After a mix up(not at the fault of Big Barn), Pete and Belinda worked very hard to make sure our issue was corrected and that we were happy with our purchase. Our 3 piece sectional was delivered very quickly and Big Barn's prices were substantially lower than any other furniture store or website. Highly recommend them for whatever furniture needs you may have!

Big Barn furniture hooked us up. Furniture takes forever right now to ship but they have lots in stock. Found just what I was looking for, a loveseat perfect for our small space. It was delivered the same week for a reasonable price. The dog can attest, it's super comfy.

Stopped in for the first time looking for a drawing/writing desk after striking out looking for antiques all morning. Super cool gang greeted us when we came in and told us to have a look around; I saw the perfect desk and Adam was super helpful and really hooked me up. Truly a pleasure to do business with, and the barn is indeed large. Thanks boys!!!

Mass produced mdf junk, like any furniture store. Avoid if you're a Vermonter and value quality or congenial staff. If you're from CT or NJ shopping for your prefab AirbnB rental, you'll fit right in.

We will NOT be doing any business with Big Barn Home Center after picking up our chest this Saturday. They not only told my husband after he ordered a dresser that they would be willing to meet us with it in Montpelier, but now they have gone back on their word and will only meet in Williston. While on the phone with them, the customer service lady told me what my husband had told me was a lie and she never said it could be delivered in Montpelier, but that EIGHT hours wasn’t enough time to contact us that the dresser wasn’t in stock and it had to be ordered, and the email states when it will be in stock(to which it does not!) it just states “we’re getting ready to ship your order”, and then the shipping method is “customer pick-up”. The website also states they don’t deliver outside of the service area(Vermont and upstate New York), but we’re IN VERMONT, and they won’t deliver it to us.It’s also really funny she told me she remembers exactly what she said to him, but that “he came so fast after ordering(he ordered the evening before), and that he came “after lunch”, but he was rushing to get there before they closed at 5.Bad business and communication on their end. I don’t suggest using this company.

Called twice in under a year and asked for the owner she's very nasty towards customers over the phone and shouldn't be dealing with customers with the type of attitude she has I'm doing business else where she can go to a manufacturing plant and treat someone else like a POS the way I felt

I'M SO EXCITED! I have been keeping tabs of the website and found exactly what I wanted. My son and I visited the barn yesterday- walked in knowing what we were looking for, was greeted and assisted right away and the gentleman took me right the the couch I BOUGHT! As a single mom, an experience like this is worth celebrating for. Their website is kept updated and is user friendly, the barn is layed out perfectly (and smells like fresh espressos!) I felt zero pressure and the PRICING IS RIGHT.Couch, delivery, move it in, remove my old one, 5yr warranty plan... all for under $950. I love supporting local and will be coming back!

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were able to quickly help narrow down a style of reclining sofa that met our specific household needs. The process to signup for financing of our new sofa was so quick and painless I could hardly believe it took less than 5 minutes. We dealt with two different sales people on two different days and still had a great and seamless purchasing experience. This was our second time buying furniture from Big Barn, and I feel like their staff and services have only gotten better since our first purchase. Really great staff, really great selection of products and just a really great no pressure experience. I would definitely recommend at least checking them out before going to some of the bigger town furniture stores.

Went in to check out barrel chairs. Had a couple that didn't suit us. Steered us on to to what, they thought, would suit us better-- given our age, circumstances, and likes...using their considerable experience, nothing pushy at all. they were right. Found us a couple we really liked. Adam crunched some numbers and came up with a very good deal. We bought. This is the way it's Supposed to be. Happy customers. PS -- they have a bathroom, for those inclined...(or you could stand as well)

Went to The Big Barn today to search for new living room furniture. The store is quite large yet, set up beautifully. When we walked in, I immediately noticed how clean everything was. Upon entering, my mother in law and I were greeted by a female employee with blond hair. From this point on, she stayed with us until the point of sale. We were looking for a couch and a love seat with power recliners. The employee really knew her stuff and she genuinely seemed to adore her job. It's not often you receive customer service from an employee who genuinely enjoys their job and she truly does. After about an hour, we ordered the perfect living room set and saved a fortune! The furniture is high quality but the prices are low. From today on, we are customers for life!

Excellent service and reasonable prices. I bought a loveseat and a chair and my sales assistant (forgot his name - sorry!) was helpful and patient when I was selecting fabrics. He was very clear about the services offered and how they work so there was no confusion.Helpful and knowledgeable staff!

We found a couch we loved at a great price. I would recommend this furniture store in the future. I just wish we were given more time to think about our purchase and browse more without a salesperson following us. We were spending a good amount of money and wanted to be sure. Your money back guarantee is great but we did not want to have to order couches twice. Something to think about, when you are pushing this initiative.

Owner was rude and pushy! Went looking for a couch and saw about 4 or 5 different ones. The sofas online are not in stock and when I was trying to pay attention to my child and also look around he was rude with questions I had! Prices are over-rated!!! Never have I been so dismissed with someone's response to me when I had a question!!!

I walked into Big Barn exhausted from moving into my new home & needing a nice bed for my guest room. I was shown a great Queen Serta bed on sale so the price was very reasonable. I expected it may take a few days for delivery but it was delivered the same day within 3 hours of buying! Outstanding customer service at Big Barn.
