i’ve been shopping at the store for about a year now spend a lot of money and I wanted to go in today to buy. Here is one of the big tall ones and I asked for a rag or paper towel so I could wipe it down because it was all nasty and dirty dusty and I have a brand new shirt on $60, it just doesn’t grow on the tree so I asked the system manager see if she would give me something to wipe it down and she refused to give me anything to wipe it down. She said that she didn’t have no such thing a waffle one I know there’s paper towels in the bathroom I could’ve went there but it wasn’t my job to go chase things that’s her job that’s what she gets paid for so anyways , so I walked out because I’m a very unhappy customer for today I was actually going to go blow at least three to $400 today I usually spend over $200 every time I come here every week so I mean I just spent a lot of money here. I support the company because I like some of the people do work as some of them are nice and some are really rude hate the party in front of you with no care. Do you want to go get our item off the shelf and they’re there straighten it out whatever they will not move it. It’s a pretty bad store. I would say I don’t like to complain, but I had to do this one. I don’t want a lot here as rude as disrespectful I’m even by the managers dirty looks , I don’t know why an end I don’t care I mean people are people that are gonna do what they want but I’m just upset that she wouldn’t get that rag for me or a paper towel so I could rub the heater down so I could buy the heater as well as I was going to go buy extension cord that would’ve least cost me $150. It just walked out of your store bomb so you gotta be proud of that assistant manager. In Springfield VT Plaza 🤬🤬🤬

It is comparable to a Big Lot or an Ocean State Job Lot store. Many good finds. I found quite a few useful Christmas presents at the last minute. There was a lot of stock under one roof. I would definitely go back there to browse the rest of the store.

By far the rudest store manager I've ever met.. this person was so unkind and when I asked why she ignored me . Told me she was the manager and there was nothing I could do about it . I've never been treated worse by a store employeeI feel bad for the manager.. obviously she hates her life so much that she chooses to be unkind to her customers to make up for it.. it's not my fault life is so difficult..I'm not interested in signing up for constant emails and text messages.. sorry that's offensive to you all

store is fine but employees are interesting...some lady in front of me in line she was trying to get some coupon or something on her phone to work so she stepped outside the building and the employees just waited for her she took 10 mins and they didnt let anyone else go they sat there and talked while people in line waited.

A good selection of items, and most are very well priced. The massive leering promotions and constant pro-Ollies propaganda playing in there does make the experience a little off-putting, though. Maybe not the most inclusive place, but good deals if that's all that matters to you.

Super nice people. Multiple different people helped me. And they were all super nice.Customer service with a smile these days is a rare thing. I make it a point and will go out of my way to go to the places that have great customer service. AND NO SELF CHECKOUTS. When you go there. You are acknowledged. You are important to them. Thank you for that. This store is definitely out of my way, but I will definitely be going back. For the customer service, it's worth the extra gas to me.Thank you!

You can definitely find bargains here.There's a large assortment of all sorts of kids books and books baking items and spices shampoos lotions potions there are some t-shirts and sweatpants there is artwork posters automobile section blankets she ets all those TV fun items that you see advertised as a section for that there's a holiday special seasonal shopping there's baked items cookies that sort anything that you might not find anywhere else.However the store itself is filthy and it appears that the people who are working there don't even care. Maybe case of they don't have enough help or they just don't see how dirty it is and disorganized and it's a new store so it really doesn't bode well for the Ollie's chain.

I get my car detailing supplies there. Microfiber towels there are the best. Large ones 36x50, and 20x20, good buy. Paint brushes, and 5 n 1 tool, roller covers all a great deal. And much, much more. Friendly staff.

Lack of motivation with crew and conversations about who is not showing up seems to be the new normal drama, and workers seem to not want to help you ..bathroom needs cleaning badlyOn a Good note store is nice and stocked

My first time shopping here. SO many things I've seen in other stores but Ollie's prices were unbeatable. Boot trays to keep my entryway clean were only $3.99; 100%cotton flannel queen bed sheet set was only $19.99, and cushy cat beds were $6.99. Bought all of them. Snow shovels were around $10. Great buys!

Internet doesn't work inside the store. Need my phone to make better decisions on my purchases . Also the stock was low in the sections I was looking for. Same old stock Everytime I go .

If you like Ocean State Job Lot, you'll love Ollie's. Great deals on all sorts of items, especially home and garden, cleaning supplies, and outdoor recreation. Huge selection of rugs and faux wood flooring, tons of garden tools and decorations, mattresses, toppers, sheets and curtains. There isn't as much allergy-friendly food as Job Lot, but some incredible deals on a lot of essentials. I highly recommend checking it out!
