15-20min for an order. Some of the beer is available for purchase to go which was nice. Large cafeteria style tables, various games all around, and a friendly brewery dog that may walk around the tables.

BREWERY DOG. Super friendly, doesn't bother you, but may kindly stand around you waiting for pets or food. If that's not convincing enough, the food and brews are great too. Get the crispy chicken sandwich, you won't regret it. The original is good, but if you like spice and don't mind the mess go for the inferno. Warning: it does pack some heat. I'm personally not a beer person so I got the hard seltzer which was refreshing after a hot sandwich and I had a sip of one of the stouts which wasn't bad. If you're lucky, you might get some live entertainment. It was a fun, welcoming vibe especially when everyone is standing up singing together. Great spot for aprés ski, just recommend getting there early before the dinner rush or later after because it can get packed and there's not a ton of parking. Once the lot is filled up, they won't get anyone in. Kid friendly as well.

Snow Republic is the best! Been going there since day one. The beer is always great with a nice rotating selection, the food is top notch, the fried chicken sandwich is 🔥🔥🔥 as are the old bay wings. Have to mention Michelle and the rest of the staff who do a great job day in and day out dealing with all of us! Highly recommend!

The Snow Republic Brewery is one of the best places to spend time with family and friends! They have good burgers, a great selection of beer, and plenty of board games for fun! Also, if you have a dog, you can bring it with you. Yesterday, there were at least five dogs around.

Perfect spot and very dog friendly (indoors and out) and kiddo friendly. They have table games, great food and great selection of beers, loved the winter cider and hubs loved the DIPA choices! Looking forward to coming back!

Excellent beer -particularly enjoyed ‘Joy Ride’ IPA- and fantastic wings (maple buffalo!). Nice, friendly apres ski atmosphere - pool table and other games.

We really enjoyed it here. The food was great and the beer was too. They have a nice outdoor seating area and plenty of games to play. The burger to me, tasted just like a Big Mac. Not in a bad way though, like a delicious upscale classy version, I loved it. The wings were nice and crispy and had good flavor. I was a little unsure about the maple hot sauce but it actually works really well. Great place.

Amazing beer and amazing food. Love the atmosphere and the people. The chicken sandwich is tremendous and so tasty. The pub burger was outstanding and delicious. Omg the beer is some of the best I have had. We will totally visit again. 😊

We really like stopping at Snow Republic, but they need more help. If you want to stop for a beer and a light meal it’s ok. The problem is, the girl is the only one in the front working, she’s taking orders pouring beer and there a line to the outside door. I’m not going to blame her for the owners not staffing it as it should be.Very dog and kid friendly, give it a try. The pizza looked good, going to try one next time.

Awful. Bartender knew nothing about drinks and menu items. Poor attitude as well. Told us 20 to 30 minutes for food. Our wait ended up being 1hr plus. Everyone there was upset and had same experience. One poor group with young kids couldn't wait any longer and left, kids needed to get to bed. Food is always good here and was when it finally came. Female Bartender could use some customer service skills....I am still kicking myself for giving her a $20+ tip for pouring me 3 beers, having zero knowledge of menu and drinks, and misleading us all about wait times. I wish I could of retracted that tip but you pay up front and I tipped on anticipated good service. Which didn't happen!

This establishment would be fantastic if they could actually handle the patrons that visited. We have now been here twice with the same exact experience. Unfriendly service, great beer and no food. They do have food on the menu, however they seem to be incapable of serving it. After being told there was a 45 minute wait the food did not show up after an hour. After being told they were working on it, an hour and a half later they still had not even started the order. We had to take our entire party, including starving children somewhere else. I am sad to say after two awful experiences I do not recommend this place. Sadly there is not a no star option, because if there was I would choose it.

We just had the most miserable experience at this brewery. We came in with four adults and four children at 6:15pm. When we ordered, they told us that it would be a 45 min wait. We were ok with that. Over an hour later, we still had no food and were told they were “working on it.” False. In the end, we asked for our money back and took four hungry and cranky kids (and adults) to another establishment. To top it all off, the employees are rude and leave much to be desired. Skip it. All around fail.

Snow Republic is in my top tier list of breweries I have visited across the country. That's a hard honor for me to give, but they deserve it! The IPA's are delicious. The burger was a nice pairing.

We absolutely love this place. With a wide variety of incredible beer, and a super chill, friendly, and relaxed atmosphere, this has become our go to place when in town. They are pet and kid friendly too. Each time we go the space has been slightly improved - they even have a pool table now. The food is excellent too... and did I mention the beer? Wonderful addition to the town of West Dover.

We have been visiting the Dover/ Wilmington area every couple years for the past 23 years and always had our go to places to eat. We tried Snow Republic for the first time last week and ended up eating there twice in our week long trip. It is our new favorite place to eat in the area. The burgers are among the best I've ever had, and the chicken sandwich, dogs, and fries were awesome too. Didn't have a chance to try the beers cause I got hooked on the cider which was fantastic. Keep up the great work and can't wait to come back, hopefully next summer!

Came here for some great craft beer. The beer descriptions are spot on so get your favorite. I tried several. All were great. The food is good, too. Overall, the staff was friendly. One of the servers wanted to go home. Too bad for everyone that she has a couple of hours left in her shift...

This place was awesome! So glad it’s a brewery now and not a furniture store. So hard to find dog friendly places so that was perfect for us. Sailor the brewery dog is so friendly patrolling the tables. Beer and burgers were very good as well. Definitely recommend!

Went here in January. Great place but bald chef making pizzas in the kitchen needs to be fired. He cursed out my friend because she was accidentally in his way while she was petting the brewery dog. What kind of establishment has employees that use “F” bombs on paying customers.

Great beer and sandwiches! We tried chicken and vegan burger, both were delicious. I’m not a huge fan of their fries, as I prefer a more crispy kind, but they were good anyway. The menu has just the right number of items.

We love this brewery. The staff is always friendly and the beer is on point!! Had a hard kombucha today and it was delicious. My top choice is the buttermilk fried chicken sandwich. Probably the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had!!

I love what they've done with the place. Lots of games to play including pool, connect four, jenga, etc. Also, plenty of seating at the bar and nice comfy couches. The new england ipa is tasty and just what you'd expect. Juicy, hazy, and fruity. We will definitely be back. It's nice to have a new brewery in the valley!
