I have been there for years and sadly covid made a huge negative impact . You will have to ask for your refills multiple times before its refilled and there is a 50/50 chance it will be correct. There is also a couple customer service woman I always hope I don't get when picking up my prescriptions. After having to wait in Long lines to pick up, having your prescription wrong on top and having to deal with a person obviously having a bad life is nothing that brightens your day. I am looking at other pharmacies as I find myself putting off getting my prescriptions because of time but I do hope Rite Aid gets better. It used to be so convenient!

Customer Service is a genuine problem at this location. The pharmacy was an absolute mess. Jason was the pharmacy tech that I encountered. He was flat out rude, unprofessional, and frankly should not be in a customer service environment. In addition, it took 2 hours to fill a prescription after I was told 30 minutes. 2 hours. I tried calling the store a couple of times but no one answered the phone. I understand how busy they must be, so the lengthy wait time doesn't bother me as much as the rude empIoyee . I called the Customer Service number to make them aware... we will see what happens. No wonder Rite Aid filed for bankruptcy. All that being said, the cashier at the front of the store was nothing but professional, courteous, and very helpful. 5 stars for her. Jason gets -1 stars.

To be clear, this review is not a reflection of the staff who work at this location. Is is for Rite Aid corperate, who give us no other way to rate them except on this level.I HATE Rite Aid.I went in today to find a personal care product that I'd rather not have the whole town knowing about. But I could not find it ANYWHERE in the stores. Which, half the shelves were empty anyway. But even online, when you type in the product, you only get products that are available online, and there is NO option for selecting only items in-stock in a particular store, and NO option for locating where an item is within a store.Normally, this shouldn't be a big deal. But this is personal care and health care, which is extremely personal. I should not have to ask people where to find products, especially when other corperations have super simple ways of finding products within their stores.So, I left today in pain, without the product I needed to relieve that pain, because Rite-Aid is a piece of corperate trash who clearly doesn't give a dang about people and their health.

Personally, my experience has not been as negative as others here, but I won't say it's completely easy either. Waiting in line at the pharmacy can be a bit of a wait, and the store itself seems to usually have few people working it.No one has been terribly rude to me, but I also have not had an easy time with major requests, such as changing the name on my prescriptions. I've been to worse places.

Had a good experience getting my Covid shot here. My mom and sister had ones scheduled at a later time same day and they were able to just group us up into one. The pharmacist was very nice and was gentle with me and my sister (who is disabled).

When have to wait in line for two hour to get your medication so you plan to show up right when they open but yet the pharmacist doesn’t show up so then they’re not open! Something has to change I am not the only one leaving this kind of review get it together rite aid or close for good!!!!

NEGATIVE 1⭐‼️ DO NOT recommend this pharmacy at all!! Not only are the pharmacist RUDE, they continually run out of my medication!! I have it called in monthly on a Thursday for Tuesday pickup and I'm told I need to wait 30+ hours later because they ran out!! I don't like being sick and something needs to be done or CLOSE this location! This is their LAST time and I pull all 15 of my scripts to go elsewhere!!

Pharmacy won't answer phone. I drove a total of 50 mi. to pick up a prescription to be told they never received it. 5 mins. later they seemed to have all the information. They are indifferent and dismissive to customers needs.

You can see by all of the negative reviews that this pharmacy is awful. There is a high likelihood that you will not be able to get your prescription if it is called in to this Rite Aid.Here is a better choice. While it is a drive, go to Keene. There is a Walgreen's that is very well run. Good luck.

No matter what time I go there is a gigantic line and I have to wait upwards of 20 minutes just to pick up a prescription. I've never run into this anywhere else so I'm going to take my business elsewhere where I don't have to wait. If you can use another pharmacy definitely avoid this place unless you enjoy long lines that don't move. I mean I get that Ludlow doesn't have a pharmacy but they ought to either staff accordingly to keep the lines moving or turn away people who aren't local. I despise coming here at this point. Worst pharmacy ever!

