Very affordable rentals and super helpful staff! Jack was very fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. He made sure we had all the gear we needed for our experience level. My partner is a super experienced skier with no gear and I’m a novice snowboarder with some gear but no board. Jack had us set up in no time despite us being walk-ins and was super welcoming and down-to-earth. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing affordable, good quality rentals. Thanks again, Jack!

DO NOT BUY HERE. CONNER M. and Eric M., THE SKI TECH MESSED UP ON MOUNTING BINDINGS AND DRILLED HOLES IN WRONG PLACE!!! Zero stars if i could. bought brand new K2 skis with bindings from colorado for over 800 dollars. I requested center mounted and the tech mounted them wrong and now there are drill holes visible on brand new skis.Horrible customer service, all they did was say the tech was sorry.

Also hands down the most comfortable rental boots I’ve ever worn and so much so that I wanted to buy my own pair based on the ones I had rented. Also super easy rental process and a quick drop off as well! Everyone who works here is super knowledgeable and kind based on my experience. It made my time at Mt. Snow a memorable one (:

Fantastic rental (and purchasing) experience! Super friendly and helpful (thanks Ben!!) experience in renting demo skis (in and out on a bunch of different skis for an entire week), ending in a purchase that I'm very happy with at a great price. Also great rental experience for their general equipment for someone else in the family. We checked out a number of the other stores in the area too, this was definitely the best. Good snowboard selection too. I can't give enough stars for their helpful staff!

Colorado Ski Shop was a pleasure to work with. After an extensive boot fitting search, I was able to find these Salomon X Pro's for a solid price. We had been to multiple ski shops in search of snowboard boots and no one was very helpful until we came to Colorado!Ben was busy with other customers, but helped my boyfriend and I get fitted and find good beginner models. He was clearly not being pushy or sales-y and just wanted to make sure we were getting the right set up.We ended up buying boards, bindings, and boots from him because he was so helpful! Demystified the beginner setup process for sureEveryone else working at the shop was really nice too! Highly recommend this place!

I came here today to buy a new set of boots and skis. I wasn’t sure what I wanted but Dan was so helpful & knowledgable! He explained the differences between all their skis and had me try on lots of different boots til I found the perfect fit. I ended up with a great set for a great price. Would highly recommend coming to this shop if you’re in need of new gear!

Went in for snowboard boot fittings only, ended up with 2 boards/bindings setup. Ben was by far the most helpful person in the Dover area -- even after going to other local ski/snowboard shops. He took his time to teach us the "whys" of gear (e.g why should begginers get softer bindings/boots/board, how does this all work together)My girlfriend and I are beginner snowboarders but have been going consistently so we looked to start buying our own gear. We met Ben who took his time and answered all our questions (we probably asked way too many). He had some boards and bindings in stock that he suggested to us and did not pressure us at all to buy.Overall super happy with the unexpected expense and service here, can't wait to go back to visit next time we are in the area.

Got to rent snowboarding equipment for the season! Nice, knowledgeable people, even though we arrived 20 minutes before closing time, on a Sunday! We appreciate it. :)EDIT: October 2020We returned our rental to the store and went back today to purchase a used snowboarding set with the board, bindings and boots. They were extremely accomodating to the fact that I can't wear masks. I called ahead to let them know and Tyler was able to assist us outside the store. Once again, an extraordinary experience and very much appreciated!

We (two first time skiiers), came to Colorado Ski Shop Mount Snow after having a bad experience at a competitor down the street. We are so glad we did. The staff was super helpful in helping us get sized up for our rental gear. We were in and out in about 20-30 minutes, meaning we had more time for the slopes. When we pulled up to return our gear, staff came to the front door to help us in. Great service, friendly, and non-pretentious. Three important ingredients for us being 100% newbies to the sport. Thank you for making our first ski experience memorable and for helping us with our gear. We'll be bringing family here next time we're in town!

Rentals were quick and cheap, but that’s about it. The place was mobbed and no time was taken to make sure customers felt comfortable in their gear before leaving the shop. Paid the price on the mountain - my shins are covered in bruises from too small boots that were impossible to adjust and I have a bump on my forehead from a too tight helmet. Would rather pay more money for attentive customer service and an actual fitting.

Thanks Ben. I made a long-distance Skis / binding purchase and it could not have gone better. Ben listened to what I wanted out of a new pair of skis, he had suggestions, and we made a deal !! The skis were ready when I arrived in town from PA and I could not be happier.We reserved rental skis for 2 kids in our group, and the equipment was ready and waiting for us as well !!! We were in and out in less than 10 minutes and off to the lift!!Thanks again Ben!!

Great place to rent your skis, saving you time and money vs the mountain - they are quick, knowledgeable and attentive, best of all they open 1 hr before the mountain and close 1 hour after, so you can maximize your ski time. Regarding purchases, you might find some good deals with their final sales, but overall the store comps higher vs online options.

What a joke. I dropped my skis on Sunday for a wax and tune and was told I could pick up on Tuesday morning. I bought my lift ticket and went to pick them up and nobody was there. Called multiple times and nobody picked up. I can see my skis in the window but can’t ski! Thanks for ruining my ski trip. Never again!

Got my snowboard waxed and sharpened and they did a good job. It was ready the next morning at 9am. It would be cool if they opened at 8 so I could have had a chance at first chair but I get it. It was a weekday so no big deal.

I would stay away. The job seemed well done but they are not honest people.I called them and they said 50 for mounting my bindings. But they end up charging me 70. They said I did not understand and that 50 sounds like 60... haha :)) be aware!

Owners and staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Well stocked with great variety of skis, boots, clothing and accessories. Right on rte.100 about a mile from Mt. Snow.
