Remember, we're out in the woods on this one! So it may not be up scale food store, they do offer quite a bit. Actually The butchers are quite nice in the back and will accommodate anything you want even if they don't have it, you can get Buffalo or rabbit or whatever your desire is.. they've changed their hot foods bar, with much improvement, so you can run in and grab a lunch or dinner without having to cook!

My cranky toddlers had the sudden NEED for bananas. Though they normally stick to their noses up to them, this was a life or death situation. We were in the area and stumbled upon the market. First, all the workers were very kind. Even the customers were nice. Second, they had an awesome selection of cold brew in a can!!! Score. They also had a nice selection of "international foods." Where I'm originally from, there's Asian markets, Dominican markets, Greek markets, Indian markets....When I end up in stores and see a decent sized section, I know it's good.My toddlers ate all four bananas and got to see the horses next store. Crisis was successfully averted and no one died, except the bananas and cold brew.

Cute little store! Friendly people! Process aren't bad! It's not well marked, though! I lived in the area for a year and a half, passed it regularly, and had no clue it was a grocery store! I thought it was just a gas station!! Luckily I stopped for gas one day, decided to go in to see if they sold beer, and was surprised!

For a store this size its got a good selection but if this is going to be a regular shopping destination two things become apparent. 1) price is HIGH. Like, the middle of downtown Stowe kinda high. 2) lines are slow. The staff is nice, they really are, but there is no urgency or professionals here. Good in a pinch or if you're passing through.

I love this market. They have all kinds of things I love to buy that I can't buy anywhere else. Their meats are of high quality. I love that they have Kahem kielbasa. It's almost like being at a food co-op and a regular old time store. Top that with the smiles and friendliness of the staff, gas pumps and a great soft serve in the summer. I get it all!

I have Monday thru Friday lunch prepared hot and awesome, I would recommend if on route stop in and try. All employees are amazing as well, they have never disappointed me. Loyal customer since 9/21! Great job too this business!

It's a small grocery store, but the only one for miles. It has a pretty good selection of beer and groceries. However, the highlight is definitely the deli. They have Boars Head meat and a number of friendly staff behind the counter ready to help you out. The prices are reasonable and they make a great grinder. They also have a salad bar and hot meals ready to go every day.

The cashiers are so friendly. They have almost everything that hannafords has so when I don't want to go to Brattleboro I go to Riverbend. Some of there prices are a bit higher than Brattleboro but... there is now several self serve check outs.

I was surprised by the number of dairy-free and gluten-free options at this grocery store / convenience store especially because there's not a whole lot else in Townshend. The area right around the market is also beautiful, perfect for a picnic.

After spending 170.00 I get home with my dried fruits nuts and berries and go to make a mix. DISGUSTING the fruit was tough as leather and is as tasteless as wax the nuts and seeds have no flavor. I hope the roast beef isn't as horrid as everything else was.

They are lots of items missing from the shelves. I don't recommend this store as a full grocery shop due to prices. But it's very nice to just grab a few things.

River Bend Farm Market was a nice stop on a long motorcycle ride. Pleasant store, nice clean bathrooms. I was looking for a Gatorade when I made eye contact with a beautiful girl in black tights that looked just like Liv Tyler! That made my day!

My family and I have stopped at the Riverbend Market every time we need something when we come to Vermont.The store has almost everything inside it that you could need. It carries Bakery items, Deli items, household odds-and-ends, Dairy, a wide selection of local beers, fruits and veggies, and other bathroom/cleaning supplies.Store has a great location and plenty of parking. It also offers gasoline and Diesel.There is an ATM on site as well.

This place is ok if you don't care about how much money you spend on food. Lost of gourmet and local stuff, semi-friendly service, VERY VERY overpriced. Personally I would rather drive the mile or so to Blue Mountain Produce where you will experience very friendly service and excellent prices.

If you need groceries (or anything else you'd find at a big-box grocery store) this is the place to shop. Equally loved by locals and tourists en route to the ski slopes (Bromley Mountain. Magic Mountain. Mount Snow, Okemo Mountain or Stratton Mountain). Friendly people willing to give directions, help carry a heavy bag of groceries to the car, or get you a refilled propane tank for your grill. It's a very nice store we're you always bump into somebody you know. A little pricey is my only real issue I have and there gas prices are always higher than others.
