Biscuits are to DIE for. This is the cutest little diner and the food is truly homemade. Priced extremely well for such good quality. Cannot recommend enough!Vegetarian options: They have dishes and sides that are certainly vegetarian!

I ordered the sausage gravy biscuit and egg meal off of the lunch menu. It was absolutely delicious! There was so much sausage in the gravy, I couldn't believe it. And the biscuits were definitely made from scratch, and had just the perfect amount of crunch. I'm a guy that likes to eat, believe me – I almost couldn't finish this. Great value and great service.First time I ever ate here and I can't wait to come back! definitely plan to eat here if you're in or around Mount Snow, but come hungry!

Our first visit to this location, we have always gone to Dots in Wilmington. That location was closed so we ventured over to Dover. Very cute atmosphere - loved the themed decor! Food was not quite the same as other location - not cooked as well, eggs over cooked, toast partially burnt, asked for water twice and never received. The menu has a great variety - maybe just caught it on an off day. The original Dots in Wilmington is no doubt a 5 star - hopefully this location will improve as well.

What an enjoyable breakfast...everything homemade...corned beef hash was the best I have had in 50 years. The ham was sliced fresh and grilled to perfection. Eggs were done perfectly, homemade sunflower toast was incredible. Service by Karen was outstanding. And you can bring your well behaved dog for their outdoor seating to boot. I highly reccomend Betsy's (Dot's of Dover) to both residents and visitors alike, for this absolute treat of deliciousness. Check it out, you won't regret the visit.❤

A staple in West Dover. No visit to Mount Snow is complete without a visit to Dots. I have been coming a few times a season for the past 12 years. It's quaint and has a nice atmosphere. The wait staff is very friendly and the food it great. It's what you'd expect from any diner. My favorite thing to order is the McDot Deluxe. There is a pop up store located in the building which is nice to pop into while visiting.

Stopped here our first morning in Dover. Read some bad reviews, but decided to give it a try. Very pleasant staff. Both meals were well prepared and tasty. Glad we didn't let the reviews sway us from giving them a try. My wife is a huge fan of bread, and she loved their Sunflower bread.

We went there during labor day weekend. It is an extremely busy place. We had to wait a bit for our order but food came up extremely yummy. The servers were helpful and during the wait they made sure our cups were full of coffee. If it's that busy during summer I'd suggest to go early during winter =)

My daughter and i Ordered breakfast. They say there under staffed to be patient. We have plenty of patients. I don't have patients for cold food. She ordered chix and waffles, tastes great ,but completely cold. Would have been amazing if it was hot!!I had a mushroom omlete with bacon and sausage, completely cold. The sausage must have been frozen. The inside was still semi frozen. I ordered a side of French toast, explained to waitress to please cook it wet/ drenched. It came out completely dry.Waitress was polite attentive, the place is adorable, great seating. Just need to serve hot food. Pretty disappointed

The food is good, not as good as the Dots in Wilmington.Cinnamon Rolls don't seem to be available even when you go multiple days in a row.Server was rude and seemed perturbed about our group or maybe just me 🤣.I do not recommend going here if the attitude of service is important to you. But the food is still good.

For what you pay for, it's average fare. For example, I paid $6 for their "dot" sandwich, consisting of an English muffin, an egg, a sausage patty and cheese. Solid sandwich, but also a solid hit to the wallet!Otherwise, service and atmosphere were great. Kind and engaging wait staff in a cozy diner.

We had an amazing breakfast. The restaurant was roomy, well lit and spacious, with the comfort of your family diner. I ordered the corn beefed hash - picture all the good qualities of the canned kind (salty, small chunks of meat) but FRESH! And with red and yellow peppers and potatoes. Just a really tasty hash. Highly recommend!

This place has been around for decades, and it was quiet the day I came in with a friend. We were the only ones there that afternoon. Staff was friendly but four out of five stars because, well... there was a special on the menu, chicken salad on a New York "style" bagel, and it was being pushed at me as a suggested order by the waitress. I already told her no once and then when she pushed I tried to politely tell her I didn't want it because I'm a NY'r, and it's hard for me to enjoy bagels outside of NY state. She replied "Its New York style, though!". I know how I must sound to some, and I swear I was SUPER polite about it because of how it sounds coming out. BUT I being from New York, specifically a region where bagels were born, you aren't selling me on this New York "style" bagel. I'm sorry, but it's a no for me, it will just ruin my meal. So I asked the waitress if I could put it on a different kind of bread, like white bread (which is wayyyy cheaper than a bagel) and she was offended and tells me "Well then I have to charge you more, it's not a special anymore". I said, "Okay, then I don't want it and will get something else." And I chose something else, I don't even remember what I ate I just remembered that incident...so that was my recent take on their place, unfortunately.Had she just given me a different bread, I could have enjoyed the chicken salad, which is what the restaurant made... possibly returning again in the future for the chicken salad (I do not believe they have the time or capacity to make fresh bread and likely buy locally). Instead, it just made me reconsider returning for a while, or at all. There are a lot of places to eat in the area. Pushing a special on the customer after they already declined and then getting annoyed at the customer for not wanting the special is not a professional way to treat patrons. They could have phenomenal chicken salad, but I wouldn't know because I couldn't have it unless I put it on the "bagel."

Pretty good chicken and waffles. Chicken could be crispier, but it was definitely very tender. Waffles and maple syrup were excellent.

Dot's used to be on the list every time we're in Dover, and it just isn't anymore. The food has simply gotten simpler and less tasty over the last couple of years. Portions are small, things are overcooked, and the dishes are just bland. I know it's a tough time for restaurants; I would happily accept higher prices to bring back the high-quality filling meals they used to serve.

Looking for that hometown hearty Vermont breakfast served all day long, then come on over to Dover Dots. It's a quaint place with a touch of earthy charm. Had the eggs Benedict with avocado and tomato, it was great. The Hollandaise sauce added a top was just the right amount, not smothered. Luckily, it was an off-peak time but on certain occasions, it can be mobbed...and then the Cranky Yankee staff might show their true colors! Note: only one credit card transaction per table.

So the people who work there are AMAZING and just doll babies. The location and cleanliness is amazing. But the food is so un-seasoned that even polish and brits would complain about the lack of flavor. I had biscuits n gravy, which entails...biscuits and white peppered gravy (I'm from the south, trust me I know) and it had no pepper. The bacon had NO FLAVOR which..is impressive af bc it didn't even taste like bacon. So if you have a "renal" diet or have a sensitive tongue this place is perfect! I also wish I could give a better review bc I loved the staff, but I came here 3-4 times so far and always have been irritated when I ate my food, which it's a food establishment.

Food was pretty good. Husband ordered the McDot deluxe which was supposed to be on a hoagie roll, it came on a burger roll but he said it was tasty. Coffee was cold the first round and when I say I cold I mean it wasn't even luke warm. She didn't bring milk or spoons for coffee. We got milk after we asked for it but no spoons. We used our forks. Waitress told us she couldn't seat a party of two in a booth cause that was for four people and since we were only two we could have a two top inside or a two top outside which was a little bigger. Just in case the empty restaurant filled up and they needed a four top. We sat outside at the bigger two top. The next guest came in as a party of 1. She sat him at a table for 4. She did get job fine but she just wasn't very pleasant.
