We were in the area from NJ and made a stop here. It was one of the coolest dispensaries we've been to. There is a main room when you walk in with tons of accessories/bowls/cool books and then a connected dispensary area. There were tons of large "photo op" areas, the staff was very educated and knowledgeable, and the prices weren't overly expensive-We did take advantage of one of the offered sales though!

Zenbarn Farms is the best dispensary I’ve been to and only getting better. Why? They honor women in the cannabis industry, there’s no age discrimination like so many other Vermont dispensaries, the owners are incredibly cool, and I left a quick stop-in yesterday with a 1/2 ounce - 14 grams of super chronic Tahiti Lime for $71 pretax!!! What? I’m still shocked. 5 Huge Stars ❤️

I've been a happy customer for many purchases, but unfortunately the normally excellent level of friendly customer service in the budroom dipped on the last occasion. Thankfully this is a business with an involved owner that addressed the issue immediately. I'm happy to give them another chance.

Let me preface by saying I used to love this place...Owner and manager talked down to me. Unprofessional to say the least.Making fun of me because I personally know dealers who test their products. Your prices are egregious, and your products are not above or beyond what I can get from many many other retailers.Previous to this incident, I would have recommended this place.Now I wouldn't send my enemy here. Do better. This is Vermont.Grow up and learn some respect.

Cool inside two separate areas one for CBD and education and the other was the dispensary for THC. Everyone was very friendly it's tucked away so it's a little hard to see but definitely recommend stopping in

By far the nicest dispensary I've ever been in. The entire property is a sight to see! I wish I lived around here just to work here. I've traveled to dispensary's all over the country, Zenbarn Farms Dispensary has the best quality customer service and by far the best over all quality fresh flower. The price of the quality also gives it a extra added justice to making a purchase here. It's attention to detail at Zenbarn Farms Dispensary. I'm from Florida and moving to Arizona. It was alright. Loved the decor/outside. We were on vacation and drove by and the decor is what drew us in. That said, the employee at the front desk made an off putting comment to me about my shirt, and thinking back, I should’ve just left and not purchased anything after that. I don’t leave many reviews, but it struck me as odd and left a bad taste.

With all the other options in Waterbury - I would avoid Zenbarn Farms. In my experience their management has been extremely unkind and dishonest. Save yourself the negative experience and go down the road for better service.

Great deals awesome atmosphere great selection and this is all I thought until I just made a phone call again asking for a simple price having them being very annoyed and talking down to me like I was stupid specially when it had to do with a calculator and all I did was give her some advice like hey every cell phone has a calculator in case you can't find one because I was very grateful for what they were trying to figure out for me but don't need to disrespect in rudeness. The employees couldn't be friendlier! They were also super knowledgeable and had no problem answering any questions. Beautiful, unique glass and various hemp/hemp adjacent products. We purchased some glass and CBD bud, and felt like the pricing was super fair for these. We also checked out their "21+" area, (actual cannabis, with THC), and truthfully we had some sticker shock there and didn't make a purchase. We're not from Vermont so we're not familiar with the pricing here, but we saw OZs for over $300, which we've never seen in any other state we've been to. :) We'd definitely come back though!

You can look under a magnifying glass and smell the flower. Large variety. The person at the desk was probably the best service of any type I’ve ever had .

Came rushing in super late, basically 20 seconds till closing.Was met super warmly and was able to grab everything I needed. The staff were able to answer questions right away and we're very knowledgeable. I'd only ever seen the space when it was just opening up and it was really nice to see how developed and cultivated it has become.Excellent experience, 10/10 will buy again

This is one of the best hemp stores I have ever been to!! Not only are they extremely helpful and friendly but their products are phenomenal! So many products to help with pain, sleep, stress, focus, energy and If you have any questions they will answer them! The owners could not be more helpful or nice they are extremely down to earth and so full of information. I highly recommend this store if you are in the area or even from out of state as they ship CBD products which is a blessing for those not lucky enough to be close to this amazing store!! I stopped into the Zen Barn Farms dispensary to visit with Ari, while waiting had ample time to look over all the products and was very impressed with the 2 section layout. One for CBD and the other THC Cannabis. The two customer sales persons were very pleasant, intelligent and knowledgeable about all the products and strains. Loved the Vermont style ambiance and customer friendly decor. On the way out I picked up an info card that had an excellent diagram on the back depicting the health benefits of Cannabinoids. Excellent experience.

Terrible experience. Was not greeted at all upon arrival even after trying to say hello to both staff members. Asked to purchase 3.5g and the budtender took it upon himself to weigh an additional .3 and upcharge on top of the $63 without notifying me. Called and was told that is something that they do if it is weighed “heavy”. Check your final pricing and watch out for being charged almost $10 for .3! Great flower but will not be returning.

I knew this place was special when I tried their CBD flower and prerolls years ago that was so full of flavor and aroma I couldn't believe it was CBD. Their quality and attention to detail has not changed in the slightest. Each strain has its own unique pungent whether it's deep like a diesel or sweet like their apricot strain, truly delicious that you can't find at ANY other dispensary (I've visited every single one in Vermont)
