Imagine driving up a snowy hill to see a beautiful log house with smoke gently rising from the chimney, and stepping inside to taste delicious maple syrup! A dream. Even though we did not visit during sugaring season we were able to check out the self guided tour. We also loved the maple nuggets!

Loved our trip to Nebraska Knoll! They offer a free tour to discuss how, when, and why. The maple syrup was easily the BEST flavor I’ve ever tasted in my entire life. Especially the delicate one - so light but you actually taste the richness of the maple. And it doesn’t leave an awful sweeter taste after. We bought 5 bottles ($11 / each) and we were very happy with this visit.

We loved our trip to Nebraska Knoll! It was a beautiful drive to the property and the grounds were even more stunning. When you arrive, you are greeted by welcoming staff. The FREE tour was great and there were also free (and delicious) samples! They have a cute little shop where you can purchase their syrup, too. If you’re in Vermont and looking for a family-owned and operated maple syrup farm, you MUST visit Nebraska Knoll!

The owners/operators were very friendly and educational. As visitors to VT, we were looking to learn about the maple sugaring process. This was exactly that and what a neat experience!!!

My visit to the Nebraska Knoll Sugar Farm was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. The tour was informative and engaging, giving me a deep appreciation for the maple syrup-making process. But the highlight? The free samples! They were beyond amazing – a true feast for the taste buds. The different grades and flavors of maple syrup showcased the farm's dedication to quality. I left with a newfound love for maple syrup and a bag full of delicious treats. A big thank you to the Nebraska Knoll Sugar Farm for an unforgettable experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

For the past two years I have shared Nebraska Knoll syrup with my parish in College Park, Maryland. They are all amazed at how wonderful it tastes: not anything like the store-bought stuff even if it says its' from Vermont. I even gave some away to a few people, but not this year...it all was gone!I first encountered this incredible syrup when I was Interim priest at St. John's-in-the-Mountains, Stowe and Audrey was organist. Little tiny cups shared with those of us who came to choir practice and I was hooked. Nothing else will ever do again!

Definitely worthwhile to stop in for a visit. Learned a bit about the process of making maple syrup and how the weather/temperature affects the color and density of the syrup. The owner of the establishment showed us around and offered insight into the various products. We ended up buying a bunch of maple syrup and granulated maple sugar.

The fondest memories of the beautiful Stowe mountains and pristine waters. Come to mine, whenever l taste this amazing syrup. The tradition of me and my daughter searching for this place finding it and buying two big gallons to bring back to Southern Maryland and having Belgian waffles on the Chesapeake cause me to think of how blessed we are to enjoy this creation of God.Thank you so much for your maple syrup, I will always be your customer, and consider its Noble taste among the finest things one can have.

The best place to buy syrup in Vermont! We come up every year to visit family, and a stop at Nebraska Knoll is always on the itinerary! The owners are wonderful and friendly. They have told us the history of their sugar farm and how they make their syrup. You can also sample the syrup before you buy, which is a nice bonus. They use their own trees and make have high-quality syrup. Unlike some of the other big business maple farms that use a mixture of other farms sap and boils it down for their own.

This place is small and off the beaten path. However, for a family from Ohio it was worth the drive to taste their three varieties of maple syrup. I believe they draw more of a crowd late winter early spring during the harvest season. Will never go back to store bought big brand syrup!

Very pretty farm and the owner gave an informative tour. The tasting consisted of three different syrups which was plenty. It felt like a very authentic place to learn about how syrup is made!

Very simple and rustic attraction, but this is what I enjoyed about it. You are really touring someone's personal farm of 10,000 maple trees. Highly recommend this stop. Tour was free.

Enjoyed my visit here back in April. They provide you the means to sample their selection and make a purchase at your own pace. My pick was the amber flavor!

I liked the drive out to the farm - nice quiet back road. Self service legitimate maple house. Good prices for fresh maple syrup. No restrooms nearby, FYI

Beautiful place and really good syrup! So fun to see the process as I never knew a whole lot about maple syrup production**downside....the neighbors are obviously unhappy with the extra traffic on their road. We were passed and flipped off. We were just going the speed limit. Sorry a$$hole..

Have been buying Nebraska Sugar Knoll product for over 22 years. Audrey gave a tour of the sugar house in 1995. Have been hooked ever since. Of course after 22 years we might have a few more gray hairs .

Fantastic sugar maple store utilizing the honor system for purchases when owners are unable to be present. Samples are available so you can try before you buy. The road is a bit treacherous the last third mile but the view is incredible. Worth the drive because the maple syrup is delicious!

Audrey, thanks to you and the girls from the crazy Floridans that visited last week. We are indeed spoiled by the fancy grade syrup; we are all addicts now! What a beautiful spot you all have. If you want to experience real sugaring with a knowledgeable and welcoming hostess (and host) and buy honestly priced maple products go to Nebraska Knoll Sugar Farm.