Call a med in 24 hours before picked up and they said they only had "One pharmacist" the day before. Okay so why didn't you pick up where you left off yesterday? I HAD TO SIT HERE FOR OVER AN HOUR between the line and the waiting to tell me it's literally not filled. Not impressed. Do better.

They she refuse to aswer the phone. I recently needed meds for my wife. The DR . said it was sent over. They told me it was not. The Dr aslo said it had been opened 2 of the days went there to pick it up.Its an hour drive for me. I was trying to sort it all out and per normal refused to pick up there phone. I understand they are short staffed and working very hard. But my wife was getting sick from not having her meds.I tried calling the store Mngr same thing. No answer. Then I called corprate right after. The lady there was very nice and helpfull. She said she would try calling the store while I was on the line with her.She came back, told me she called the store 3 times no answe. She then said this is an emegancy situation and would get in touch with and they would be calling me shortly.No one including her ever retutned my call.Well in my frustration I googled why dosent springfield vt rite aide not answer there phones. And could not belive what I saw.Its many posts from springfield Rite Aide. Its actually on reddit.Pharmcy workers bashing there customers for being so stupid as to call. There were many very nasty comments made about there customers. But as I looked closer this was from 2022. So it seems not answering the pharmacy phone and even the store phone is part of the culture there. Along with there distane for the customers that give them a good job.I urge everyone to google what said above and look at the posts.

Please don't use this pharmacy. They have held my perception hostage twice now when I asked to be transfered as they wouldn't order my brand of medication. The first time it took weeks to get it transfered but due to the flooding it was back in their hands. Now I've spent two more weeks having my new pharmacist call and get hung up on. And me calling to be told they aren't prioritizing due to how many pills I have left (which was not accurate as they have me with a week extra that I do not have). Please use any other pharmacy you could safely get to. I will never send a prescription here again.

This is the worst Rite Aid I have ever been to. The staff is downright hostile, beyond rude. They have given my family members other people's medications, wrong medications and constant attitudes. The pharmacy staff is rude and incompetent. They don't answer their phones alot of the time, place you on hold for half an hour at a time and then are combative if you actually speak to someone. Numerous complaints to managers and even the corporate offices have resulted in no changes. Honestly, this store should close; its that bad.

Always a long line, slow cashiers…no one answers the phone. Claim the phones aren’t working but when you are there, pharmacists on the phone. Finally told by a pharmacist that they are too busy to answer the phone. Had to drive 20 minutes to order a refill as app is not accurate.

This store is a joke.. I know everyone is short staffed it’s no longer an excuse, you have to live with it and still be able to function. Every month for the last three months I try to use a coupon card for my medication and I get told they don’t have time to put in the information or computer is down. Every time I go and pick up my fiancé medication they always fill the incorrect amount of insulin. Or they do not order it and substitute it for a more expensive insulin. This one staff member there is rude, and just gives attitude when you have questions. I will no longer fill any medications here.

This pharmacy is an horrible. The staff is rude for one. Secondly, I have called the pharmacy 13 times with no answer to figure out if my prescription was filled. Whoever is managing the pharmacy is dropping the ball and corporate should get involved.

I understand everyone is short staffed. I wait a few hours after my appointment and am still told it will be at least another hour if not more. I work out of town. I cannot always wait that hour or more. I may not be back on town for 2 or more days. The medications I am waiting on is usually simple antibiotics. So once more, I will have to wait more than a day with an ear infection. Next time I will choose another pharmacy. This is too bad as I like to keep things local other than the pharmacy, the store is great.

The store is great. The only problem is every time I have to ask the pharmacy about an OTC product they seem very put out. I rarely have to check on otc products, and if I need to check with the pharmacist, it's for a very good reason. They always make me feel like I'm bothering them, this is why I shop at the other pharmacy in town if I need otc products or have questions

Absolutely would not recommend! I do not know what happened to this place but they can blame it on staffing all they want but it’s clear it starts at the top. The Pharmacist that was there years ago was absolutely amazing and you could tell it was ran the way a pharmacy should be ran. Apparently I’ve just been holding on to hopes that it would just one day change but clearly that’s not gonna happen. It’s been issue after issue there. If it’s not, “we didn’t receive your script” to “it’s ready come on down” only to get there to find out it’s gonna be a 30 min wait because it hasn’t been touched. It’s just ridiculous how many issues I’ve had to deal with. Today though topped it all!…I called down to try and be proactive because I figured there would be some issue (which there was) and spoke to the Pharmacist lady unfortunately didn’t catch her name but anyway as I’m trying to explain things to her she’s literally trying to get me off the phone. Said bye to me IN THE MIDDLE OF ME TALKING, was unbelievably condescending and I could tell could have cared less about any of my issues. So after a couple min of that we just hang up. Then about 2 min later she calls me back with a whole new attitude saying she found the issue and unfortunately can’t fill my script today. Exactly what I was trying to avoid to begin with and tried to be proactive about! So needless to say I’m done with Rite Aid! Yea I’m just one measly customer and make no difference in the big picture but still, you lost my business and I tried real hard to work with you for many years now.

I got the text at 4:30pm my scripts were ready and as a Multiple Sclerosis patient if I'm low or out of something it's extremely important for me to get it as they are medications that keep my body from "malfunction". I checked the hours listed online to verify they would be open until 6pm and we hurried to the store arriving right before 5pm. As we walked to the back we thought we heard the a window covering sliding down, surely not they were going to get open an hour more, but NO, that WAS the covering sliding down and all you could hear was happy laughter and talking in the back as I realized tomorrow will be another night having to sleep in depends to keep me from having any accident and the issues that the others stop. PLEASE update your online hours and be show more kindness to any of us who come in. We're trusting you to get our medications filled for us, but something is wrong and I've been told by an associate that if I don't stress to them that I need the meds immediately it could be weeks before it's filled. To the higher-ups please send them help, lots of help!! Something is badly wrong with how they're able to opporate now and they need assistance!

The pharmacy personelle have been so rude the last month. Please figure this out before one of our community members truly snap. It's literally nothing more than us giving you our names to search your data bases and you act like the public is inconveniencing YOU. I cannot handle the irribility I've dealt with recently. Either hire new people or give those people a party so they'll smile every once in a while. The store is great otherwise.

Fairly good pharmacy, though they have some weird policies (like refusing to give me a 1 month supply of a medication patch that comes in a 2 month supply box). Some of the pharmacists and techs are really friendly and helpful, some are slow and always seem to be unhappy. The store has an OK selection of your typical drug store products: hair and body wash, makeup, OTC medication, cards, snacks, stationary. I posted a few pictures of the aisles.

There is a new traveling pharmacist that was there yesterday, he was very very rude, unlike any other I have seen at Rite aid in Springfield. This is a small town and Pharmacist are very important. He told a family member he would help them, there was no one else in line, 6 minutes passed and still at the cash register the family member asked if he could be helped, and was told to wait, so he said he would sit in the chair. Someone else walked up she was helped a.s.a.p.. the family member said I am waiting in line...the Pharmacist said, you wait if you don't like it don't come back in this store again. Sad...we have used this pharmacy for over 30 years. This is unacceptable

This store ALWAYS has a line for the pharmacy. Do NOT plan on getting in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. Then they open late from lunch and give you the stink eye because you're waiting.

I called my refill in the day prior to avoid a long wait. Then I'm told it's a 45 minute wait to get my script, I understand being short staffed however people don't normally have 45 minutes to wait for thier meds. I live out of town and work 60hrs a week. This is literally the only time I have to run errands, hence calling the refill in. They need to step up thier game! Not to mention they are rather rude about it when you ask them why 45 minutes to count to 28!
